A rapid, simple and reproducible single bounce attenuated total reflectance (SB-ATR) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic method was developed for determination of the n − 6, n − 3 and ratio of n − 6:n − 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in poultry feed lipids using partial least squares (PLS) regression. Data for n − 6, n − 3 and ratio of n − 6:n − 3 was acquired by gas chromatography (GC) and used as a standard values for FTIR calibration. The best regression results were achieved using first derivatives of the 1475–650 cm−1 spectral region for n − 6, n − 3 and ratio of n − 6:n − 3 with high regression coefficients (R2) of 0.999, 0.994 and 0.998, respectively and low RMSEP values of 1, 0.06 and 0.83, respectively. The results of the present study revealed that FTIR could be used for rapid and accurate determination of n − 6, n − 3 and ratio of n − 6:n − 3 PUFAs present in poultry feed lipids. 相似文献

Microparticles (MPs) are small fragments of apoptotic or activated cells that may contribute to pathological processes in many diseases. Platelet-derived MPs (PMPs) are the most abundant type of MPs in human blood. To characterize the proteins in PMPs we used a shotgun proteomics approach by nanoHPLC separation followed by MS analysis on an LTQ Orbitrap XL. PMPs were produced from isolated platelets stimulated with adenosine diphosphate (ADP). We developed an analytical platform constituted by two different steps: in the first one we used a standard shotgun strategy; in the second one, to improve low-molecular weight, low-abundance-proteins identification, the samples were fractionated using hydrogel nanoparticles, an enrichment system based on a mixed mechanism of dimensional exclusion and colorant affinity. This was chosen to tackle a common issue with shotgun approaches, in which the low-abundance proteins are not detected when surveys are on a broad scale. By means of the entire analytical platform, we identified 603 proteins, 243 of which were not previously identified. A simple and straightforward procedure for the study of PMPs was provided, producing a tool for further understanding their biological and pathological roles, and a baseline for future studies aimed at discovering biomarkers involved in several diseases. 相似文献

Phased-array volume coils were used in conjunction with the phase rotation STEAM (PR-STEAM) spectroscopy technique to acquire very short TE data from the anterior cingulate gyrus at 3 T. A method for combining PR-STEAM data from multiple subcoils is presented. The data were acquired from seven healthy participants using PR-STEAM (repetition time/mixing time/echo time=3500/10/6.5 ms, 6 cm3, NEX=128, spectral width=2000 Hz, 2048 complex points, Δφ1=135°, Δφ2=22.5°, Δφ3=112.5° and ΔφADC=0°). In addition to the primary metabolites, LCModel fit results suggest that glutathione and glutamate can also be identified with Cramér-Rao lower bounds of 10% or less. 相似文献

介绍了HL-2M环向场线圈的基本结构设计及其承受的电磁载荷,分析了水平预加载、中心柱预应力筒以及环向抗扭支撑对线圈匝间剪切应力的影响.结果表明,水平预加载及预应力筒在中心柱内产生的压应力有利于提高中心柱的抗扭刚度;环向支撑刚度增加可减小线圈的面内剪切应力.在正常运行工况下,环向场线圈的最大匝间剪切应力小于8MPa,其结构设计满足线圈强度要求.对于大破裂瞬态事件,匝间最大剪切应力约12MPa,接近绝缘材料的剪切疲劳极限,建议采取破裂抑制措施避免该情况发生. 相似文献
