本文对金融网络建立了带有时滞的利率-流通量方程，应用时滞微分方程理论，我们得到金融网络中，各节点利率最终将稳定于其基本利率的充分必要条件；给出了各节点利率均振动的充分必要条件以及存在周期解的充分必要条件。

Current Oscillation and dc-Voltage-Controlled Chaotic Dynamics in Semiconductor Superlattices

We report a detailed theoretical study of current oscillation and dc-voltage-controlled chaotic dynamics in doped GaAs/AlAs resonant tunneling superlattices under crossed electric and magnetic fields. When the superlattice is biased at the negative differential velocity region, current self-oscillation is observed with proper doping concentration. The current oscillation mode and oscillation frequency can be affected by the dc voltage bias, doping density, and magnetic field. When an ac electric field with fixed amplitude and frequency is also applied to the system, different nonlinear properties show up in the external circuit with the change of dc voltage bias. We carefully study these nonlinear properties with different chaos-detecting methods.     

球状泡群内气泡的耦合振动

振动气泡形成辐射场影响其他气泡的运动, 故多气泡体系中气泡处于耦合振动状态. 本文在气泡群振动模型的基础上, 考虑气泡间耦合振动的影响, 得到了均匀球状泡群内振动气泡的动力学方程, 以此为基础分析了气泡的非线性声响应特征. 气泡间的耦合振动增加了系统对每个气泡的约束, 降低了气泡的自然共振频率, 增强了气泡的非线性声响应. 随着气泡数密度的增加, 振动气泡受到的抑制增强; 增加液体静压力同样可抑制泡群内气泡的振动, 且存在静压力敏感区(1–2 atm, 1 atm=1.01325×10⁵ Pa); 驱动声波对气泡振动影响很大, 随着声波频率的增加, 能够形成空化影响的气泡尺度范围变窄. 在同样的声条件、泡群尺寸以及气泡内外环境下, 初始半径小于5 μm 的气泡具有较强的声响应. 气泡耦合振动会削弱单个气泡的空化影响, 但可延长多气泡系统空化泡崩溃发生的时间间隔和增大作用范围, 整体空化效应增强.     

两个正交子能级的V型三能级系统的粒子数振荡特性

研究了线偏振脉冲光场激发下,半导体量子点中两个正交子能级上的粒子数振荡特性.利用旋转波近似方法给出了共振激发和无衰减时粒子数运动方程的解析解.引入了该系统的等效跃迁偶极矩和等效脉冲面积，并给出了其关系表达式.理论分析表明，该体系中的子能级上粒子数振荡的振幅和频率都可以通过改变激发场的偏振角和系统的初态条件进行调控. 关键词： Rabi振荡 旋转波近似 三能级系统     

Asymptotic solving method for a seaben air oscillator model of atmospheric physics

In this paper, a class of coupled system for the El Ni no/La Ni na southern oscillation (ENSO) atmospheric physics oscillation model is considered. We propose an ENSO atmospheric physics model using a method from the asymptotic theory. It is indicated from the results that the asymptotic method can be used for analyzing the sea surface temperature anomaly and the thermocline depth anomaly of the atmosphere-ocean oscillation for the ENSO model in the equatorial Pacific.     

Device research on GaAs-based InAlAs/InGaAs metamorphic high electron mobility transistors grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition

This paper applies a novel quad-layer resist and e-beam lithography technique to fabricate a GaAs-based InAlAs/InGaAs metamorphic high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD). The gate length of the metamorphic HEMT was 150~nm, the maximum current density was 330~mA/mm, the maximum transconductance was 470~mS/mm, the threshold voltage was -0.6~V, and the maximum current gain cut-off frequency and maximum oscillation frequency were 102~GHz and 450~GHz, respectively. This is the first report on tri-termination devices whose frequency value is above 400~GHz in China. The excellent frequency performances promise the possibility of metamorphic HEMTs grown by MOCVD for millimetre-wave applications, and more outstanding device performances would be obtained after optimizing the material structure, the elaborate T-gate and other device processes further.     

封闭圆内开缝圆自然对流换热的振荡特性

本文通过数值计算探讨了封闭圆内开缝圆自然对流换热的振荡特性。数值计算以整个圆为计算区域,采用了非稳态的数学模型和具有QUICK差分格式的SIMPLE算法。在相同条件下计算结果和实验结果符合很好。数值结果显示, 当几何结构一定时,Rayleigh数Ra小于某个临界值时,流动和换热处于稳态,并且关于垂直中心线对称;Ra大于这个临界值时,流动和换热是振荡的,非对称的。数值实验还表明,流动和换热出现振荡时的临界Rayleigh数Rac与开缝圆的开缝度有关,且流动和换热的振荡会出现对称振荡和非对称振荡两种情形。
