Synthesis and some properties of planar 4-diphenylphosphino-1,3,2-dioxaborinanes

Fused 1,3,2-dioxaborinanes, derivatives of 4-diphenylphosphino- and 4-diphenylphosphoryl-4H-1, 3-dioxa-2-boraphenanthrenes, and their complexes with amines have been synthesized. According to X-ray diffraction data, the complex of 2-phenyl-4-diphenylphosphoryl-4H-1, 3-dioxa-2-boraphenanthrene with butylamine exists as a dimer due to the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. DMF-甲醇体系粘度与核磁共振化学位移的同时关联

提出了一个基于局部组成概念上的核磁共振模型. 利用该模型和以前别人提出的局部组成型粘度方程, 成功地同时关联属于传递性质的粘度数据和属于波谱性质的核磁共振化学位移数据，关联所得到化学位移的平均绝对偏差小于0.0072，粘度的平均绝对偏差小于0.0006 mPa•s，结果表明提出的局部组成模型是合理的.     

Classical Valence Similarity in Fullerene Derivatives

Summary.  The generalized Pauling bond order was enumerated in the C₆₀ fullerene cage molecule (truncated icosahedral symmetry). This index measures chemical similarity in fullerene derivatives such as dihydrofullerene (C₆₀H₂), anionized monohydrofullerene (C₆₀H⁻), N-substituted monohydrofullerene (C₅₉NH), the fullerene dimer ((C₆₀)₂), and the dianionic fullerene dimer ((C₆₀)₂ ²⁻). It is also useful in judging the chemical stability of isomers. Received October 9, 2001. Accepted November 9, 2001

用MINDO/3方法洋细研究了取代基对α-氨基乙腈热消除反应的影响. 研究表明, 对于孤立分子的气相反应, 给电子基使活化势垒降低, 吸电子基使活化势垒上升; 而对OH~-催化下的反应, 给电子基和吸电子基均使活化势垒上升.     

Enzymatic synthesis of optically active α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates and reactions thereof

A novel and enzymatic approach to α-chloro-δ-hydroxy-β-ketoalkanephosphonates was developed via enantioselective CALB-catalyzed acetylation and CRL-catalyzed hydrolysis. The resultant optically active compounds provide, via Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons (HWE) reaction, chiral α,β-unsaturated ketones that are building block with potential application in organic synthesis.     

Asymmetric 1,4-addition of alkenylzirconium reagents to α,β-unsaturated ketones catalyzed by chiral rhodium complexes

Highly enantioselective 1,4-addition of alkenylzirconocene chlorides to α,β-enones was found to be catalyzed by a chiral rhodium complex generated from [Rh(cod)(MeCN)₂]BF₄ and (S)-BINAP. The reaction can be applied to either cyclic or acyclic enones and the optical yield was up to 99% ee. The reaction mechanism would involve the transmetalation between the alkenylzirconocene chloride and the rhodium complex to give the alkenylrhodium species as a key intermediate.     

On-column injection onto capillary columns. Part 2: Study of sampling conditions; practical recommendations

During one year continuous use of on-column injection, the typical advantages described in our first report have fully been confirmed. In addition the analysis of large sample volumes has proved promising. Only minor modifications have been applied to the on-column injector device. Broad evidence has been gathered showing that full separation efficiency of the capillary columns after on-column injection is attained only when cold trapping or the solvent effect, as band shortening mechanisms, are working- While, under the conditions of on-column injection, cold trapping is less efficient than with other injection techniques, the opposite holds true for the solvent effect. Compared with splitless injection, the danger of excessive solvent condensation on the column is increased. A working rule is presented for establishing the optimal chromatographic conditions for handling large sample volumes while ensuring full separation efficiency yet avoiding harm to the column.     

无脂链磺化酞菁铜多层膜体系：电子非弹性平均自由程的研究

磺化酞菁铜多层膜体系是利用Langmuir-Blodgett技术制备的有序有机分子膜,它对于XPS测试有很好的稳定性,本文在固定电子出射角的条件下利用XPS方法研究了不同厚度的膜样品中Cu_((2(?))_(3/2))、Ni_(1(?))、S_(2p)峰强度的变化规律,讨论了膜内分子有序排列引起的散射效应对电子平均自由程的影响。     

Interaction of aryldiazonium salts with some schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium

The interaction of aryldiazonium ions with some Schiff-base complexes of cobalt and ruthenium have been studied. With cobalt, one-electron oxidation of [Co(II)Salen] occurred; with [Co(I)Salen] the corresponding Co(III)-aryl complexes were isolated. In the case of ruthenium oxidation also occurs, [Ru(Salen)(CO)py] gave the corresponding monocation. The results, especially for ruthenium, are in contrast to the stabilisation of both nitrosyl and aryldiazonium adducts in analogous porphyrin complexes.     

Determination of phenol and catechol concentrations with oxygen probes coated with immobilized enzymes or immobilized cells

The enzyme phenol 2-hydroxylase was immobilized on Sepharose and used in conjunction with an O₂ electrode for quantitating phenol. Similarly, catechol 1,2-oxygenase was used for quantitating catechol. A third probe was prepared by immobilization ofTrichosporon cutaneum cells rather than purified phenol 2-hydroxylase for phenol quantitation. The whole cell system gave results comparable to the immobilized enzyme system.
