An attempt to devise a methodology of compiler design is described, and an outline is given for a possible course on this subject. The theoretical basis is formed by the concepts of phrase-structure language, finite-state- and stack-acceptor, and transducer. As their extension capable of processing context-dependent elements of languages, a so-called Table-Transducer is postulated, and it serves as the core-algorithm upon which compilers are based. The developed theory and method of compiler construction is applied to an example of a simple programming language.  相似文献

Nonlinear dielectric response of antiferroelectric liquid crystals has been studied in the smectic Cα* (SmCα*) phase. The linear dielectric spectrum shows a single relaxation of Debye type and its relaxation frequency is as high as one hundred kHz. The profile of the third-order nonlinear dielectric spectrum varies in complex fashion with temperature. In the vicinity of the SmA-SmCα* phase transition, experimentally obtained nonlinear spectra are well described by those calculated with phenomenological theory of Landau type. The soft mode of the SmCα* phase shows critical slowing-down near the transition temperature. In the lower-temperature region of the SmCα* phase, the contribution from the soft mode of the SmCα* phase reduces and the other relaxation mode with Debye-type spectrum appears at several hundred Hz in the nonlinear spectrum. The appearance of this low-frequency mode suggests that the cooperative fluctuation of directors over long range exists in the SmCα* phase. Barium sodium niobate (BNN) single crystals are studied by IR spectroscopy, time-domain THz transmission spectroscopy, HF coaxial wave-guide technique and LF dielectric spectroscopy to cover the frequency range 102-1014 Hz in a wide temperature interval. The dielectric response parallel and perpendicular to the polar c-axis is discussed. The ferroelectric transition at T c = 830 K is driven by a relaxational soft mode coupled with another central-mode type relaxation which both gradually disappear on cooling in the ferroelectric phase. Below T i the parameters of the expected IR active amplitudon were estimated. The low-temperature permittivity increase on cooling for the field direction has been explained by an incipient proper ferroelectric-ferroelastic transition driven by an IR and Raman active B2-symmetry soft mode. This article reports the gas-sensing capability of nanocrystalline (NC) transition metal-coated piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC). NC transition metal particles of Pd and Ag with particles size of 10–15 nm, while Pt and Au are 20–25 nm are used. The NC particles deposited on the quartz substrate adsorbs gaseous pollutants, thereby increasing the weight of the quartz substrate and decreasing its vibration frequency. We have found that transition metals, Pd, Pt, Au, and Ag in particular, show good sensitivity for NH3-detection; the maximum frequency change occurs at 150°C for Pd and Pt and at 100°C for Au and Ag. The NC Pd- and NC Pt-coated PQC also show good sensitivity for CO2-detection at 150°C. Likewise, the NC Au-coated PQC shows very good sensitivity for NO2-detection but at a higher temperature (180°C). The frequency change as a function of the pollutant gas concentration ( f-curve) follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm (unimolecular adsorption) except in the case of NC Pd-coated PQC under NH3 and NC Au-coated PQC under NO2. The f-curve for the NC Pd-coated PQC is convex with respect to the NH3 concentration axis. The f-curve for the NC Au-coated PQC is convex in the low NO2 concentration region, and concave in the high NO2 concentration region. Both curves indicate multi-molecular adsorption, Type III and Type V adsorption, respectively. Therefore, the good sensitivity and stability of these gas sensors can be attributed to physical adsorption of the pollutant gases as a result of van der Waals attraction.  相似文献

A new analysis based on Airy stress function method is presented for a functionally graded piezoelectric material cantilever beam. Assuming that the mechanical and electric properties of the material have the same variations along the thickness direction, a two-dimensional plane elasticity solution is obtained for the coupling electroelastic fields of the beam under different loadings. This solution will be useful in analyzing FGPM beam with arbitrary variations of material properties. The influences of the functionally graded material properties on the structural response of the beam subjected to different loads are also studied through numerical examples.  相似文献

A rapid identification of the piezoelectric material constants for a piezoelectric transducer is proposed. The validity of a three-dimensional finite element routine was confirmed experimentally. The asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) was adopted for a fast frequency sweep of the finite element analysis. The three-dimensional finite element method with an AWE and a design sensitivity method was used for a material inversion scheme of piezoelectric transducers. In order to confirm the inversion routine of the material constants, the mechanical displacements, which mean the mode shape, were calculated along the vertical and lateral position of the sample transducer.  相似文献

设计具有较高比容量和循环稳定性的负极材料对于钠离子电池的发展至关重要。过渡金属硒化物因其具有较高的理论容量而成为潜在的负极材料。但是,硒化物电导率低下且在钠离子嵌入/脱出的过程中会发生较大程度的体积膨胀,导致比容量快速下降。因此,结构调控显得尤为重要。通过常规水热法在二维还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)上原位生长多孔纳米立方体FeSe2,制备了具有更多活性位点和结构更加稳定的FeSe2/rGO复合材料。当用作钠离子电池的负极时,复合材料FeSe2/rGO在0.2 A/g时比容量为694.6 mA?h/g,在2.0 A/g电流密度下,循环300圈后比容量为300 mA?h/g。  相似文献

The authors analyze a piezoelectric energy harvester as an electro-mechanically coupled system. The energy harvester consists of a piezoelectric bimorph with a concentrated mass attached at one end, called the harvesting structure, an electric circuit for energy storage, and a rectifier that converts the AC output of the harvesting structure into a DC input for the storage circuit. The piezoelectric bimorph is assumed to be driven into flexural vibration by an ambient acoustic source to convert the mechanical energies into electric energies. The analysis indicates that the performance of this harvester, measured by the power density, is characterized by three important non-dimensional parameters, i.e., the non-dimensional inductance of the storage circuit, the non-dimensional aspect ratio (length/thickness) and the non-dimensional end mass of the harvesting structure. The numerical results show that: (1) the power density can be optimized by varying the non-dimensional inductance for each fixed non-dimensional aspect ratio with a fixed non-dimensional end mass; and (2) for a fixed non-dimensional inductance, the power density is maximized if the non-dimensional aspect ratio and the non-dimensional end mass are so chosen that the harvesting structure, consisting of both the piezoelectric bimorph and the end mass attached, resonates at the frequency of the ambient acoustic source.  相似文献

First, based on the basic equations of two-dimensional piezoelectroelasticity, a displacement function is introduced and the general solution is then derived. Utilizing the generalized Almansi's theorem, the general solution is so simplified that all physical quantities can be expressed by three harmonic functions. Second, solutions of problems of a wedge loaded by point forces and point charge at the apex are also obtained in the paper. These solutions can be degenerated to those of problems of point forces and point charge acting on the line boundary of a piezoelectric half-plane.Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China  相似文献
