We report the operation of a bidirectional picosecond pulsed ring Nd:YVO4 laser based on a low-temperaturegrown semiconductor saturable absorber mirror. Except for the laser crystal, the six-mirror ring laser cavity has no intra-cavity elements such as focusing lens or mirror. The bidirectional mode locked pluses are obtained at the repetition rate of 117.5 MHz, pulse duration of 81 ps, power of 2 × 200 mW. 相似文献

Abstract We prove that the integrated density of states (IDS) for the randomly perturbed Landau Hamiltonian is Hölder continuous at all energies with any Hölder exponent 0 < q < 1. The random Anderson-type potential is constructed with a nonnegative, compactly supported single-site potential u. The distribution of the iid random variables is required to be absolutely continuous with a bounded, compactly supported density. This extends a previous result Combes et al. [Combes, J. M., Hislop, P. D., Klopp, F. (2003a). Hölder continuity of the integrated density of states for some random operators at all energies. Int. Math. Res. Notices 2003: 179--209] that was restricted to constant magnetic fields having rational flux through the unit square. It is crucial to deal with the grid non‐orthogonality effectively in solving the flow in complex geometries, especially at high Reynolds numbers. In this study, the newly proposed Coupled and Linked Equations Algorithm Revised‐ER (CLEARER) algorithm is adopted to solve this problem successfully. In CLEARER algorithm the second relaxation factor is introduced in constructing the contravariant interface velocities, by setting it to a low value. CLEARER algorithm can overcome the severe grid non‐orthogonality and non‐linearity of equations effectively. After the numerical results with CLEARER are validated with the benchmark solutions, this algorithm is used to solve the lid‐driven flow in inclined cavity with inclination angles varying from 10 to 170°, and Reynolds numbers varying from 5000 to 15 000. an active research issue in recent years. Tang et al. derived upper and lower bounds on the maximum number of clear two-factor

n−(n−k) design for given k, which are only restricted for the symmetrical case. This paper proposes and studies the clear effects problem for the asymmetrical
case. It improves the construction method of Tang et al. for 2
n−(n−k) designs with resolution III and derives the upper and lower bounds on the maximum number of clear two-factor interaction
components (2fic’s) in 4

designs with resolutions III and IV. The lower bounds are achieved by constructing specific designs. Comparisons show that
the number of clear 2fic’s in the resulting design attains its maximum number in many cases, which reveals that the construction

High-spin properties of the nucleus 169Hf have been studied through the fusion evaporation reaction 96Zr(76Ge,3n)169Hf at a beam energy of 310 MeV. The known rotational bands have been extended considerably and 6 new bands have been established,
four of which form coupled bands with pronounced M1 connections. Quasiparticle assignments are suggested for the new band structures, and it appears that coupling to vibrational
degrees of freedom plays a role. Both coupled bands involve the excitation of quasiprotons. In the region of highest spin,
a large alignment gain is interpreted in terms of a mixed crossing where an h
9/2 and an h
11/2 quasiproton provide the two signatures of the aligning configuration.

A one-dimensional fluid with short-range repulsive interaction and one period of cosinusoidal attraction in a periodic container is transformed to a two-mode format. The system has both high-temperature single-phase regions and lowtemperature two-phase regions with a very broad spatial interface that can be stabilized by a weak external field. An accurate potential energy surface of sulfur dioxide, SO2, in its ground electronic state has been determined from ab initio calculations using the coupled‐cluster approach in conjunction with the correlation‐consistent basis sets up to septuple‐zeta quality. The results obtained with the conventional and explicitly correlated coupled‐cluster methods are compared. The role of the core–electron correlation, higher‐order valence–electron correlation, scalar relativistic, and adiabatic effects in determining the structure and dynamics of the SO2 molecule is discussed. The vibration‐rotation energy levels of the 32SO2 and 34SO2 isotopologues were predicted using a variational approach. It was shown that the inclusion of the aforementioned effects was mandatory to attain the “spectroscopic” accuracy. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献
