利用微波复合直流等离子体对天然气转化制乙炔反应进行了研究. 考察了氢烷比、气体流量、功率等参数对装置的能量利用率以及天然气转化反应的影响, 并考核了微波复合直流等离子体转化天然气制乙炔工艺的稳定性. 实验结果表明: 微波复合直流等离子体装置的能量利用率随等离子体工作气体的流量的增加而提高; 由于微波的作用使传统直流柱状等离子体分化为多根丝状等离子体, 从而使得电极的烧蚀方式由传统的点烧蚀变为面烧蚀, 并大幅度提高等离子体转化天然气工艺的稳定性和电极寿命; 甲烷的转化率和乙炔的收率随功率的增加而提高, 随CH4/H2比和气体流量的增加而降低, 在氢烷比为0.9、总气体流量为760 L/min、微波源输出电功率6 kW、直流电源输出功率90 kW时, 甲烷转化率可达84.4%, 乙炔选择性为75.6%, 乙炔收率为63.8%, 乙炔能耗达10.8 kWh•kg-1; 电极寿命超过200 h. 相似文献

Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) method is introduced as a novel approach in this work to study catalyst deactivation of V2O5/γ‐‐Al2O3 for gas‐phase dehydration of glycerol and producing acrolein. The LIBS results of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 samples are compared with those data that are obtained by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP‐OES). Experimental data of LIBS data specify that line intensities of vanadium are decreased by deactivation of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 catalyst. A comparison between the results of LIBS test as well as ICP‐OES analysis shows that the amount of vanadium is decreased in the catalyst. Moreover, coke formation changes the surface of the catalyst. The results of deactivation of V2O5/γ‐Al2O3 are also compared with Pd/C catalyst deactivation. 相似文献

The plasma window is an advanced apparatus that can work as the interface between a vacuum and a high pressure region. It can be used in many applications that need atmosphere-vacuum interface, such as a gas target, electron beam welding, synchrotron radiation and a spallation neutron source. A test bench of the plasma window is constructed in Peking University. A series of experiments and the corresponding parameter measurements have been presented in this article. Simultaneous determination of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine in human plasma by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A sensitive and specific procedure for simultaneous quantitation of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine in human plasma has been developed and validated. Analytes were extracted from plasma samples by liquid-liquid extraction, separated on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 x 4.6 mm i.d.) and detected by tandem mass spectrometry with an atmospheric pressure chemical ionization interface. Diphenhydramine was used as the internal standard. The method has a lower limit of quantitation of 0.2 and 2.0 ng/mL for chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine, respectively. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviation, calculated from quality control (QC) samples were below 4.3% for chlorpheniramine and below 9.5% for pseudoephedrine. The inter-day relative error as determined from QC samples was within 4.7% for each analyte. The overall extraction recoveries of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine were 77 and 61% on average, respectively. The method was successfully applied to pharmaockinetic study of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine in volunteers receiving formulations containing 4 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate and 60 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. 相似文献

Synthesis of titanium oxide film by plasma oxidization of the metallic films is investigated. Argon/oxygen gas mixture in the pressure range 30 × 10?2 mbar is used for plasma processing at a frequency of 250 kHz. The plasma‐oxidized films are annealed in a tube furnace in argon atmosphere to establish crystalline‐phase formation. X‐ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopic results manifest peaks corresponding to rutile TiO2. Ultraviolet‐Visible (UV‐Vis) spectroscopic analysis confirms the bandgap of rutile TiO2, and photoluminescence spectra exhibit peaks due to oxygen defects. Homogeneity across the film's thickness and the nature of the film substrate interface is studied by depth profiling acquired using secondary ion mass spectrometry. The changes in the surface properties of oxygen plasma-treated polyethylene films during ageing in various atmospheres (water, dry nitrogen gas, and hexane) were studied from the viewpoint of the interaction of the surface functional groups formed on the films and the ageing media. The XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) and the SSIMS (static secondary ion mass spectrometry) spectra indicated the formation of polar groups containing oxygen such as C=O on the film surface. The changes in the critical surface tension (C) of the film with ageing time were largely affected by the ageing atmospheres: the C value of the film aged in water increased, and those of the films aged in nitrogen gas and hexane decreased with an increase in ageing time.
