直接用聚合物稀溶液作为“印墨”进行微接触印刷,制作了诸如聚苯乙烯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等聚合物的微细结构,通过重复交叉盖印得到多层次准三维立体微结构,并用可聚合的双(甲苯磺酸)-2,4-己二炔-1,6-二醇脂的丙酮稀溶液作微接触印刷,观察了微条纹上的聚合.对聚合物溶液的微接触印刷的过程中溶剂挥发等因素的影响进行了观察分析,结果表明,溶剂挥发时间对微图形的准确复制是十分重要的,过长或过短的溶剂挥发时间都不利于得到清晰精确的微结构. 相似文献

A disadvantage of using a galvanometer as the horizontal scanner in CSOM and OCT is its nonlinear distortion caused by the rotational inertial. This is inevitable even if a closed loop is equipped. Here, a second closed loop is introduced to provide pixel clocks to reduce the pincushion distortion of the images. A subdivided step motor is employed to be the vertical scanner as the result of price consideration. Nonetheless, the conventional linearity model of the peck torque with a winding current relationship is no longer in agreement with the experiment when the winding current is low, while a parabolic model is more likely to be reasonable. Relational treatment is proposed in the paper. Both methods have proved to be good enough to meet the requirement of a super resolution scanning imaging. 相似文献

On the basis of the adsorption isotherm obtained, the water film pressure and the polar component of the surface free energy of quartz were calculated. Summary Computational procedures are devised which allow accurate magnitude spectra of the modulus (v) to be evaluated from the observed tansient surface tension decay. This is achieved by proper data manipulation and by adaptation of FT algorithms, taking into account the particular characteristics of the time — and frequency — domain functions relevant to the examined dynamic properties of fluid interfaces. A finite element method for the analysis of nearshore current, which is one of the principal currents in coastal seas, is presented in this paper. Because the nearshore current is induced by the variable distribution of the surface waves, it is necessary to analyse two main characteristics of the wave, i.e. direction and height. The current can be computed using the resulting wave characteristics. The present method makes it possible to employ procedures for which the same methods of solution are applicable for all basic equations of wave direction, height and current flow. The linear interpolation function is used for the discretization of spatial variables and a selective lumping two step explicit scheme is employed for the numerical integration in time. The numerical solutions obtained are compared with analytical, experimental and observed ones. From these comparative studies, it is concluded that the present finite element method provide a useful tool for the analysis of nearshore current. 相似文献
