Acylation of 4-methoxy phenol according toFriedel andCrafts, as well as the rearrangement of its esters according toFries lead always to 2-acyl-4-methoxy phenols or to their demethylated compounds. The unknown 3-acyl-4-methoxy phenols were prepared in two steps: First, the ester is acylated with the corresponding acyl chloride and SnCl4 in nitromethane. In the second step the resulting ketoesters are hydrolysed. This is a general method. The yields ofmeta-acylphenols are between 40 and 90%. The isomeric 2-acyl-4-methoxy-phenols which were partly unknown or accessible only in low yields have also been prepared for comparative spectral studies (UV, IR, NMR, MS) ofortho- andmeta-acylphenols.

Fluorescence and spectral hole burning properties of Eu3+ ions were studied in nanocrystals-precipitated SnO2-SiO2 glasses. The glasses were prepared to contain various amount of Eu2O3 using the sol-gel method, in which SnO2 nanocrystals were precipitated by heating in air. In the glasses containing Eu2O3 less than 1%, the Eu3+ ions were preferentially doped in the SnO2 nanocrystals and their fluorescence intensities were enhanced by the energy transfer due to the recombination of electrons and holes excited in SnO2 crystals. The SnO2 nanocrystals-precipitated glasses exhibited the persistent spectral holes with the depth of ∼25% of the total fluorescence intensities of the Eu3+ ions. With the increasing Eu2O3 concentration, the amount of SnO2 nanocrystals decreased and the Sn4+ ions formed the random glass structure together with the silica network. This structure change induced the fluorescence intensities and the hole depth to decrease.  相似文献

Nb4W13O47, a member of the solid solution series Nb8−nW9+nO47 (0?n?5), crystallizes in a threefold superstructure of the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure. While the oxidation of this reduced phase at TOX=1200 °C leads to a separation into the thermodynamically stable phases, lower oxidation temperatures result in products that comprise new structural elements and ordering variants. The characterization of the oxidation products obtained at TOX=1000 °C was performed by scanning transmission electron microscopy applying a high-angle annular dark field detector. At the selected imaging conditions (Z contrast), not only the metal positions are revealed by this technique but valuable additional information about the elemental distribution can be obtained simultaneously.  相似文献

High-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry (HR-CS AAS) has been used to investigate spectral and non-spectral interferences found with a conventional line source atomic absorption spectrometer in the determination of aluminum in pharmaceutical products containing elevated iron and sugar concentrations. A transversely heated graphite furnace was used as the atomizer in both spectrometers. The two most sensitive aluminum lines at 309.3 nm and 396.2 nm were investigated and it was found that an iron absorption line at 309.278 nm, in the vicinity of the aluminum line at 309.271 nm, could be responsible for some spectral interference. The simultaneous presence of iron and the organic components of the matrix were responsible for radiation scattering, causing high continuous and also structured background absorption at both wavelengths. The aluminum and iron absorption could not be separated in time, i.e., the iron interference could not be eliminated by optimizing the graphite furnace temperature program. However, an interference-free determination of aluminum was possible carrying out the measurements with HR-CS AAS at 396.152 nm after applying least squares background correction for the elimination of the structured background. Analytical working range and other figures of merit were determined and are presented for both wavelengths using peak volume registration (center pixel ± 1) and the center pixel only. Limits of detection and characteristic masses ranged from 1.1 to 2.5 pg and 13 to 43 pg, respectively. The method was used for the determination of the aluminum contamination in pharmaceutical formulations for iron deficiency treatment, which present iron concentrations from 10 to 50 g l− 1. Spike recoveries from 89% to 105% show that the proposed method can be satisfactorily used for the quality control of these formulations.  相似文献

Three new metal complexes, Cu(4-Hcba)2(4-cba)2(Py)2 (4-Hcba=4-cyanobenzoic acid) 1 and M[H(4-cba)2]2(Py)2 (M=Ni 2, Co 3), have been prepared by the treatment of 4-Hcba with the respective metal nitrate M(NO3)2 (M=Cu, Ni, Co) in the presence of pyridine (Py). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (3 is isostructural to 2) show that the obtained complexes are of isolated mononuclear and the metal atoms have distorted octahedral coordination environment. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist: asymmetrical O–HO for 1 and symmetrical OHO for 2 and 3. The crystal packing between the molecular complexes is controlled mainly by T-shaped C–Hπ interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings. Preliminary discussions on IR, UV–VIS and fluorescent spectra have also been carried out.  相似文献

The stoichiometry and spectral properties of [Ni(4-Etpy)4(NCS)2]nG clathrates have been studied where n = 2 for G = 1-BrN (N = naphthalene), n = 1 or 2 for G = 1-MeN, and n = 0.5 for 2-MeN and 2-BrN. The complexes under study show electronic absorption spectra typical of an octahedral environment of the Ni(II) central atom. The differences found in IR spectra for the (CN) and (Ni–-NNCS) vibrations are discussed. The crystal structure of [Ni(4-Etpy)4(NCS)2]1-MeN was determined by X-ray diffraction and refined to R = 0.0586. Discrete non-centrosymmetric [Ni(4-Etpy)4(NCS)2] molecules form layers of a host structure and the space between the layers is occupied by 1-MeN. The relationship between interatomic distances in the host complex of similar clathrates are discussed.  相似文献

X射线辐照前后,在BaF(Cl,Br):Sm^2+中以560nm的Nd:YAG脉冲光在液氮温度下进行了双光子烧孔实验和光激励发光实验,结果表明,Sm^2+掺杂的碱土金属氟卤化物光谱烧孔过程中伴随着光激励发光过程,这一过程直接影响光谱烧孔过程的进行。  相似文献
