The Stroh formalism of piezoelectric materials,Fourier analysis and singular integral equation technique were used to investigate the existence of a pulse at the fric- tionless interface in presence of local separation between two contact piezoelectric solids. The two solids were combined together by uniaxial tractions and laid in the electric field. The problem was cast into a set of Cauchy singular integral equations,from which the closed-form solutions were derived.The numerical discussion on the existence of such a slip pulse was presented.The results show that such a slip pulse,which has square root singularities at both ends of the local separation zone,can propagate in most material combinations.And the existence of such a slip pulse will not be affected by the applied mechanical and electric fields in some special material combinations.  相似文献

The electro-elastic field of the infinite piezoelectric medium with two piezoelectric circular cylindrical inclusions is derived under the antiplane shear stresses and inplane electric fields. The analytical solution is obtained. The proposed method is based upon the use of conformal mapping and the theorem of analytic continuation. From the results obtained, it can be found that the electro-elastic field depends on the material constants of individual phases, the geometric parameters of the system and the applied antiplane shear stresses and electric fields at infinity. In addition, the specific cases when two circular cylindrical inclusions are tangent to each other and they are holes and/or rigid ones, are also studied in this paper. 采用具有两个热松驰时间的G-L广义热弹性理论,研究了一维无限无限长杆在其端部受到热冲击时的边值问题,借助于拉普拉斯正、反变换技术,在所考虑时间非常短的情况下,对问题进行了求解。得到了位移及温度分布的近似妥析角,发现位移及温度分布中分别存在两上阶跃点,并通过数值计算,把温度的分布规律用图形反映了出来,从温度的分布图上可以看出,当任何x的值大于第二个阶跃点的位置值时,温度值都是零,也即在当前所绘定的时刻,热以波的形式沿压电杆仅传播到第二阶跃点的位置,而在第二个阶跃点之后,压电杆上的温度分布保持初始温度;定不同时刻,热波波前的位置也将相应的在压电杆上移动,也即热波波前在压电杆上的位置随考虑时刻不同而不同,这与经典的热传导是完全不同的,它说明热是以波的形式以有限的速度,而不是以无限的速度在介质中进行传播的。  相似文献

匹配层和背衬层是换能器的重要组成部分,对换能器特性有重要影响。针对发射型换能器,基于有/无匹配层和空气/树脂背衬两种条件组合,该文研究了匹配层与背衬层对换能器辐射特性的影响。结果表明,负载材料为水时,空气背衬换能器相较于树脂背衬换能器声能辐射效率更高;匹配层可以提高换能器的主瓣能量,抑制旁瓣能量及旁瓣数量。因此,针对发射型换能器的设计,背衬材料的选择应遵循与压电材料的阻抗差异越大越优的原则;匹配层的合理设计不仅可以提高超声换能器的声能辐射效率,还可以提高主瓣旁瓣峰值比,使声能更集中。  相似文献

The power ultrasonic generator (PUG) is the core device of power ultrasonic technology (PUT), and its performance determines the application of this technology in biomedicine, semiconductor, aerospace, and other fields. With the high demand for sensitive and accurate dynamic response in power ultrasonic applications, the design of PUG has become a hot topic in academic and industry. However, the previous reviews cannot be used as a universal technical manual for industrial applications. There are many technical difficulties in establishing a mature production system, which hinder the large-scale application of PUG for piezoelectric transducers. To enhance the performance of the dynamic matching and power control of PUG, the studies in various PUT applications have been reviewed in this article. Initially, the demand design covering the piezoelectric transducer application and parameter requirements for ultrasonic and electrical signals is overall summarized, and these parameter requirements have been recommended as the technical indicators of developing the new PUG. Then the factors affecting the power conversion circuit design are analyzed systematically to realize the foundational performance improvement of PUG. Furthermore, advantages and limitations of key control technologies have been summarized to provide some different ideas on how to realize automatic resonance tracking and adaptive power adjustment, and to optimize the power control and dynamic matching control. Finally, several research directions of PUG in the future have been prospected.  相似文献

In this paper, a piezoelectric beam is investigated under fully-dynamic magnetic effects and long-range dielectric and strain memories. The mathematical model under consideration is for the type of piezoelectric beams which strongly couple the electromagnetic effects with mechanical vibrations. This particular model is highly preferred for complex systems for which the vibrational profile is under the strong influence of the electromagnetic interactions. By a careful analysis, an optimal energy decay result is explicitly established under a wide class of kernel functions of the memory terms. The results are based on the multipliers technique. These results are compared to the widely-used electrostatic/quasi-static models which entirely exclude magnetic effects.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid on-line immunoassay for the determination of ciguatoxin CTX3C was developed based on a capillary mixing system, which was integrated with capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation and electrochemical (EC) detection. In the sandwich immunoassay system, anti-CTX3C-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles were used as immunosensing probes, and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and anti-CTX3C antibody were bound onto the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and used as recognition elements. Online formation of immunocomplex was realized in capillary inlet end with an external rotating magnetic field. Compared with classical HPLC-MS and ELISA, the assay adopting AuNPs as multienzyme carriers and online sandwich immunoassay format with rotating magnetic field exhibited higher sensitivity and shorter assay time. The linear range of the assay for CTX3C was from 0.6 to 150 ng/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9948 (n = 2), and the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.09 ng/L. The developed assay showed satisfying reproducibility and stability, and it was successfully applied for the quantification of CTX3C in fish samples.  相似文献

The molecular box, namely cyclo[2](2,6-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridine)-[2](1,4-dimethylene benzene) (14+; as PF6? salt), fold its conformation as molecular tweezer to clip the specific carboxylates with expanded aromatic plane. The binding modes between 14+ and carboxylate, namely pseudorotaxane, outside or clipping (i.e., sandwich like), also depend on the location of carboxylate on the large conjugated moiety. These finding develop the usability of 14+ and carboxylates as important building block pairs to create non-covalent self-assembly structures.  相似文献
