在椭圆柱坐标系中,采用分离变量方法,得出了左手介质椭圆光波导本征方程的近似解,通过数值计算,分析了椭圆波导偏心率、左手介质的电容率、磁导率对椭圆光波导基模传播特性的影响,并将左介质光波导与右手介质光波导基模特性进行对比,得出左手介质光波导的基模特性与右手介质光波导基模特性差别不大的结论. 相似文献

We investigate the properties of waveguides induced by one-dimensional grey
screening solitons in biased photorefractive crystals. The results show that
waveguides induced by grey screening solitons are always of single mode for all
intensity ratios, i.e. the ratios between the peak intensity of the
soliton and the dark irradiance. Our analysis indicates that the
energy confined near the centre of the grey soliton and the propagation constant of
the guided mode of the waveguide induced by the grey screening soliton
increase monotonically with intensity ratio increasing. On the other hand,
when the soliton greyness increases, the energy confined near the centre
of the grey soliton and the propagation constant of the guided mode of the
waveguide induced by the grey screening soliton decrease monotonically.
Relevant examples are provided where photorefractive crystal is of the

An improved generalized admittance (GAM) matrix technique is presented in this paper. Matrix transformation eliminates the
singularity factor of GAM, denominator (1+Γ), because of new presentations of GAM. The relationship equations between II-port
current and I-port incidence wave is computed by mode matching method. The generalized scattering matrix (GSM) of waveguide
structure and its discontinuity problems is obtained with relationship equations and reflection coefficients. The GSM’s of
millimeter-wave multistepped bend and T-junction in rectangular waveguide are computed by the improved GAM technique. The
results comparisons between the proposed method and commercial software HFSS10.0 show the validity of the proposed method,
which improves the validity of the GAM technique and reduces mathematical efforts. It is general, very efficient and can be

A new type of partial-dielectric-loaded rectangular waveguide grating slow-wave structure (SWS) for millimeter wave traveling
wave tube (TWT) is presented in this paper. The radio-frequency characteristics including the dispersion properties, the longitudinal
electric field distribution and the beam-wave coupling impedance of this structure are analyzed. The results show that the
dispersion of the rectangular waveguide grating circuit is weakened, the phase velocity is reduced and the position of the
maximum E

is basically invariant after partially filling the dielectric materials in the rectangular waveguide grating SWS. Although

ECR离子源的等离子体阻抗对其微波传输与阻抗匹配设计至关重要。在中国科学院近代物理研究所现有的2.45 GHz ECR 质子源上,对等离子体阻抗进行了测量。首先用水吸收负载代替等离子体负载测量得到了所用微波窗阻抗,然后根据质子源测量数据,推算得到了等离子体阻抗。实验结果表明,脊波导输出端阻抗与后续负载不完全匹配,等离子体阻抗随微波功率变化呈非线性。这些结果为ECR离子源过渡匹配和微波窗的设计提供了参考依据。Plasma impedance of an ECR ion source is important for microwave transmission and impedance matching design. Plasma impedance was measured indirectly with the 2.45 GHz ECR proton source at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the test, we got microwave window mpedance by using water absorption load instead of plasma load, and the source plasma impedance was derived from the test data with the 2.45 GHz ECR proton source and microwave window impedance. The experimental results show that ridge waveguide output impedance and the subsequent load does not exactly match, plasma impedance variation is nonlinear with microwave power.
