The conformational conversion of 1,3-dioxane guest encapsulated inside a cylindrical capsular host was investigated with PM3 method and single point energies were evaluated by B3LYP method. When entrapped in the capsule, the guest tumbles were slower than that in the free condition. The influences of the inner phase of the capsule on the guest conformational conversion were discussed in detail.  相似文献

This paper introduces a mathematical model which makes it possible both to determine the concentration of photosynthetic herbicides and to obtain a quantitative parameter in order to compare their activity using a previously described sensing system. The working principle involves the changes in absorption properties at 860 nm of the reaction centre (RC) isolated from the bacteria Rhodobacter sphaeroides when photosynthetic herbicides are present. The method has been used for the determination and activity comparison of five photosynthetic herbicides: diuron, atrazine, terbutryn, terbuthylazine and simazine. Detection limits obtained were 2.2, 0.75, 0.046, 0.25, and 1.4 μM, respectively. The resulting order for the different herbicides according to their action on RC was: terbutryn > terbuthylazine > atrazine > simazine > diuron.  相似文献

The UV photodissociation (<5 eV) of diiodomethane (CH(2)I(2)) is investigated by spin-orbit ab initio calculations. The experimentally observed photodissociation channels in the gas and condensed phases are clearly assigned by multi-state second-order multiconfigurational perturbation theory in conjunction with spin-orbit interaction through complete active space-state interaction potential energy curves. The calculated results indicate that the fast dissociations of the first two singlet states of CH(2)I(2) and CH(2)I--I lead to geminate-radical products, CH(2)I (.)+I((2)P(3/2)) or CH(2)I (.)+ I*((2)P(1/2)). The recombination process from CH(2)I--I to CH(2)I(2) is explained by an isomerization process and a secondary photodissociation reaction of CH(2)I--I. Finally, the study reveals that spin-orbits effects are significant in the quantitative analysis of the electronic spectrum of the CH(2)I--I species.  相似文献

Reactions of -, β- and γ-hydrogen elimination in cyclopentadienylnickel compounds formed in the reactions of nickelocene with lithium or magnesium compounds are discussed. Elimination of -hydrogen from CpNiR where R is CH3, CH2C(CH3)3, CH2Si(CH3)3, CH2Ph or CH=C(CH3)2 leads to the formation of trinickel clusters (CpNi)3CR′, bis(cyclopentadienyl)(μ-cyclopentadiene)dinickel and (η5-cyclopentadienyl)(η3-cyclopenteny)nickel. β-hydrogen and γ-hydrogen elimination in vinylnickel compounds not possesing -hydrogen have been studied. Elimination and transfer of hydrogen forms (η3-allyl)(η5-cyclopentadienyl)nickel compounds. The mechanisms of these reactions are discussed.  相似文献

用微型反应注射成型机制备了以聚氨酯(PU)为弹性相的两类同步互穿聚合物网络(SIN),其刚性相分别采用保留仲羟基的乙烯基酯树脂(VERH)以及封闭仲羟基的乙烯基酯树脂(VERA)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱在线跟踪了这类互穿网络的生成过程,发现刚性网络抑制了PU网络中硬段有序结构的形成,两个网络间有一定程度的互穿,而两个网络间的化学键作用进一步削弱氢键强度。自旋—自旋弛豫时间的测定进一步表明网络间存在一定的互穿以及刚性相对于PU硬段结晶的抑制作用。材料的力学性能与其SIN的形态有关。VERA网络对PU表现出明显的增强作用,而由VERH网络形成的SIN则由于体系相分离进程受到严重阻碍而使材料性能恶化。  相似文献

CBr_4和CCl_4分子的解离反应前人已做了许多工作,他们分别采用射频放电、电子轰击、He~ 的传能反应等方法研究了CCl_4和CBr_4的解离反应,得到了CCI(A)、CCl~ 、CBr~ 等碎片的发射光谱。有关亚稳态原子与它们的传能反应,只有某些较简单的报道,对传能反应机理也未作深入探讨。本文研究了各种亚稳态原子He(2~3S)、Ne(~3P_(0.2))、Ar(~3P_(0.2))与CCl_4和CBr_4分子的传能反应,并对反应机理进行了初步的讨论和分析。  相似文献

使用BeckmannDU-8B紫外可见分光光度计研究了以氯合四-间三甲苯基卟啉铁(Ⅲ)(FeTMPCl)为催化剂,间氯过氧化苯甲酸(mCPBA)为氧化剂,咪唑(I_m)、2-甲基咪唑(MeI_m)、2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(EMI_m)为轴向配体,催化β-胡萝卜素(β-cte)氧化分解为维生素A的动力学规律,提出了反应机理,研究了温度、催化剂浓度、氧化剂浓度及轴向配体对反应速率的影响,应用Gauss-Newton-Marquardt方法求得各基元反应的有关动力学参数.  相似文献

The recently developed (L. Song, W. Wu, Q. Zhang, S. Shaik, J. Phys. Chem. A 2004 , 108, 6017–6024) valence bond method coupled to a polarized continuum model (VBPCM) is applied to the Menshutkin reaction, NH3+CH3Cl→CH3NH3++Cl?, in the gas phase and in aqueous solution. The computed barriers and reaction energies at the level of the breathing orbital VB method (P. C. Hiberty, J. P. Flament, E. Noizet, Chem. Phys. Lett. 1992 , 189, 259), BOVB and VBPCM//BOVB, are comparable to CCSD(T) and CCSD(T)//PCM results and to experimental values in solution. The gas‐phase reaction is endothermic and leads to an ion‐pair complex via a late transition state. By contrast, the reaction in the aqueous phase is exothermic and leads to separate solvated ions as reaction products, via an early transition state. The VB calculations provide also the reactivity parameters needed to apply the valence bond state correlation diagram method, VBSCD (S. Shaik, A. Shurki, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 1999 , 38, 586). It is shown that the reactivity parameters along with their semiempirical derivations provide together a satisfactory qualitative and quantitative account of the barriers.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive sequential injection spectrophotometric procedure is proposed for the determination of trace amounts of iodide in pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based on the catalytic effect of iodide on the (tetra base) 4,4′-methylenebis(N,N-dimethylaniline)-chloramine-T reaction in acidic solution. The method involves a sequential aspiration of 255 μl sample/standard followed by 170 μl tetra base and then 128 μl chloramine-T solutions into a carrier stream to be stacked inside a holding coil and flow reversed through a reaction coil towards a detector. The resulting colored compound is measured at 600 nm using an UV/Vis-spectrophotometer. All the parameters that affect the reaction were evaluated and the calibration curve is linear over a range of 0.1–6.0 μg l−1 of iodide concentration with detection limit of 0.05 μg l−1. A sample throughput of 80 samples per hour and relative standard deviation of less than 2.0% was achieved. The method is successfully applied for the determination of iodide in three different samples (tablets).  相似文献
