长沙市城乡交错带湿地松人工林土壤特性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以长沙市城乡交错带的湿地松人工林为研究对象,利用常规分析方法对湿地松人工林土壤的主要特性指标进行了分析.结果表明:湿地松人工林土壤含水量低,不利于植物生长发育;有机碳含量随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐下降;土壤总体呈酸性,各层土壤pH值自上而下呈上升趋势,土壤有机碳与土壤pH值呈显著负相关(r=-0.685,p<0.05);总氮含量处于高富集水平,土壤有机碳与土壤总氮之间存在显著线性相关(r=0.887,p<0.05);土壤总磷量和速效磷都贫乏,总钾和速效钾均处于贫乏水平.  相似文献

The essential oil of the needles of Pinus canariensis, cultivated in the Algiers region (Algeria), was obtained by hydrodistillation in a yield of 0.3% and analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. More than 46 compounds were identified amounting to ca 92.6% of the total oil. An analytical method using fractionated pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) was developed and applied for characterizing the type of interaction between 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HBT)-mediator and pulp lignin in laccase delignification of pulp. In fractionated pyrolysis, the sample is pyrolyzed at progressively increasing temperatures in order to study particular fractions of the sample and to minimize secondary pyrolysis effects. This makes it possible to determine whether a certain pyrolysis product originates from one chemical moiety or different chemical moieties in one molecule. In the present method, samples were fractionated by thermal desorption at 200 °C followed by pyrolysis at progressively increasing temperatures from 320 to 800 °C. The products formed in each fraction were separated in a capillary GC column and detected and identified using MS. The type of interaction between HBT and pulp lignin was studied by following the formation of nitrogen-containing products during fractionated pyrolysis of a residual lignin isolated from laccase/HBT-treated oxygen-delignified softwood kraft pulp. This residual lignin was found to contain approximately 2% HBT residue. Most (87%) of this residue was covalently linked to the residual lignin. The results also strongly suggest that the HBT residue is present in two chemically different forms.  相似文献

Sargassum thunbergii has been traditionally used as an edible and medicinal material in oriental countries. However, the skin-whitening and anti-wrinkling effects of S. thunbergii have not yet been investigated. This study was conducted to establish optimal extraction conditions for the production of bioactive compounds with antioxidant activity as well as skin-whitening and anti-wrinkle effects using ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) in S. thunbergii. The extraction time (5.30~18.7 min), extraction temperature (22.4~79.6 °C), and ethanol concentration (0.0~99.5%), which are the main variables of the UAE, were optimized using a central composite design. Quadratic regression equations were derived based on experimental data and showed a high coefficient of determination (R2 > 0.85), demonstrating suitability for prediction. The optimal UAE condition for maximizing all dependent variables, including radical scavenging activity (RSA), tyrosinase inhibitory activity (TIA), and collagenase inhibitory activity (CIA), was identified as an extraction time of 12.0 min, an extraction temperature of 65.2 °C, and ethanol of 53.5%. Under these conditions, the RSA, TIA, and CIA of S. thunbergii extract were 86.5%, 88.3%, and 91.4%, respectively. We also confirmed S. thunbergii extract had inhibitory effects on the mRNA expression of tyrosinase-related protein-1, matrix metalloproteinase-1, and matrix metalloproteinase-9, which are the main genes of melanin synthesis and collagen hydrolysis. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to identify the main phenolic compounds in S. thunbergii extract, and caffeic acid was identified as a major peak, demonstrating that high value-added ingredients with skin-whitening and anti-wrinkling effects can be produced from S. thunbergii and used for developing cosmetic materials.  相似文献

Background: Phytoncide is known to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Purpose: This study was carried out to confirm the anti-inflammatory activity of two types of phytoncide extracts from pinecone waste. Methods: We made two types of animal models to evaluate the efficacy, an indomethacin-induced gastroenteritis rat model and a dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis mouse model. Result: In the gastroenteritis experiment, the expression of induced-nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), a marker for inflammation, decreased in the phytoncide-supplemented groups, and gastric ulcer development was significantly inhibited (p < 0.05). In the colitis experiment, the shortening of the colon length and the iNOS expression were significantly suppressed in the phytoncide-supplemented group (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Through this study, we confirmed that phytoncide can directly inhibit inflammation in digestive organs. Although further research is needed, we conclude that phytoncide has potential anti-inflammatory properties in the digestive tract and can be developed as a functional agent.  相似文献

The carbon isotope composition (δ13C, ‰) and discrimination (Δ, ‰) of old grown North American Pinus ponderosa Dougl. Ex P. et C. Laws. and European Pinus sylvestris L. were determined using trees grown under almost identical growing conditions in a mixed stand in Bralitz, Northeast Germany. Single-tree δ13C analyses of tree-ring cellulose of both species were carried out at a yearly resolution for the period 1901–2001 and the results compared with growth (basal area increment). Annual mean δ13C values for P. ponderosa ranged from?21.6 ‰ to?25.2 ‰ and for P. sylvestris from?21.4 ‰ to?24.4 ‰. Accordingly, 13C discrimination (Δ) showed higher values for P. ponderosa throughout the investigation period. Five characteristic periods of Δ were identified for both the tree species, reflecting positive and negative influences of environmental factors. Good growing conditions such as after-thinning events had a positive effect on Δ, reflecting higher values, while poor conditions like aridity and air pollution had a negative influence, reflecting lower values. The dynamics of Δ were likewise reflected in the growth (basal area increment, BAI). Higher 13C discrimination values of P. ponderosa led to higher BAIs of P. ponderosa in comparison with P. sylvestris. Correlation function analyses confirmed that P. sylvestris was more dependent on precipitation than P. ponderosa, which showed a closer relationship with temperature. The results confirm that under predominantly dry growing conditions, P. ponderosa showed better growth performance than P. sylvestris, indicating better common intrinsic water-use efficiency and, therefore, higher rates of net photosynthesis at a given transpiration. In view of the prospect of climate change, the results are very significant for assessing both trees’ physiological properties and, hence, their potential for coping with future growing conditions.  相似文献

In this study two cellulose fibers, Eucalyptus grandis (CEG) and Pinus taeda (CPT), obtained through the kraft and sulfite pulping processes, respectively, were characterized. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were carried out. From the XRD analysis the interplanar distance, crystallite size and crystallinity index were calculated and the degradation kinetics parameters were determined by TGA at heating rates of 5, 10, 20 and 40 °C min−1 using the Avrami, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) and Criado methods. The results obtained by FTIR showed that the composition of the fibers is similar, while from the XRD analysis slight differences in the crystallinity were observed. The thermogravimetric analysis showed higher thermal stability for CPT than CEG while the values for the activation energy (Ea) were higher for CEG than CPT. The results obtained by Avrami and Criado methods showed that the degradation mechanism in the CEG samples involves a diffusion process while in the case of CPT the degradation process is a phase boundary controlled reaction. The degradation mechanisms demonstrated that the difference between thermal stability and Ea may be due to differences in the type of crystalline structure of the samples obtained through the two pulping processes.  相似文献

Abstract In the management of restoration reforestations or recreational reforestations of trees, the density of the planted trees and the site conditions can influence the growth and bole volume of the dominant tree. The ability to influence growth of these trees in a reforestation contributes greatly to the formation of large dimension trees and thereby to the production of commercially valuable wood. The potential of two artificial neural network (ANN) architectures in modeling the dominant Pinus brutia tree bole volume in reforestation configuration at 12 years of age was investigated: (1) the multilayer perceptron architecture using a back‐propagation algorithm and (2) the cascade‐correlation architecture, utilizing (a) either the nonlinear Kalman's filter theory or (b) the adaptive gradient descent learning rule. The incentive for developing bole‐volume equations using ANN techniques was to demonstrate an alternative new methodology in the field of reforestation design, which would enable estimation and optimization of the bole volume of dominant trees in reforestations using easily measurable site and competition factors. The usage of the ANNs for the estimation of dominant tree bole volume through site and competition factors can be a very useful tool in forest management practice.  相似文献

浙贝母(Fritillariae thunbergii Bulbus)是一种常用的化痰止咳中药,为浙江著名的“浙八味”之一。硫熏能够使浙贝母增白、防虫蛀以及延长保质期,然而过度的硫熏不仅会影响浙贝母的品质,还会危害人体健康。因此,进行硫熏浙贝母的无损鉴别分析有利于浙贝母的品质监测,保障中药质量。采用近红外光谱结合化学计量学方法进行六种不同硫熏程度浙贝母的鉴别分析,在近红外(900~1 700 nm)光谱条件下,采用“boxplot”统计分析1 000~1 100 nm内样本间的光谱反射值的差异。同时采用主成分分析(PCA)进行六种样本的聚类分析。应用连续投影法(SPA)进行数据挖掘获得10条特征波段,建立其偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)模型。结果表明,建立的PLS-DA模型可达到与全谱类似的判别结果。近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学方法能够实现不同硫熏程度浙贝母的无损鉴别分析,这为后续进行硫熏浙贝母品质分析以及研发相应贝母便携检测仪提供参考。  相似文献
