使用反射式飞行时间质谱仪, 研究了Ca+-叔丁胺络合物在激光诱导下的反应. 得到了反应的光解谱和作为波长函数的光解行为光谱以及各反应通道的分支比. 反应有两个通道, Ca+-与分子的解离通道和生成产物Ca+-NH2的反应通道, Ca+-是主要产物, 而且在整个激光扫描的范围都存在, 并且在530~595 nm波段是唯一的产物. 反应的光解行为光谱显示出明显的无结构的峰, 分别对应于络合物的跃迁. 结合反应通道的分支比以及量化计算, 对这些峰进行了指认, 并初步探讨了反应的动力学机理.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a class of conservative oscillators the restitution force of which is of a power form which includes positive non-integer exponents. It is shown how an approximate Lagrangian and Hamilton’s variational principle can be used to obtain a second-order approximate solution for their free vibrations. Due to the fact that, in a general case, when the restoring force is multi-term, the period cannot be obtained from the energy conservation law in a closed form, the problem is formulated as a one-point boundary-value problem, and a non-simultaneous variation is introduced. The explicit expressions for the amplitudes and frequency of oscillations are derived, in which there are no restrictions on the values of the non-integer powers. The analytically obtained results are compared with numerical results as well as with some approximate analytical results from the literature.  相似文献

To study the role of the long-wavelength chlorophylls (Chl) in photosystem I (PSI), the action spectra of P700 photooxidation at 293 and 77 K have been measured for PSI trimeric and monomeric complexes isolated from Spirulina platensis. The long-wavelength Chls which absorb in the region 710dash740 nm transfer excitation energy to the reduced P700 with the same efficiency as bulk antenna Chls, causing the oxidation of P700. The relative quantum yield of P700 photooxidation is about unity (293-77 K) even under the direct excitation of Chl absorbing at 735 nm (Chl735). At 77 K Chl735 exhibits a fluorescence band at 760 nm (F760) whose intensity is quenched under illumination of the PSI trimeric complexes from Spirulina. The relative quantum yield of F760 quenching is not dependent on the wavelength of excitation in the region 620–750 nm. Since the value of the overlap integral between the band of F760 and the absorption band of the cation radical of P700 (P700+) is higher than that of the P700 band, it is suggested that Chl735 transfers energy to P700+ more efficiently than to reduced P700; energy transfer to P700+ causes the quenching of F760. A linear relationship between the photooxidation rate of P700 and the fraction of P700+ at 293 K indicates that the energy exchange between PSI subunits of the trimer is negligible. Thus, the antenna of PSI trimers of Spirulina is organized in separate photosynthetic units.  相似文献

It is well known that one could determine the kinematics of gravity by using the Principle of Equivalence and local inertial frames. I describe how the dynamics of gravity can be similarly understood by suitable thought experiments in a local Rindler frame. This approach puts in proper context several unexplained features of gravity and describes the dynamics of spacetime in a broader setting than in Einstein’s theory. The reactivity of flavonoids as radical scavengers was investigated under kinetic considerations using radical polymerization of methyl methacrylates initiated by benzoyl peroxide. The number of radicals which are trapped by each molecule of phenol (the stoichiometric factors, n values) decreased in the order of epigallocatechin-3- O -gallate (ECG) (5.5) > catechin (3.5) > resveratrol (2.4) > quercetin (1.9)> n -propylgallate (1.5) > hesperetin (1.0). The inhibition rate constants ( k inh ) (1-3 ‐ 10 3 l/(mol s)) for the flavonoids were not different from each other, and, therefore, the radical scavenging activity depend on n values. The n values of the fully oxidized flavonoids were estimated from the frontier orbital theory, using PM3 semiempirical molecular orbital calculation. The experimental n values were consistent with the calculated values.  相似文献

Tree-graded spaces are generalizations of R-trees. They appear as asymptotic cones of groups (when the cones have cut-points). Since many questions about endomorphisms and automorphisms of groups, solving equations over groups, studying embeddings of a group into another group, etc. lead to actions of groups on the asymptotic cones, it is natural to consider actions of groups on tree-graded spaces. We develop a theory of such actions which generalizes the well-known theory of groups acting on R-trees. As applications of our theory, we describe, in particular, relatively hyperbolic groups with infinite groups of outer automorphisms, and co-Hopfian relatively hyperbolic groups.  相似文献

It is pointed out that local field-contact action depends entirely on field-energy momentum transfer to matter, orvice versa. Contact with stationary electromagnetic energy does not produce forces. With this in mind, the paper examines the electrodynamic operation of the common induction motor and concludes that the motor is not, and could not be, driven by local field-contact action.  相似文献

Epidemiology is the study of the distribution of disease in human populations. This means that authentically teaching primary data collection in epidemiology is difficult as students cannot easily access suitable human populations. Using an action research methodology, this paper studied the use of a virtual human population (called The Island) to enable students to experience many features of authentic primary data collection in epidemiological research. The Island was used in a course introducing epidemiology and biostatistics for students in non-quantitative disciplines. This paper discusses how The Island was introduced into the course, and then evaluates the change. Students were highly engaged, and students and teaching staff responded favourably to the use of The Island, with 70% of students agreeing or strongly agreeing that The Island was easy to use, and 64% agreeing or strongly agreeing that the use of a virtual population was beneficial to their understanding of epidemiology.  相似文献
