高效离子排斥色谱法测定饮料中的糖精钠

提出了一种用高效离子排斥色谱法测定饮料中糖精钠的新方法。以ＩｏｎＰａｃ ＩＣＥ－ＡＳ ６柱为分离柱，０．１０ ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＨ２ＳＯ４＋甲醇（９＋１）为淋洗液，２０２ｎｍ波长下紫外检测。在１－１００ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内，糖精钠的含量与峰面积呈 良好线性关系。检出限为０．６０ｎｇ，灵敏度优于以往采用离子交换色谱－电导检测法的结果。在实验条件下，饮料 中常见有机酸以及其它人工合成甜味剂等均不产生干扰。方法用于饮料中糖精钠的测定，加标回收率为９８％～ １０５％。此外还比较了电导检测、紫外检测和经化学抑制系统后紫外检测等三种检测方式对测定灵敏度的影响。     

Sulfide oxygenation by tert-butyl hydroperoxide with mononuclear (Me3TACN)Mn catalysts

Mononuclear (Me₃TACN)MnX₃ compounds, where X is Cl⁻, Br⁻, or N₃⁻, and Me₃TACN is 1,4,7-N,N′,N″-trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, have been tested for catalyzing both sulfide oxygenation and styrene epoxidation by tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) and display turnover frequencies (TOF) up to 200 h⁻¹ at room temperature. Sulfoxides or sulfones may be produced selectively by varying reaction conditions. Product distribution from the oxygenation reactions of ethyl phenyl sulfide, 2-chloroethyl phenyl sulfide, and styrene is consistent with a mechanism involving an early single-electron transfer (SET) step.     

Studies on controlled potential coulometric determination of gallium in sodium perchlorate and sodium thiocyanate

Controlled potential coulometric (CPC) studies were carried out for developing a method to determine gallium at milligram levels, in the mixed supporting electrolyte medium (4 M NaClO₄ + 0.5 M NaSCN), employing stirring mercury as a working electrode. Investigations for optimization of working electrode potentials, quantity of charge, level of background current and electrolysis time for achieving quantitative reduction of Ga(III) to Ga and its oxidation back to Ga(III), were undertaken. Effect of gallium content and interference of zinc in of gallium determination were also studied. The developed methodology was employed for the determination of gallium in pure Ga as well as in synthetic U + Ga mixture solutions. Accuracy and precision values of better than 0.5% were obtained at 1-2 mg levels.     

2-(苯并噻唑-2-基)-5-(N,N-二乙基氨基)苯酚衍生物的合成及其对H2S的识别

以4-N,N-二乙基氨基水杨醛为原料,制备了2-(苯并噻唑-2-基)-5-(N,N-二乙基氨基)苯酚衍生物(探针L),并对其结构进行了表征。在DMSO/PBS(体积比3∶7,pH=7.4)溶液中,探针L具有高选择性并可荧光"关-开"识别H_2S,在365nm紫外灯照射下,由无荧光变成蓝色荧光。实验表明,探针L识别H_2S的检测限为2.05×10~(-6)mol/L,pH适用范围为6～9,可用于检测实际水样中的H_2S。     

Preparation and crystal structure of Nb6.74 Ta5.26S4 – a new compound in the ternary system Ta?Nb?S

Nb_6.74Ta_5.26S₄ has been prepared by high temperature techniques. The crystal structure has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data (R/R_w = 0.0588/0.0655). The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with unit cell dimensions a = 959.11 (26) pm, b = 336.37 (10) pm, and c = 3282.51 (74) pm. The orthorhombic cell contains four formula units. Its structure is similar to that of Nb-rich sulfides, rather than to that of Ta-rich sulfides. The metal coordinations are capped distorted cubic prisms and pentagonal prisms while the coordinations of sulfur are capped trigonal prisms.     

Titanyl Acetylacetonate as an Efficient Catalyst for Regioselective 1,2‐Reduction of α,β‐Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds and Conversion of α‐Diketones & Acyloins to Vicinal Diols with Sodium Borohydride

α,β‐Unsaturated aldehydes and ketones were reduced readily and exclusively to their corresponding allylic alcohols with NaBH₄ and catalytic amounts of titanyl acetylacetonate at room temperature. Reduction reactions were carried out in CH₃CN or THF. This reducing system was also efficient for the reduction of α‐diketones and acyloins to their corresponding vicinal diols in CH₃CN.     

Sodium hexadecanoate micellar aggregation number

The diffusion coefficient of sodium hexadecanoate micelles was studied by polarography at 63°C, and the size and aggregation number of the micelles was computed. At concentrations above 0.01 mol·L^–1 rodlike micelles exist, which become flexible at 0.040 mol·L^–1 and entangle at 0.043 mol·L^–1     

Crystallographic evidence of hexacoordination at phosphorus via intramolecular coordination of donor groups on phosphane and phosphane sulphide

The X-ray structure analysis of bis(8-dimethylamino-l-naphthyl)phenylphosphane (3) and of the corresponding sulphide 4 has revealed hexacoordination at phosphorus in both cases, the N … P separations being less than the sum of the van der Waal radii. Furthermore, in both cases the overall geometry corresponds to a distorted bicapped tetrahedron. The optimum geometry calculated for 4 via the program developed by Autodesk (MM + method) suggests that the structure of the molecule is a function not only of steric requirements but also of electronic effects.     

高折光指数光学树脂的合成——相转移法合成不饱和硫醇酯单体的条件控制

采用正常的低温相转移催化（ＰＴＣ）和反滴碱溶液ＰＴＣ法分别合成了含硫双烯ＭＥＳＤＭＡ和单烯ＭＥＰＳＭＡ．１Ｈ ＮＭＲ分析证明ＭＥＳ中的杂质主要是由原料ＴＤＧ引入的．对含单个巯基的ＭＥＰＳ的正常ＰＴＣ酯化接枝双键，因存在巯基和不饱和双键的加成反应而导致失败．作者最终得到了折光指数在１６２５以上的ＭＥＳＤＭＡ／ＭＥＰＳＭＡ共聚物．
