CCD-1型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪测定化探样品中铅锡钼铜银锌的方法研究

2017年三月我单位购进湖北地质中心实验室王鹤龄研发专利技术,将原来WP-1米平面光栅摄谱仪改造为CCD-1型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪。CCD-1型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪是对WP-1米平面光栅摄谱仪改造升级后,成为一款高性能全谱直读光谱仪。我们在原有CCD-1平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪测定硼锡银钼基础上,通过多次方法实验,研究出一次摄谱同时测定铅锡钼铜银锌六项元素的分析方法。六个元素测定的检出限Pb 1.56 Sn 0.42 Mo0.21 Cu 0.87Ag 0.012 Zn 7.95(RSD﹪ n=12)1.25﹪~7.43﹪,测定结果经验证准确度精密度检出限和合格率各项指标满足地质矿产实验室管理规范的要求。     

光电直读光谱分析中不同材质最佳分析参数选取方法的探讨

本文以镍基合金的分析参数为例，探讨光电直读光谱分析参数的选取方法。通过对谱线进行基体校正和干扰校正，实验数据处理结果表明，方法简单、快速，且具有较好的准确度和精密度。     

The relationship between naming reaction time and functional MRI parameters in Broca's area

We examined the correlation between behavioural reaction time and functional imaging parameters of the blood oxygenated level dependent (BOLD) response in Broca's Area during a word identification task, and whether the correlation [Magnetic Resonance Imaging 22 (2004) 451-455] varies as a function of four stimulus types: regular words (REGs) (e.g., hint), irregular words (IRRs) (e.g., pint), nonwords (NWs) (e.g., bint), and pseudohomophones (PHs) (e.g., pynt). Participants named letter strings aloud during a functional magnetic resonance imaging study. Naming reaction times were recorded during regular gaps in image acquisition, and BOLD parameters were extracted via a Tikhonov regularized BOLD analysis technique. The results revealed that only PH reaction times were correlated with BOLD width, providing evidence that Broca's area supports phonetic decoding accompanied with phonological lexical access. In addition, we advanced the development of equation-based models of cognitive behaviour and neurophysiology, whereby we showed that the relationship of mathematical independence that exists for predicting REG accuracy, given IRR and NW or PH naming accuracy, was present for naming reaction time, BOLD width, BOLD time to peak, and BOLD intensity. Therefore, we provide converging behavioural and neuroanatomical evidence for a mathematically independent relationship between sight vocabulary and phonetic decoding systems, consistent with a dual-route model of reading.     

电火花-直读光谱法测定纯铝薄板中的Fe、Si、Cu、Mn、Mg、Ti、Zn

本文选用加电感低能放电火花光源，解决了纯铝薄板易击穿的难题，优化了激发条件，并研究了表面氧化层和光洁度对测定结果的影响，建立了一套直接测定厚度０．２０ｍｍ以上纯铝薄板中各元素的分析方法。考核及对照分析实验表明，各元素的ＲＳＤ及相对偏差良好。

Reading mathematics for understanding—From novice to expert

As students progress through the college mathematics curriculum, enter graduate school and eventually become practicing mathematicians, reading mathematics textbooks and journal articles appears to become easier and leads to increased proficiency and understanding. This study was designed to begin to understand how mathematically more advanced readers read for understanding in mathematical exposition as it appears in textbooks compared to first-year undergraduate students. Three faculty members and three graduate students participated in this study and read from a first-year graduate textbook in an area of mathematics unfamiliar to each of them. The observed reading strategies of these more mathematically advanced readers are compared to observed reading strategies of first-year undergraduate students from an earlier study. The reading methods of the faculty level mathematicians were all quite similar and were markedly different from those that have been identified for undergraduate students, as well as from those used by the graduate students in this study. A Mathematics Reading Framework is proposed based on this study and previous research documenting the strategies that first-year undergraduate students use for reading exposition in their mathematics textbooks.
