采用微带测试电路对光导开关电压转换效率进行了测试。依据传输线理论,考虑微带传输电路的端点反射,计算给出了光导开关导通电阻不为0的情况下,微带测试电路电压转换效率的解析结果。计算表明:对窄脉宽的线性电脉冲输出,电压转换效率将小于50%;对lock-on模式下的宽脉冲输出,电压转换效率可以超过50%,在理想情况下达到100%;在临界状态下,形成双峰电脉冲输出。结果表明,存在端点反射且光导开关产生电脉冲脉宽达到一定值时,微带线可以起到倍压传输线的作用。  相似文献

A penning plasma surface H- ion source test stand for the CSNS has just been constructed at the IHEP. In order to achieve a safe and reliable system, nearly all devices of the ion source are designed to have the capability of both local and remote operation function. The control system consists of PLCs and EPICS real-time software tools separately serving device control and monitoring, PLC integration and OPI support. This paper summarizes the hardware and software implementation satisfying the requirements of the ion source control system.  相似文献

The influences of σ* and Φ mesons,temperature and coupling constants of nucleons on the moment of inertia of the proto neutron star(PNS) are examined in the framework of relativistic mean field theory for the baryon octet {n,p,Λ,Σ+,Σ0,Σ+,Ξ-,Ξ0} system.It is found that,compared with that without considering σ* and Φ mesons,the moment of inertia decreases.It is also found that the higher the temperature,the larger the incompressibility and symmetry energy coeficient,and the larger the moment of inertia of a PNS.The influence of temperature and coupling constants of the nucleons on the moment of inertia of a PNS is larger than that of the σ* and Φ mesons.  相似文献

加速器中子活化实验是核专业本科实验教学中的重要实验之一.本文在利用14 MeV快中子辐照238U诱发裂变截面实验过程中引导学生挖掘实验数据,测量了裂变核素(89Rb)的重要核参数—半衰期.本工作运用低本底HPGe-γ谱仪测定裂变产物的一系列γ射线能谱,解谱得到89Rb的特征γ峰计数,从而确定89Rb的半衰期.数据分析中应用89Rb核素两条γ射线分别独立得到89 Rb的半衰期为15.30±0.09 min和15.25±0.07 min.测量结果在与文献数据符合较好的基础上,提高了测量精度.  相似文献

Poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) was irradiated with 4?MeV O+ and 5 and 10?MeV Au+ ions to the fluences from 1012 to 1014?cm?2 and then treated in 5 M/l water solution of LiCl for one month at room temperature. After drying and removal of LiCl surface contamination, the depth distribution of LiCl embeded in PEEK was measured by the neutron depth profilig method (NDP) sensitive to 6Li isotope. Embeded LiCl is believed to map distribution of water diffusing into PEEK interior. The results show that the PEEK irradiated to the fluences above 1.1013cm?2 is prone to water penetration to the depths of few microns. On the pristine PEEK and that irradiated to lower ion fluences only a surface Li contamination is observed.  相似文献

To demonstrate that adiabatic RF flippers impose an inherent geometric phase on the neutron polarization vector, we built a NSE setup consisting of two pairs of such flippers in a pulsed neutron beam. As is well known, the combined gradient and RF fields in each flipper—in the rotating frame—behave as a rotating field. The amplitude of this field in the first three flippers was kept maximum. For various amplitudes of the rotating field in the remaining flipper we measured the NSE pattern. Besides the shift of the NSE-point due to the variation of the dynamic phase, the NSE patterns show the development of the geometric phase.  相似文献

We study the statistical properties of wave transport in a disordered waveguide. We first derive the properties of a “building block” (BB) of length δL starting from a potential model consisting of thin potential slices. We then find a diffusion equation—in the space of transfer matrices that describe our system—which governs the evolution with the length L of the disordered waveguide of the transport properties of interest. The latter depend only on the mean free paths and on no other property of the slice distribution. The universality that arises demonstrates the existence of a generalized central-limit theorem. We have developed a numerical simulation in which the universal statistical properties of the BB found analytically are first implemented numerically, and then the various BBs are combined to construct the full waveguide. The reported results thus obtained are in good agreement with microscopic calculations, for both bulk and surface disorder.  相似文献

Properties and deformations of the rotating neutron stars in uniform strong magnetic field are calculated. The magnetic field will soften the equation of state of the neutron star matters and make an obvious effect on the structure of the rotating neutron star. If the magnetic field is superstrong (B=10^17 T), the mass, radius, and the deformation will become smaller effectively.  相似文献

We report on an elastic neutron scattering study of the charge correlations in La2–xSrx CoO4 with x = 1/3, 0.4 and 0.5. We found that the checkerboard charge ordering correlations present in the x = 0.5 sample persist in the x = 0.4 and 1/3 materials. These checkerboard charge ordering correlations are robust and explain the occurrence of nano‐phase separation in layered cobaltates for Sr‐concentrations away from half‐doping. The half‐integer reflections then arise from the nanometer‐sized hole‐rich regions (blue areas in title figure) instead of the undoped ones (red areas in title figure). The appearance of nano‐phase separation is an important ingredient for understanding the formation of hour‐glass shaped magnetic excitation spectra in La2–xSrx CoO4.

Based on the p-f shell model, the effect of strong magnetic field on neutrino energy loss rates by electron capture is investigated. The calculations show that the magnetic field has only a slight effect on the neutrino energy loss rates in the range of 108—1013G on the surfaces of most neutron stars. But for some magnetars, the range of the magnetic field is 1013—1018G, and the neutrino energy loss rates are greatly reduced, even by more than four orders of magnitude due to the strong magnetic field.  相似文献
