Superconvergence of discontinuous Galerkin finite element method for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations

This article focuses on discontinuous Galerkin method for the two‐ or three‐dimensional stationary incompressible Navier‐Stokes equations. The velocity field is approximated by discontinuous locally solenoidal finite element, and the pressure is approximated by the standard conforming finite element. Then, superconvergence of nonconforming finite element approximations is applied by using least‐squares surface fitting for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations. The method ameliorates the two noticeable disadvantages about the given finite element pair. CCD光谱谱线标定方法研究

CCD作为光谱分析和测色仪器的光谱接收器件 ,光谱谱线定位受单色仪狭缝和CCD光敏元尺寸影响。提出采用最小二乘法做曲线拟合和质心法来确定光谱线在CCD上的精确定位 ,使光谱谱线的定位精度得到提高 ,并且不受CCD光敏元尺寸限制。实验结果表明 ,两种方法对光谱线的定位 ,具有重复性高 ,稳定性好等特点。在定位精度上 ,两者具有一致性。     

Constructing orthogonal pandiagonal Latin squares and panmagic squares from modular n‐queens solutions

In this article, we show how to construct pairs of orthogonal pandiagonal Latin squares and panmagic squares from certain types of modular n‐queens solutions. We prove that when these modular n‐queens solutions are symmetric, the panmagic squares thus constructed will be associative, where for an n × n associative magic square A = (a_ij), for all i and j it holds that a_ij + an?i?1,n?j?1 = c for a fixed c. We further show how to construct orthogonal Latin squares whose modular difference diagonals are Latin from any modular n‐queens solution. As well, we analyze constructing orthogonal pandiagonal Latin squares from particular classes of non‐linear modular n‐queens solutions. These pandiagonal Latin squares are not row cyclic, giving a partial solution to a problem of Hedayat. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Combin Designs 15: 221–234, 2007     

Linear least squares problems with data over incomplete grids

The paper addresses bivariate surface fitting problems, where data points lie on the vertices of a rectangular grid. Efficient and stable algorithms can be found in the literature to solve such problems. If data values are missing at some grid points, there exists a computational method for finding a least squares spline by fixing appropriate values for the missing data. We extended this technique to arbitrary least squares problems as well as to linear least squares problems with linear equality constraints. Investigation and reduction of variance of a weighted estimate in numerical statistical simulation

The efficiency of the “value” and “partial value” modeling related to the construction of a modeling distribution for an auxiliary random variable by multiplying the initial density by a value function is investigated. The value function usually corresponds to a solution of the adjoint equation. Conditions under which the value modeling of the initial distribution reduces the variance compared to the direct simulation are obtained. It is proved that the variance of the weighted estimate is bounded in the case of the partial value modeling. This proposition provides a basis for a method for determining whether or not the variance of the weighted estimate is bounded. This method uses the majorizing adjoint equation. Using a practically important problem in transport theory as an example, the asymptotic optimization of the distribution of the mean free path is presented. The application of the proposed method of the investigation of the variance boundedness for the analysis of the classical exponential transformation method of simulating the mean free path of a particle in the one-dimensional and the spherical variants is discussed.     

He-HCl体系各向异性势及分波散射截面的理论研究

首先用BFW势函数形式拟合了在CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVQZ理论水平下计算的He-HCl相互作用能数据，获得了He原子与HCl分子相互作用的各向异性势；然后采用CC近似方法计算了He-HCl碰撞体系的微分散射截面和分波散射截面，并总结了分波散射截面的变化规律.结果表明，拟合势不但表达形式简洁，而且较好地描述了He-HCl系统相互作用的各向异性特征；利用碰撞体系分子间势的量子化学从头计算结果，可解决势能参数难以确定的问题.对进一步研究原子与分子碰撞机理有一定参考价值. 关键词： 各向异性势 势能参数 密耦近似 分波散射截面

本文利用单整自回归移动平均模型,依据2000年1月至2004年12月中国纺织品服装出口额数据,对2005年和2006年中国纺织品服装出口走势进行预测分析。     

Transversal-Free Translation Nets

Translation planes of order q ² containing non-Desarguesian Baer subplanes are used to construct transversal-free translation nets with very small deficiencies. Also, a generalization of the ideas of Bruen shows that any non-Desarguesian spread in PG(3, q) produces a transversal-free net of small deficiency.
