The hold-down structures are of considerable importance to the launch of solar array. Due to the difficulties in obtaining sufficient load specimen, it is imprecise to construct the stress as random variables. Therefore, dynamic fuzzy reliability models are developed in this paper, which resolve the problems in dealing with the interaction between the fuzzy stress process and the stochastic strength process. Even for a deterministic fuzzy stress process, the influences of material statistical properties on reliability can be affected by the level α of fuzzy stress. Meanwhile, the level α relates to investment in the collection of information about the fuzzy stress on hold-down bar. Hence, the models can be used for the economic analysis and optimal design of hold-down bar. Finally, key fuzzy parameters of stress, which have significant influences on both the reliability behavior and the effects of material statistical properties on reliability, are identified and some suggestions for the reliability enhancement of hold-down bar are provided in this paper. 相似文献

We report a simple, versatile, two-step fabrication technique for synthesizing a core–shell nanorod array whose architecture is specifically suited for use as an electrode in a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC). The particular structure fabricated by us consists of a parallel array of 5 μm long and 150–200 nm wide Ag nanorod cores, each coated with a 15–20 nm thick ZnO shell. Importantly, the shell thickness is roughly uniform throughout the length of the rods, which are free standing but distinctly separated from each other. Recently, the CDF Collaboration reports an anomaly in dijet mass distribution in association with a lepton and missing energy. We discuss a possibility that the origin of the lepton and missing energy comes not from a W boson but a new boson particle, which is also responsible for the dijet mass peak. Phosphorus gettering of precipitated Cu in single crystalline silicon based on rapid thermal process
In this paper, we have investigated the effect of phosphorus diffusion gettering on the precipitated Cu in silicon via rapid thermal process (RTP). It is found that, for dot-like or star-like precipitates, the RTP-based phosphorus diffusion technique is efficient for gettering out the precipitated Cu. A two-step RTP gettering process is much more effective than a single-step RTP process. Furthermore, the choice of oxygen ambient can enhance the Cu gettering efficiency due to the involvement of considerable self-interstitial silicon atoms. The minority carrier lifetime of the sample subjected to RTP-based phosphorus gettering has also been verified to be significantly enhanced. These results are of interest for the gettering engineering of high-efficiency silicon solar cells. 相似文献

The effect of different surface morphologies obtained by anisotropic etching on the light trapping and short circuit current of single crystalline silicon solar cells was investigated. The anisotropic texturing of a (1 0 0) silicon surface was performed using potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution and/or tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH) solution including isopropyl alcohol (IPA) additive or tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA) additive. Texturing in TMAH solution formed smaller pyramids on the textured surface compared with texturing in KOH solution. Although the textured samples showed similar reflectances (except in the case of the TBA additive), they showed different short circuit currents. Texturing in KOH/TMAH solution led to a 9.6% increase in short circuit current compared with texturing in KOH/IPA solution, a typical etchant in commercial processes. Based on these results, the reflectivity has no simple proportionality relationship to the short circuit current, and the short circuit current of silicon solar cells should be the criterion used in evaluating texturing effects on reducing reflectance and forming a sound junction with high collection efficiency. 相似文献
