A single hair sample preparation protocol modified from reported method was developed and used to prepare longitudinally sectioned hair for ToF-SIMS analysis. Preliminary results demonstrate that ToF-SIMS is capable of providing molecular distribution of fragment ions from intrinsic constituents as well as external chemicals like the hair dye ingredients used in this study. The observation of pPDA and H2PO4− penetrating into the internal region of hair might initiate a renewed interest in exposure study. 相似文献

of absorption and luminescence bands associated with J-aggregates and dimers that are formed within the minor groove of DNA
has been observed. The model of L-21 J-aggregate structure is proposed. It has been found that dimers are the building blocks
of L-21 J-aggregates. Disorientation in dimers caused by the minor groove curvature is reason of observation of Davydov splitting
in absorption spectrum of L-21 J-aggregates. In the solution containing DNA the absorption and luminescence bands of L-21

The premicellar and micelle formation behaviors of four cationic triphenylmethane dyes, viz, Pararosaniline (RN), Crystal violet (CV), Ethyl violet (EV), and Malachite green (MG), in aqueous anionic surfactant solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDSN) have been studied by spectral and surface tension measurements. The study was carried out within a pH range where the dyes are stable in their quinoid forms. The dyes have been found to form dye–surfactant ion pairs (DSIPs) with the surfactants, at the surfactant concentrations well below their critical micelle concentration, CMC*. The DSIPs behave like nonionic surfactants and form an air–water interfacial monolayer. The DSIPs have a lower critical micelle concentration (CMCIP), greater efficiency, and lower effectiveness than the corresponding pure surfactants. As the surfactant concentration is increased below the CMC*, the DSIPs start forming micelles of their own where the dye gets protonated and exists as a protonated dye–surfactant ion pair (PDSIP) in the ion pair micelles. As the concentration of the surfactant exceeds the CMC* of the pure surfactant, the protonation reverses gradually with the dye remaining in the micelles in solubilized form and the DSIPs in the air–water interfacial monolayer are replaced by pure surfactants. The synthesis of new high-performance dyes and the implementation of new ways of incorporating the organic molecules into the solid host matrices have produced a great deal of activity in the field of solid-state dye lasers. In this article, the new laser dye, 2-(6-allyl-3-oxo-3H-xanthen-9-yl)-benzoic acid ethyl ester [AXBE] has been synthesized, and its chemical structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. This new dye was covalently bonded with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate (HEMA) copolymer backbone and evaluated as the active medium of the solid-state laser dye. 含有机硒的七甲川菁染料是基于光诱导电子转移(PET)的近红外(IR)荧光探针, 能在生理条件下高灵敏、高选择性地监控过氧化氮. 本文应用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)计算方法研究其光物理性质和PET机理.结果表明, 在激发态, 荧光母体发生最高占有分子轨道(HOMO)到最低非占有分子轨道(LUMO)的电子跃迁, 识别基团上的HOMO轨道能级提高到荧光母体的单电子占据的HOMO轨道能级之上, 并向其转移一个电子, 使激发态电子回落过程受阻而导致荧光部分淬灭. 硒被氧化后, 识别基团上的HOMO轨道能级降低, PET过程被阻断, 荧光发射恢复. 研究进一步证明, PET效应来自于识别基团上苯胺N原子的p电子, 它的电子转移能力受到其对位苯硒基的氧化-还原状态的影响, 产生了荧光信号的“开-关”作用. 相似文献

利用飞秒时间分辨荧光亏蚀光谱技术,研究了噁嗪750激光染料分子在典型的醇类溶剂中超快动力学过程.实验发现两个超快动力学过程:飞秒量级的快速弛豫过程和皮秒量级的慢速弛豫过程.快速弛豫过程来源于分子内振动能量再分配(IVR)和溶剂分子超快惯性弛豫动力学过程,而慢速弛豫过程对应于溶剂化的扩散分子弛豫动力学过程.实验结果表明慢速弛豫过程的时间常数随醇溶剂分子间氢键键能的增强而增大. 相似文献

Hydrothermal carbonaceous materials and MnO2 have been proved to be promising adsorbents to remove organic dyes from wastewater. In this study, flexible MnO2 loaded hydrothermal carbon-coated electrospun poly-acrylonitrile(AC/MnO2/PAN) fiber membranes were fabricated by a facile one-step hydrothermal method and activated by NaOH solution. The composite fibers exhibited large adsorption capacity toward cationic dyes and excellent mechanical properties. The adsorption performance can be fitted well with pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum adsorption for methylene blue(MB), methyl violet(MV) and malachite green(MG) are 1173.27,1106.31 and 1129.89 mg/g, respectively, according to Langmuir fitting. The AC/MnO2/PAN fiber membrane also showed satisfactory performances for selective adsorption and recyclability. In addition, based on selective adsorption, the AC/MnO2/PAN fiber membranes that are repulsive to the anionic dye methyl orange(MO) can separate the MB/MO mixture solution by dynamic filtration. Thus, this work not only provides a facile strategy to fabricate large capacity adsorbents, but also demonstrates the potential applications in the dye wastewater treatment field. 相似文献

This paper describes a rapid and sensitive method for determination of the hair dye Basic Blue 41 in wastewater samples using screen‐printed carbon electrodes modified with graphene (SPCE/Gr). The method is based on the reversible reduction of azo groups of the dye at potential of ?0.23 V/?0.26 V, where both the anodic and cathodic currents increased 1,300 % when compared to screen‐printed carbon (SPCE) and glassy carbon electrodes (GCE). The optimization of a square wave voltammetric method was performed by means of 23 factorial design, Doehlert matrix and multi‐response assays, and the best parameters were: frequency (54.8 Hz), step potential (6 mV), pulse amplitude (43.7 mV) and pH 4.5. The analytical curve was constructed from 3.00×10?8 to 2.01×10?6 mol L?1, with detection and quantification limits of 5.00×10?9 and 1.70×10?8 mol L?1, respectively. The repeatability of the method evaluated for 10 consecutive measurements at concentrations of 1.70×10?7 mol L?1 and 1.70×10?6 mol L?1, showed relative standard deviation of 3.56 and 0.57 %, respectively. The sensor based in SPCE/Gr was successfully applied in wastewater samples collected from a drinking water treatment plant and validated by comparison with HPLC‐DAD method with good accuracy. 相似文献

ABSTRACTA novel BODIPY-based dye with highly emissive character was configured by Sonogashira coupling and routinely characterized by NMR and MS technology. The emission of dye was investigated in solution/film/solid and shows intensive emission. In solution, the emission peak appeared around 510 nm with little influence by the polar environment. The terthiophene plays an effective antenna effect, harvesting the light and transferring the energy to BODIPY. The pseudo Stoke's shift enlarged to ~170 nm in solution. In film, the emission peak shifted to 563 nm in polycarbonate matrix. And it shifted further to 585 nm in solid due to the highly twisted structure, which avoided closely regular-tight packing. The dye rendered an intense fluorescence, good optothermal stability, and high fluorescence quantum yield (0.55). The solid emission showed highly red emission with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (X = 0.69, Y = 0.31). Thus, the synthesized dye is idea candidate for emitting materials. 相似文献
