Ca0.54Sr0.34−1.5xEu0.08Smx(MoO4)y (WO4)1−y red phosphors were prepared by solid-state reaction using Na+ as a charge compensator for light-emitting diodes (LED). The effects of Na+ concentration, synthesis temperature, reaction time and Eu3+ concentration were studied for the properties of luminescence and crystal structure of red phosphors. The results show that the optimum reaction condition is 6%, 900 °C, 2 h and 8%. The photoluminescence spectra show that red phosphors are effectively excited at 616 nm by 292, 395 and 465 nm. The wavelengths of 465 nm nicely match the widely applied emission wavelengths of blue LED chips. 相似文献

This study involves microencapsulation of anthocyanin extract (AC) from red raspberry using a freeze drying technique involving ultrasonication of soy protein isolate (SPI), gum arabic (AG), and their combination. Analyses included microcapsule properties, encapsulation efficiency, antioxidant capacity using the DPPH assay, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), color, thermal stability, stability during storage, morphology, and simulated gastrointestinal conditions. Encapsulation efficiency (EE) ranged from 93.05% to 98.87% for all microcapsules. The morphology of microcapsules by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated a broken glass shape, with mean size of microcapsules ranging from 21.07 ± 2.71 μm to 48.19 ± 2.33 μm using Mastersizer analyzer. A good relationship obtained between zeta potential (ZP) and FTIR spectrum indicated that there is a chemical cross linking interaction between wall material and core material. All microcapsules enhanced the thermal stability of AC in the temperature range 80–114 °C. Furthermore, AC retention (up to 48%) during storage at 37 °C for 60 days revealed that treatment H combination of SPI and AG was best. 在内蒙古东升庙矿区西部采取白垩系红层岩心及地表风化土壤样,用近红外光谱分析技术对各个样品进行测试分析。结果表明,近红外光谱技术能通过矿物中各基团的特征吸收峰快速鉴别出矿物,东升庙矿区西部白垩系红层为泥质胶结主要由石英、长石、蒙脱石、伊利石、绿泥石、白云母等组成,其矿物组成主要受到上游物源区影响;其崩解主要为蒙脱石等粘土矿物吸水膨胀,失水收缩不均匀,使原有裂隙扩大并产生新的裂隙,导致强度降低,发生崩解;根据其粘土矿物的组合推测其风化过程中气候以寒冷干燥为主,风化过程主要为物理风化。研究结果一方面可以完善该矿区地质特征,另一方面表明在矿物光谱学的基础上,近红外光谱分析技术可以有效地分析土壤和岩石的矿物成分,从而论证了近红外光谱分析技术应用于土壤、岩石矿物的的快速分析可行性,表明了其在地质研究中的可行性,为以后的土壤、岩石研究提供新思路。 相似文献

A novel red-emitting phosphor CaSrAl2SiO7:Eu3+ was firstly synthesized through the high temperature solid state reaction at 1300 °C. The structure, diffuse reflection spectra, photoluminescence spectra, color-coordinate parameters and quantum efficiencies (QE) of phosphors were investigated. The obtained CaSrAl2SiO7:Eu3+ phosphors have the same structure with that of the Ca2Al2SiO7 and Sr2Al2SiO7 phosphor, which have the melilite structure. Optical properties were studied as a function of Eu3+ concentration x, when x>0.14, the intensity of absorption of the f–f transitions of Eu3+ at 393 nm is stronger than that of the broad charge transfer transition band (CTB) around 254 nm, and which matches well with the output lights of NUV–LEDs, whereas, the concentration of Eu3+x≤0.14, the absorption of 393 nm is weaker than that of CTB. The underlying reason of Eu3+ concentration on their luminescent properties was investigated and discussed in detail. As a result, comparing with the commercial red phosphor Y2O2S:Eu3+, the CaSrAl2SiO7:xEu3+ (x>0.14) phosphor exhibited excellent color purity and much higher brightness and could be considered as promising red phosphors for NUV–LEDs. 相似文献

The misuses of veterinary drugs can result in the accumulation of residues in food of animal origin that can make its way to the final consumer. Herein we describe a simple method for the accurate determination of beta-lactams, quinolones, sulphonamides, and tetracyclines in fish, poultry, and red meat. No extraction cartridges were used; instead, the extraction process consisted of the addition of an organic solvents, shaking, centrifugation, and dilution. An extensive validation process demonstrated an excellent linearity (R2 ≥ 0.99) for 23-drug residues. The recovery of drugs in different matrices at two concentration levels (n = 6) was in the range of 82–119%. The method was proved to be repeatable and reproducible with intra/inter-day measurements (RSDs lower than 20%). The quantification limits of drug residues were in the range of 0.8 to 45.3 ug/kg, which is well below the maximum residue limits set by most regulatory authorities. This method was successfully applied to the routine analysis of 20 fish, poultry, and red meat samples (n = 60). 相似文献

Combining photothermal therapy and radiotherapy(PTT-RT) with reducing tumor hypoxia acts as an important antitumor modality. However, it is a great challenge to realize photothermal therapy, radiotherapy and exogenous oxygen supply in one nanosystem. To realize a combination of the three functions, we fabricated a red blood cell membrane(RBCm)-camouflaged, red blood cell content(RBCc) and the copper sulfide(CuS) co-loaded dendritic large pore mesoporous silica nanoparticle(DLMSN/CuS/RBCc/ RBCm). The cell membrane coating endowed the nanoparticles with good stability in the physiological environment, and CuS allowed the nanoparticle exhibiting good photothermal and radiosensitization properties. RBCc loaded nanoparticle DLMSN/CuS/RBCc enhanced superior anti-tumor effect than DLMSN/CuS during combined PTT-RT therapy because the introduction of RBCc increased the exogenous oxygen supply. The in vitro study further demonstrated that the combination of photothermal therapy and radiotherapy induced superior antitumor efficacy than single therapy.
