主成分分析结合感知器在医学光谱分类中的应用 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1
基于光谱分析技术的经典理论,应用主成分分析方法对83例(癌症42,非癌41)乳腺患者病理片的紫外吸收光谱进行主成分提取.选用其中44例(癌症22,非癌22)作为训练样本,其余的39例(癌症20,非癌19)作为测试样本,将其主成分数据作为输入向量分别对离散型和连续型感知器神经网络模型进行训练和测试.通过对比发现:离散型感知器模型由于其输出函数值只有{0,1}且算法较为简单,其癌症识别率只有43.3%,非癌识别率为38.7%;而连续型感知器模型将模糊集合理论引进了神经网络系统,将二值{0,1)扩展到隶属度函数的单位区间[0,1]上,结果表明这种模型的癌症识别率为83.6%,非癌的识别率为76.3%,取得了较为理想的识别效果. 相似文献

采用原子吸收光谱法测定了不同产地的中药丹参及其近缘种植物白花丹参、雪山鼠尾草、云南鼠尾草、甘西鼠尾草、贵州鼠尾草、血盆草、粘毛鼠尾草、峨眉鼠尾草、黄鼠狼花、短唇鼠尾草和犬形鼠尾草中的Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg,Ca,Cr,Pb,Mo,Mn和Cd共10种微量元素的含量,应用主成分和聚类分析法对测定结果进行了研究。经过主成分分析得出3个主因子,其累计方差贡献率达79.3%。第一主因子的方差贡献率为49.6%,故所对应的Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Cd和Pb是丹参及其近缘种的特征元素。聚类分析将21个样品聚成2组,除浙江栽培丹参和白花丹参外,来自不同产地的9个丹参样品聚为一组;除贵州鼠尾草外,其他鼠尾草样品聚在一起,故此法可以将丹参和鼠尾草属其他植物区分开,总符合率达90%。因此利用原子吸收光谱法测定丹参及其近缘种中微量元素含量并对测定结果进行聚类分析是鉴别正品丹参的一种快速、准确的方法。 相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained. 相似文献

太阳光谱观测是研究太阳大气活动现象有效手段之一。提出了一种基于主成分分析的太阳光谱特征信息提取和重构方法,分析了重构数据噪声抑制程度和主成分阶数的关系,计算了不同主成分阶数下重构数据的谱线信噪比以及多普勒速度测量精度。结果显示特征信息提取后,重构数据较大程度保留了原始光谱数据信息,光谱数据信噪比明显提高,谱线多普勒速度测量精度也显著提高,并且三维光谱数据存储和传输量大幅缩减。该方法能够满足一米新真空太阳望远镜当前数据规范发布需求和科学目标要求,为中国在建的光纤阵列太阳望远镜以及未来的巨型太阳望远镜光谱数据处理提供参考。 相似文献

In the atmospheric correction of satellite data in the visible and near-infrared bands, it is necessary to remove the adjacency effect due to the reflection from contiguous pixels. Evaluation of the influence of aerosol vertical distributions on the adjacency effect is done by calculating the single-scattering light intensity which, after the reflection at the ground surface, reaches the satellite sensor via a single scattering with a molecule or an aerosol particle. In the simulation, we assume aerosol vertical profiles similar to those used in the MODTRAN radiation transfer code, and those having a mixed layer with a uniform value of the aerosol extinction coefficient. We assume for the ground surface a simple model representing a border of land/sea surfaces. In spite of the single scattering approximation, it is confirmed that even if the optical thickness is the same, we have a larger adjacency effect when the extinction coefficient is large at higher altitudes. We also discuss the dependence of the adjacency effect on the aerosol optical thickness and that on the difference in the reflectances of the land and sea surfaces along the border. 相似文献

药物与血浆蛋白相互作用强弱是影响药物分布代谢与药效的关键因素之一. 本研究小组已报道用扩散加权谱、弛豫加权谱结合主成分分析(PCA)方法研究布洛芬(IBP)与血浆蛋白相互作用的个体差异性. 该文则研究核磁共振实验参数的设置对血浆与药物相互作用个体差异性研究的影响. 以对照血浆样品组与加入布洛芬血浆组为模型,改变扩散时间、梯度强度、回波时间这3种实验参数,采集了27套不同实验设置的扩散加权谱与10套不同回波时间的弛豫加权谱. 结果表明,扩散时间为0.1 s~0.14 s且梯度强度为1.52×10-3 T/cm~1.90×10-3 T/cm时采集的扩散加权谱或回波时间为70 ms~110 ms时采集的弛豫加权谱更适合用来研究血浆与布洛芬相互作用的个性化差异. 相似文献

Objectives
The present study was performed to examine which factors among self-rated scales, perceptual evaluations, and acoustic parameters, calculated from sustained vowels, are reliable indicators of physical and mental fatigues.Methods
A total of 73 volunteers (male:female, 52:21), aged 19–24 years, were enrolled in this study. We defined the high- and low-fatigue groups using the Chalder Fatigue Scale score. For assessment of self-rated symptoms, each subject was asked to complete Voice Handicap Index (VHI) and Voice Rating Scale (VRS). For perceptual evaluations, three clinicians assessed each subject’s vocal quality on the Grade, Roughness, Breathiness, Asthenia, Strain Scale. For acoustic analysis, each subject was asked to produce sustained vowels /a/, /e/, /i/, /o/, and /u/ for 3 seconds. Then, the habitual fundamental frequency (F0), jitter, shimmer, F0 tremor, mean F0, standard deviation of F0, maximum F0, minimum F0, normalized noise energy, harmonic-to-noise ratio (HNR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), amplitude tremor, and ratio within 2–4 kHz were calculated using Dr. Speech software.Results
In men, VHI, VRS, F0 tremor, shimmer, HNR, SNR, and amplitude tremor were related to mental fatigue. In women, only VHI was related to physical fatigue, and none of the acoustic parameters was related to the fatigue score. Perceptual evaluations were not related to fatigue in men or women.Conclusions
These findings suggest that self-rated symptoms and acoustic parameters related to voice quality are indicative of mental fatigue, and these features are prominent in men. 相似文献79.

Bone chemistry is an important source of biological and environmental information. Elemental compositions of archaeological and fossil bone have granted insight into the diets of ancient humans and other animals, as well as informing about the burial conditions of bone. Chemical studies of ancient bone can be performed non‐destructively with portable energy‐dispersive X‐ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometers, which is particularly advantageous for on‐site analyses of museum specimens. Portable EDXRF instruments carry some analytical disadvantages, however, which may result in reduced precision or accuracy. Analytical shortfalls may be overcome by analysing inter‐sample trends in EDXRF spectral data instead of reported concentration measurements. We investigated the utility of statistically treating handheld EDXRF spectra from fossil bone and teeth, specifically the normalisation and mean centering of spectral data before principal component analysis. Fossil bone and tooth specimens were sourced from two Pleistocene localities in the Western Cape of South Africa, Swartklip 1 and Elandsfontein Main. Samples from the two localities could be distinguished using principal component score values, and coefficient loadings allowed chemical interpretation of the score clusters. Swartklip 1 samples were associated with elevated concentrations of Ca, indicating an additional Ca‐bearing mineral (i.e. calcite), whereas Elandsfontein Main samples were associated with elevated Fe and Sr concentrations. Fossil bone chemistry could be related to groundwater percolation through the sedimentary matrices of each locality. The methodology behind the case study presented here could readily be applied elsewhere and would be particularly useful to handheld EDXRF studies of museum specimens.
