Sb2S3 thin films are obtained by evaporating of Sb2S3 powder onto glass substrates maintained at room temperature under pressure of 2×10‐5 torr. The composition of the thin films was determined by energy dispersive analysis of X‐ray (EDAX). The effect of thermal annealing in vacuum on the structural properties was studied using X‐ray diffraction (XRD) technique and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The as‐deposition films were amorphous, while the annealed films have an orthorhombic polycrystalline structure. The optical constants of as‐deposited and annealed Sb2S3 thin films were obtained from the analysis of the experimental recorded transmission spectral data over the wavelength range 400‐1400 nm. The transmittance analysis allowed the determination of refractive index as function of wavelength. It was found that the refractive dispersion data obeyed the single oscillator model, from which the dispersion parameters (oscillator energy, E0, dispersion energy, Ed) were determined. The static refractive index n(0), static dielectric constant, ε∞, and optical band gap energy, Eg, were also calculated using the values of dispersion parameters. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. We study theoretically the low-temperature electronic transport property of a straight quantum wire under the irradiation of a finite-range transversely polarized external terahertz (THz) electromagnetic (EM) field. Using the freeelectron model and the scattering matrix approach, we show an unusual behaviour of the electronic transmission of this system. A sharp step-structure appears in the electronic transmission probability as the EM field strength increases to a threshold value when a coherent EM field is applied. We demonstrate that this effect physically comes from the inelastic scattering of electrons with lateral photons through intersubband transitions. 相似文献

利用透射偏光显微术、同步辐射X射线形貌术、高分辨X射线衍射方法对6H-SiC(0001)晶片中的微管和小角度晶界等缺陷进行了研究.实验发现,在透射偏光显微镜下,微管通常呈现为蝴蝶形,这是由于微管周围存在着应力场,且应力分布不均匀,当线偏振光在通过微管周围区域时传播速度不同造成的.从X射线背反射同步辐射形貌像得到晶片中微管的Burgers矢量大小在2c到10c之间.从晶片00012衍射的双晶衍射摇摆曲线可以看出,晶片的中间大部分区域质量很好,双晶衍射峰为单峰且半峰宽很窄,一般为35"左右.在外围区域双晶衍射峰的半峰宽变宽,有些区域还会出现衍射峰的分裂,这说明外围区域有嵌镶块结构存在. 相似文献

This paper presents a simple scheme for information transmission between two non-directly interactive qubits in an n-qubit system. An example has been realized on a three-qubit nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer quantum computer. The experimental result successfully demonstrates that the feasible measure can also be extended to other quantum logical gates, or other quantum algorithms, where some qubits have no direct interactions in a multi-qubit system. 相似文献

Abstract Lesion of ossicular chain is a common ear disease impairing the sense of hearing. A comprehensive numerical model of human ear can provide better understanding of sound transmission. In this study, we propose a three-dimensional finite element model of human ear that incorporates the canal, tympanic membrane, ossicular bones, middle ear suspensory ligaments/muscles, middle ear cavity and inner ear fluid. Numerical analysis is conducted and employed to predict the effects of middle ear cavity, malleus handle defect, hypoplasia of the long process of incus, and stapedial crus defect on sound transmission. The present finite element model is shown to be reasonable in predicting the ossicular mechanics of human ear. 相似文献

In this paper, the transmission properties such as the dispersion and attenuation characteristics for the dominant mode of the trapezoidal-groove waveguide with arbitrarily inclined angle are analyzed and discussed by using the mode-matching method. Some calculated results are in very good agreement with the published data. The obtained conclusions are of important significance in theoretical studies and actual applications of trapezoidal-groove waveguides for millimeter and submillimeter waves. 相似文献

In this paper we study randomized algorithms with random input. We adapt to such algorithms the notion of probability of a false positive which is common in epidemiological studies. The probability of a false positive takes into account both the (controlled) error of the randomization and the randomness of the input, which needs to be modeled. We illustrate our idea on two classes of problems: primality testing and fingerprinting in strings transmission. Although in both cases the randomization has low error, in the first one the probability of a false positive is very low, while in the second one it is not. We end the paper with a discussion of randomness illustrated in a textbook example. 相似文献
