The polycrystalline perovskitelike manganese oxides La1-xAxMnO (A = Na, and K, ) have been fabricated by sol-gel technique. For all the compositions explored in this work, the average manganese oxidation
state is practically constant, at for A = Na, and for A = K, respectively. A close relationship is confirmed to hold between the Curie temperature (Tc) and the bond distance of Mn-O. Results of magnetic measurements show that these materials can be utilized as suitable candidates
for magnetic refrigerants with wide applied temperature span, for their significant entropy change and the easily tuned Curie
temperature.

Enhancing the thermoelectric performance through the mutual interaction between conjugated polyelectrolytes and single-walled carbon nanotubes 下载免费PDF全文
We present a method of constructing composites composed of conjugated polyelectrolytes(CPEs)and singlewalled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)to obtain a high-performing flexible thermoelectric generator.In this approach,three kinds of polymers,namely,poly[(1,4-(2,5-didodecyloxybenzene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P1),poly[(1,4-(2,5-bis-sodium butoxysulfonate-phenylene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P2),and poly[(1,4-(2,5-bis-acid butoxysulfonic-phenylene)-alt-2,5-thiophene](P3)are designed,synthesized and complexed with SWCNTs as thermoelectric composites.The electrical conductivities of the CPEs/SWCNTs(P2/SWCNTs,and P3/SWCNTs)nanocomposites are much higher than those of non-CPEs/SWCNTs(P1/SWCNTs)nanocomposites.Among them,the electrical conductivity of P2/SWCNTs with a ratio of 1:4 reaches 3686 S·cm-1,which is 12.4 times that of P1/SWCNTs at the same SWCNT mass ratio.Moreover,CPEs/SWCNTs composites(P2/SWCNTs)display remarkably improved thermoelectric properties with the highest power factor(PF)of 163μW·m-1·K-1.In addition,a thermoelectric generator is fabricated with P2/SWCNTs composite films,and the output power and power density of this generator reach 1.37μW and 1.4 W·m;(cross-section)at△T=70 K.This result is over three times that of the thermoelectric generator composed of non-CPEs/SWCNTs composite films(P1/SWCNTs,0.37μW).The remarkably improved electrical conductivities and thermoelectric properties of the CPEs/SWCNTs composites(P2/SWCNTs)are attributed to the enhanced interaction.This method for constructing CPEs/SWCNTs composites can be applied to produce thermoelectric materials and devices. 相似文献

Flame-retardant expandable graphite (EG)/silicone rubber (SR) composites were prepared using nano-CaCO3 particles as reinforcement filler. In addition to mechanical measurements, limited oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 and cone calorimeter tests (CCT), the thermal properties were tested by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the content and particle size of the EG both had large effects on the flammability and mechanical properties of the EG/SR blends. The composites that contained 25 phr EG (50–80 mu) had excellent LOI values, 47–48, and achieved the UL-94 V-0 level while the pure SR sample had the LOI value of 25 and achieved the UL-94 V-2 level. The data obtained from the CCT indicated that the addition of EG decreased remarkably the heat release rate, smoke emission, and mass loss rate of the composites. SEM microphotographs of the EG/SR composites before and after combustion demonstrated that EG underwent a large volume expansion, and the multiporous char structure blocked heat transfer and protected the substrate from fire. 相似文献

We report the resistivity (ρ)-temperature (T) patterns in (1-x)La0,7Ca0,3MnO3+xAl2O3 composites (0≤x≤0.05) over a temperature regime of 50-300 K. Al2O3 addition has increased the resistivity of these composites. The Curie temperature (TC) is almost independent on the Al2O3 content and is about 250 K for all the samples, while the metal-insulator transition temperature (TMI) decreases with increasing Al2O3 content. Based on the phenomenological equation for conductivity under a percolation approach, which is dependent on the phase segregation of ferromagnetic metallic clusters and paramagnetic insulating regions, we fitted the experimental data (ρ−T) from 50 to 300 K and find that the activation barrier increases as Al2O3 content increases. 相似文献

Electro-optical composites based on the product of electro-strictive and elasto-optical effects are developed.Layered composites of PbZr 1 x Ti x O 3 and polycarbonate are synthesised.Their electro-optical properties are studied.The nominal transverse electro-optical coefficient of the composite is observed to be about 3.6 times larger than that of LiNbO 3.Experiments and theoretical analyses show that the electro-optical effect of the composite has a strong ’size effect’.With the ratio of thickness/length decreasing or the width of elasto-optical phase increasing,the half-wave electric field intensity increases but the transverse electro-optical coefficient decreases for the layered composite. 相似文献

Real-time visualisation of deformation fields using speckle interferometry and temporal phase unwrapping 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A real-time system for analysing data from speckle interferometers, and speckle shearing interferometers, has been developed. Interferograms are continuously recorded by a digital camera at a rate of 60 frames s−1 with temporal phase shifting carried out at the same rate. The images are analysed using a pipeline image processor. With a standard 4-frame phase-shifting algorithm (phase steps of π/2), wrapped phase maps are calculated and displayed at 15 frames s−1. These are unwrapped using a temporal phase unwrapping algorithm to provide a real-time colour-coded display of the relevant displacement component. Each camera pixel (or cluster of pixels) behaves in effect as an independent displacement sensor. The reference speckle interferogram is updated automatically at regular user-defined intervals, allowing arbitrarily large deformations to be measured and errors due to speckle decorrelation to be minimised. The system has been applied to the problem of detecting sub-surface delamination cracks in carbon fibre composite panels. 相似文献

We show in this paper how zinc oxide (ZnO)/silver (Ag) composite microspheres can be prepared by the reduction of Ag(NH3)2+ with the reducing agent formaldehyde in aqueous solution on the surface of ZnO microspheres. During the preparation, Sn2+ was absorbed on the surface of ZnO microspheres for sensitization and activation, and then Ag(NH3)2+ was reduced to Ag nanoparticles by the reducing agent to obtain ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. SEM and TEM images revealed silver nanoparticles with a diameter ranging from tens to 100 nm. X‐Ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and UV‐vis spectra were used to characterize the structure of the ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. The origin of the surface‐enhanced Raman scattering properties was traced to the surface of the ZnO/Ag composite microspheres. 研究制备了具有高阻尼性能的受阻酚AO-80/丁腈橡胶复合材料样品,采用动态粘弹性测试得到了损耗因子tan δ与温度T的关系曲线。分析表明,随着受阻酚含量的增加,tan δ峰的位置向高温方向移动,tan δ峰的峰值也逐渐提高;利用pvT高压膨胀计对样品进行了测试,采用Tait方程研究了其压力-体积-温度(pvT)性能,对此计算出Tait方程中的相应参数。结果表明,由Tait方程计算所得的pvT理论关系与定性实验结果一致,具有较好的规律性,即对AO-80/丁腈橡胶复合体系b1值随AO-80量的增加而逐渐降低,AO-80量越大,该体系Tg时的绝对比容越小;b2随AO-80量的增加而逐渐增大,AO-80量越大,该体系随温度膨胀越显著;b3、b4均为常数,即B为常数,复合材料的比容只与压力存在一定关联;同时用Tait方程计算所得的值与实验值的平均残差均小于0.02,吻合度较好;结果表明,Tait方程可以较好地描述该体系的pvT关系,为定量研究阻尼材料的pvT性能提供了理论指导。 相似文献
