The complexation of triprolidine hydrochloride (TRP) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in deuterium oxide was investigated by 400 MHz 1^H NMR spectroscopy. The 800 MHz 2D ROESY data revealed that two 1 :1 and one 2 : 1 β-CD-TRP inclusion complexes were formed. Both aromatic moieties (p-tolyl and pyridyl ring) has entered into the β-CD cavity, confirming the existence of two different equilibria for 1 : 1 inclusion complexes in which p-tolyl ring of the guest is more tightly held by the host cavity. The ROE intermolecular interactions provided the plausible structures of these 1 : 1 and 2 : 1 stoichiometric inclusion complexes of β-CD-triprolidine hydrochloride in solu- tion. 相似文献
The vibronic origin of dynamic instability of molecular systems considered earlier, is here given a more complete and rigorous treatment. It is shown that the nonvibronic contribution to the curvature of the adiabatic potential arising due to nuclear displacements under fixed electronic density distribution, is always positive, and hence the only reason for dynamic instability is the pseudo Jahn-Teller effect. For some examples of special interest (planar equilateral NH3, planar square CH4 and linear H

) the molecular excited states, responsible for the instability of the ground state, are revealed by means of ab initio calculations. 相似文献
Rhodamine B-ethylenediamine--cyclodextrins (RhB--CDen) and rhodamine B--cyclodextrins (RhB--CD) can form inclusive complexes with many guest molecules, a reaction which can be used as a nucleic acid probe. In this paper, the most stable conformations of RhB--CDen and RhB--CD have been determined by fluorescence experiments and analyzed by molecular modeling simulation. The interaction between RhB--CDen and two guest molecules, 1-borneol and cyclohexanol, has also been investigated. The results showed that RhB--CDen has a stronger interaction with 1-borneol than with cyclohexanol. Borneol could push the three aromatic-rings of rhodamine B out of the CD cavity, while the cyclohexanol could not. The interactive sites of host and guest are also presented. 相似文献
Trifluoroacetylazo dye 1, a known chemosensor for amines, has been integrated into cross-linked dendrimer hosts. Thus, boronic acid 16 was linked to iododye 9 via a Suzuki coupling reaction. In situ deprotection and alkylation with dendrons 3 and 4, containing 8 homoallyl or allyl ether groups, respectively, afforded dendrons 18 and 19 with chemosensor units at their focal point. Conversion of 18 (19) to the bis-imine of butane 1,4-diamine, extensive cross-linking via the ring closing metathesis reaction with Grubbs catalyst 25, and hydrolysis produced dendrimer hosts 28 and 29. Host-guest studies with a small library of amines and alcohols showed 28 and 29 to selectively signal certain diamines but not due to template mediated imprinting. 相似文献
The inclusion compound of macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[8]uril (CB[8]) with the nickel(II) complex containing the tetraazamacrocyclic ligand cyclam, {[Ni(cyclam)]@CB[8]}Cl2··16H2O (1), and the inclusion compounds of CB[8] with the copper(II) bis-ethylene-diamine complex, {trans-[Cu(en)2(H2O)2]@CB[8]}Cl2·{CB[8]}·42H2O (2a) and {trans-[Cu(en)2(H2O)2]@CB[8]}Cl2·17H2O (2b), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and ESR spectroscopy, and electrospray mass spectrometry. Guest—host inclusion compounds can be directly synthesized starting from a metal complex and cucurbit[8]uril, as was exemplified by the preparation of compounds 2a and 2b.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The main techniques developed to characterize chitosan are recalled. The interaction of chitosan with oppositely charged surfactants was investigated giving very important surface activity effects. A few chemical modifications are described and the new properties obtained are mentioned: alkylation gives amphiphilic polymers having interesting thickening behavior; grafting cyclodextrin (chit‐CD) gives a polymer able to include hydrophobic molecules; grafting adamantane gives an amphiphilic polymer able to specifically interact with chit‐CD forming a temporary network with gel‐like behavior.
The viscosities of adamantane‐chitosan, cyclodextrin‐chitosan, and unmodified chitosan solutions studied here. 相似文献
Cucurbit[n]urils (Q[n]s) are a relatively young family of macrocycles, consisting of glycoluril units bridged by methylene groups, and their unique structures have attracted extensive attention from chemists in recent decades. Due to the presence of a rigid hydrophobic inner cavity and two polar outer portals lined with carbonyl groups, Q[n]s not only encapsulate guest species into the cavity, but also coordinate with metal ions/clusters. Considerable achievements have been obtained in the fields of Q[n]s-based host–guest chemistry, coordination chemistry, as well as the combination of host–guest and coordination chemistry. Furthermore, the outer surface of Q[n]s has been demonstrated to be capable of interacting with definite species to generate supramolecular architectures in recent years. With more in-depth research into Q[n]s, their application studies have also emerged as a hot topic. This Minireview focuses on recent advances in the potential applications of solid-state materials based on Q[n]s and their derivatives for the capture and adsorption of hazardous chemicals from a solution or a gas mixture. 相似文献
