在蓝色激发光(λm=660nm)作用下,香蕉叶片的叶绿素a(Chla)发出波长为720~740nm的荧光信号,荧光强度随时间呈现有规律的变化.随着激发光强的增加,荧光动力学参量F0和FVI/FV呈上升趋势,FV/F0与FV/FM逐渐达到饱和,而CA和T1/2呈下降趋势.研究结果表明,保证香蕉叶片光合机构高速有序运转的适宜光强在20~60μmol·m-2·s-1之间,过量的光强将造成叶片光合机构的损伤.讨论了香蕉叶片诸荧光动力学参量的生物学意义及其随激发光强度增加而变化的原因. 相似文献

Wavefields endowed with the coherence-induced property of optical twist have recently attracted a good deal of theoretical and experimental attention. We present the generalized radiometric theory of fields generated by twisted Gaussian Schell-model sources. The effects introduced by the novel, rotationally symmetric, twist phenomenon in the radiant intensity, generalized radiance, radiant emittance (irradiance), and the radiation efficiency are assessed. The radiance becomes directionally skewed as a result of the twist, whereas the radiant intensity remains axially symmetric. The twist reduces the radiation efficiency and broadens the radiation distribution, in agreement with the notion that the twist decreases the effective coherence. Several special cases, such as quasihomogeneous sources, are analyzed in detail. The radiometric results, which are physically consistent with the superposition models of twisted sources, are demonstrated by illustrative examples. 相似文献

Interfacial charge transfer kinetics of the nanocrystalline CdSe thin film electrodes have been studied in sodium polysulfide solutions by intensity modulated photocurrent spectroscopy (IMPS). The interfacial direct and indirect charge transfer and recombination processes were analyzed in terms of the parameters: normalized steady state photocurrents and surface state lifetimes obtained by measuring the IMPS responses under different applied potentials and different solution concentrations. Based on the investigation performed in Part I of this series, numerical results for the interaction between a semi-infinite interface crack and multiple subinterface matrix microcracks in three kinds of material combinations are given in Part II. The major interaction behaviors are discussed in detail. Special attention is focused on the influences of the different material combinations, the T-stress, the orientation angles, and the location angles of the microcracks on the local stress intensity factor at the interface crack tip. In addition, the variable tendencies of the interaction effect induced from change of the distance between the interface crack tip and the centers of the microcracks are studied. It is concluded that the different material combinations introduced in this paper have little influence on the variable tendencies of the effect, but have significant influence on the effect in magnitude. Detailed comparisons of the results with those in a homogeneous orthotropic material show that the dissimilar materials shift the maximum amplification angle, the maximum shielding angle, the neutral shielding angle, and the neutral T-stress angle, respectively. 相似文献

The two-dimensional problem of a thermopiezoelectric material containing an elliptic inclusion or a hole subjected to a remote
uniform heat flow is studied. Based on the extended Lekhnitskii formulation for thermopiezoelectricity, conformal mapping
and Laurent series expansion, the explicit and closed-form solutions are obtained both inside and outside the inclusion (or
hole). For a hole problem, the exact electric boundary conditions on the hole surface are used. The results show that the
electroelastic fields inside the inclusion or the electric field inside the hole are linear functions of the coordinates.
When the elliptic hole degenerates into a slit crack, the electroelastic fields and the intensity factors are obtained. The
effect of the heat flow direction and the dielectric constant of air inside the crack on the thermal electroelastic fields
are discussed. Comparison is made with two special cases of which the closed solutions exist and it is shown that our results

用元素分析、傅立叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振对6种脂肪酸胺(氨)铂配合物的结构和理化特性进行了研究。选用人黑色素瘤(LiBr)、白血病细胞K~5~6~2和肝癌(7721)作为体外模型。用扫描电子显微镜技术研究了磁场对肿瘤细胞膜表面微观结构的影响。用MTT法对合成的几种脂肪酸胺(氨)铂配合物的抗癌活性进行了研究。研究发现,抗癌活性与浓度梯度、胺(氨)配体、脂肪酸碳链的长度密切相关。磁场对药物与癌细胞相互作用的影响与磁场强度有关。 相似文献
