Manganese phthalocyanine MnPc(SPh)4 has been synthesized and used to form self assembled monolayers on gold electrodes. The well packed SAM monolayer was characterized by analyzing the blocking of a number of Faradic processes by cyclic voltammetry, evaluating the electrical characteristics of the modified electrode by electrochemical impedance and imaging the modified surface by electrochemical scanning microscopy. Finally, MnPc(SPh)4‐SAM modified electrode displayed an electrocatalytic behavior toward the oxidation of nitrite.  相似文献

Ferrocene‐terminated self‐assembled monolayer (Fc‐SAM) on gold was used as an electron‐transfer mediator in the electrochemical assay of L ‐ascorbic acid 2‐phosphate (AAP). The assay is based on the enzymatic action of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), which triggers the release of vitamin C (L ‐ascorbic acid, AA) from AAP. The latter is easily oxidized on the Fc‐SAM under the diffusion limiting conditions that favors quantitative measurement of the AA concentration on a rotating disk electrode. We demonstrate the utility of the electrochemically active Fc‐SAM to probe the mechanism and to determine the kinetic parameters of an enzymatic reaction. The electrochemical technique was compared to a conventional spectrophotometric method of ALP activity detection using p‐nitrophenylphosphate (p‐NPP) as a substrate. We demonstrate that our new technique is also suitable for the analytical determination of ALP activity. The detection limits for both AAP and ALP were found to be 13 μM and 2 pM, respectively.  相似文献

A sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) electrode (SDS/MWNTs) was successfully constructed in this study. The electrochemical property of the SDS/MWNTs electrode has been characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Nyquist plots suggest that the immersion time of SDS affects the resistances of the MWNTs electrodes. The thickness of adsorbed SDS on MWNTs surface is estimated to be 1.23 nm, which is close to the value of SDS monolayer. CV results demonstrate a 5‐fold enhanced response for dopamine (DA) at the SDS/MWNTs electrode compared to the bare MWNTs one. DPV results illustrate that DA can be selectively determined in the presence of high concentration ascorbic acid (AA) with a linear range from 20 μM to 0.20 mM and a sensitivity of 0.024 μA μM?1 at the SDS/MWNTs electrode.  相似文献

A formal synthesis of (?)‐cephalotaxine ( 1 ) by means of a highly stereoselective radical carboazidation process is reported. The synthesis begins with the protected (S)‐cyclopent‐2‐en‐1‐ol derivative 10 and uses the concept of self‐reproduction of a stereogenic center (Schemes 5 and 6). For this purpose, the double bond adjacent to the initial chiral center in 10 is converted into an acetonide after stereoselective dihydroxylation. The initial alcohol function is used to build an exocyclic methylene group suitable for the carboazidation process 8 → 7 (Scheme 7). Finally the protected diol moiety is converted back to an alkene ( 14 → 15 → 6 ) and used for the formation of ring B via a Heck reaction ( 6 →(?)‐ 16 ; Scheme 8).  相似文献

Abstract

Assuming the Wiedemann-Franz law, measured data for electrical conductivity α of liquid Cs and Rb is converted to λe , the electronic contribution to the thermal conductivity A. While the major part of the measured thermal conduction is thereby accounted for, the “residual” ionic contribution, denned as (λ-1—λe ?1)?1, does not simply increase as the metal-insulator transition is approached along the coexistence curve.

Since λ is dominated by λe, it is surprising that a hard sphere model, which predicts λ/n = 5kB/2M with n the shear viscosity and M the ionic mass, still gives correctly a relatively constant ratio, though a difference in behaviour of λ/n as a function of thermodynamic state is noted for liquid Rb and Cs compared with liquid argon.

A generalization of Andrade's formula for shear viscosity at the melting point is also discussed, including the work of Zwanzig relating the self-diffusion coefficient D to n via the bulk viscosity.  相似文献

The synthesis of ditryptophan-pyridine conjugates and their binding to mercury ions is described. Conjugate 3 shows an excellent ability to sequester mercury from solution and rescue bacterial growth in a concentration-dependent survival assay. It is proposed that such compounds, composed primarily of bioessential/biodegradable components, could be potentially used as sequestrating agents for the removal of Hg(II) ions in detoxification strategies.  相似文献

In this study, the non-linear analysis of the sunspot index is embedded in the non-extensive statistical theory of Tsallis (1988, 2004, 2009) ,  and . The qq-triplet of Tsallis, as well as the correlation dimension and the Lyapunov exponent spectrum were estimated for the SVD components of the sunspot index timeseries. Also the multifractal scaling exponent spectrum f(a)f(a), the generalized Renyi dimension spectrum D(q)D(q) and the spectrum J(p)J(p) of the structure function exponents were estimated experimentally and theoretically by using the qq-entropy principle included in Tsallis non-extensive statistical theory, following Arimitsu and Arimitsu (2001, 2000)  and . Our analysis showed clearly the following: (a) a phase transition process in the solar dynamics from high dimensional non-Gaussian SOC state to a low dimensional non-Gaussian chaotic state, (b) strong intermittent solar turbulence and anomalous (multifractal) diffusion solar process, which is strengthened as the solar dynamics makes a phase transition to low dimensional chaos in accordance to Ruzmaikin, Zeleny and Milovanov’s studies (Zelenyi and Milovanov (1991) [21]); Milovanov and Zelenyi (1993) [22]; Ruzmakin et al. (1996) [26]) (c) faithful agreement of Tsallis non-equilibrium statistical theory with the experimental estimations of (i) non-Gaussian probability distribution function P(x)P(x), (ii) multifractal scaling exponent spectrum f(a)f(a) and generalized Renyi dimension spectrum DqDq, (iii) exponent spectrum J(p)J(p) of the structure functions estimated for the sunspot index and its underlying non equilibrium solar dynamics.  相似文献

基于mini-bar的光纤耦合是一种进一步提高二极管激光器光纤耦合系统出光亮度的有效方法。本文对Osram公司的一款连续60 W mini-bar的发光特性进行了实验研究,选用的mini-bar在工作电流60 A时输出功率60 W,电光转换效率最大为60%,中心波长973.7 nm,慢轴发散角为9.3(1/e2)。分析了其慢轴准直的特性,了解慢轴准直透镜的选择原则。器件准直后的慢轴发散角为47.6 mrad。通过对光束参量积的计算了解到mini-bar的光束可以直接耦合进入600 m的光纤,并进行了单片mini-bar的耦合实验,得到准直系统与耦合透镜组的传输效率为83%~85%,光纤的耦合效率为86%~93%,整个系统的光光效率大于72%。  相似文献

该文设计了一具有高效强指向性的平面超薄人工结构,当平面声波垂直入射到该结构时,若中心狭缝处产生的Fabry-Perot(F-P)共振和两侧类亥姆霍兹凹槽的共振频率耦合时,会产生一具有高度指向性的准直声束。通过对结构两侧的凹槽阵列的作用、凹槽周期D和凹槽数量r的探讨,发现凹槽阵列可将散射声波转换成声表面波,大大提高了透射效率,同时结构的共振频率、声透射率和准直效果与D、r的变化关系不大,说明对该结构准直效应产生影响的是F-P共振频率和类亥姆霍兹共振器共振频率,与布拉格散射无关。这一发现有助于在降低结构尺寸的同时仍保持结构的有效性,为后续指向性器件的应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

利用神光Ⅱ激光装置的两束激光烧蚀半圆柱壳层靶产生了高速等离子体喷流。喷流的参数由光学和X射线诊断测量。喷流是准直的,在真空中传播。一维流体力学模拟被用来间接地计算喷流的速度。喷流的准直可能来源于高Z等离子体的辐射冷却。由于和年轻恒星喷流具有某些几何相似性,实验室喷流对于在实验室中模拟年轻恒星喷流具有潜在应用。  相似文献
