Numerical simulation of a two-dimensional probe–object system for photon scanning tunneling microscope is presented. The R-matrix propagation algorithm incorporated into the Fourier modal method was used to achieve an extended capability for modeling of a realistic system consisting of both a probe and a sample. The type of the mode guided through the dielectric probe and the coupling of the near-field to fundamental guiding mode in the probe are discussed. The influence of the probe parameters on the near-field images is investigated. Three different probe shapes were simulated in the constant height scanning mode. The transmitted flux intensity through the probe was found to be strongly dependent on the tip shape. The analysis shows a good agreement of the obtained results with the available theoretical works and confirming experimental results. The proposed numerical scheme can find applications for near-field probe characterization and provides an understanding of the degree of perturbation introduced by a probe tip in the experiment.  相似文献

The transmitted photon spectra of133Ba,22Na,137Cs,54Mn and60Co point sources are measured through different thicknesses of water, concrete and sand. The multiple-scatter peaks observed in these materials at 60, 90 and 100 keV energies respectively are found to be independent of incident photon energy and thickness of the medium.  相似文献

微分简易示波伏安法是一种新的示波分析方法.与经典示波计时电位法相比,具有灵敏度高、去极剂峰高易于测定等优点.本文研究了CO-4(2一毗院偶氮)间苯二酚钠(PAR)体系的示波特性并探讨了应用微分简易示波伏安法测定微量钻的可能性.试验发现,在O.2mol/LHAc-0·2mol/LNaAc-2·5X10-’mol/LPAR底液中,钻离子在iFE曲线的阴极支上电位为一1.68V处产生一尖锐峰,其峰高与钻离子浓度在1.5X10’~1·2X10-‘mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测灵敏度为5.OXIO-’mol/L‘以此拟定了测定微量钻的新方法.与光度法相比,该…  相似文献

The dispersion behaviour of laser-synthesized silicon carbide nanoparticles (npSiC) in water is investigated by photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS). With regard to previous studies and due to an application in the processing of optical materials, this paper concerns low npSiC contents (from 0.05 to 10 wt.%). The role played by the particle surface state is be pointed out through the consideration of stochiometric (C/Si = 1), carbon-rich (C/Si > 1) and silicon-rich (C/Si < 1) nanopowders. Suspensions made from stoichiometric and silicon-rich nanopowders are easily dispersed and stable with time. The PCS measurements reveal in this case more than 95% of isolated nanoparticles, pointing out the key role of the oxidized layer covering the grain of silicon-rich samples. At the opposite, the carbon-rich powders are hardly dispersed in pure water, correlated with the presence of a relatively inert graphitic carbon layer at the grain surface. However, by addition of a commercial polymeric dispersant, all nanopowders induce high quality suspensions. In particular, the carbon-rich samples are easily dispersed, and possible dispersion mechanisms of npSiC in presence of a polymeric surfactant are discussed. The influence of the npSiC loading and the time evolution of the suspension are also presented. By considering stoichiometric, as well as carbon- and silicon-rich samples, this paper demonstrates the possibility to achieve high quality dispersions of SiC nanoparticles, whatever the chemical composition of the powder, as an easy step for optical material processing.This revised version was published online in August 2005 with a corrected issue number.  相似文献

Phonon generation by electrons is supplied in n-type Si crystals in electric fields E100 kV/cm at the lattice temperature of 80 K employing the ensemble Monte Carlo technique. Electron transfer between equivalent energy valleys is accounted for the g-type- and f-type phonon absorption and emission. Acoustic phonons are accounted for the quasi-elastic scattering of electrons within the energy valleys. Excess phonon number is determined using numerical data on phonon generation rate and experimental values of phonon lifetimes. The feasibility of stimulated emission of infrared-range photons due to direct optical transitions between the phonon bands is discussed.  相似文献

Let R k (n) denote the number of representations of a natural number n as the sum of three cubes and a kth power. In this paper, we show that R 3 (n) n 5/9+, and that R 4 (n) n 47/90+, where > 0 is arbitrary. This extends work of Hooley concerning sums of four cubes, to the case of sums of mixed powers. To achieve these bounds, we use a variant of the Selberg sieve method introduced by Hooley to study sums of two kth powers, and we also use various exponential sum estimates.  相似文献

利用粒子数运动方程和量子回归理论,计算了单个半导体量子点双激子体系脉冲激发下粒子在各能级间辐射跃迁的二阶交叉相关函数以及系统发射光子对的偏振密度矩阵.分析了激子态能级简并量子点体系发射光子对偏振纠缠特性,讨论了纠缠度随激子态间自旋弛豫的变化关系.研究表明,激子自旋弛豫会破坏该系统发射光子对的纠缠度. 关键词: 纠缠光子对 半导体量子点 二阶相关函数  相似文献
