自组装有序纳米银线表面增强拉曼光谱检测牛奶中三聚氰胺

制备具有表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)增强效果的基底是获得灵敏SERS检测的基础.本研究以多元醇法合成、流体流动法组装制备的有序纳米银线作为三聚氰胺的SERS增强基底,实现了样品中痕量三聚氰胺的快速灵敏检测.通过理论计算及实验考察得到了三聚氰胺的拉曼特征峰,优化了三聚氰胺在有序纳米银线基底上的SERS检测条件.在pH=8、水为溶剂、溶剂挥发时间为14 min的最佳条件下,三聚氰胺特征峰强度与浓度在0.05 ～ 1.00 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数R=0.997,检测限为0.05 mg/L.在牛奶中添加不同浓度的三聚氰胺,其回收率为89.7％～ 109.2％,相对标准偏差低于6.8％.本方法对三聚氰胺检测具有很好的灵敏度和稳定性,为其它小分子化合物的SERS检测提供技术支持.     

基于表面活性剂增敏有序介孔SiO2修饰碳糊电极测定L-色氨酸

利用水热法合成得到有序介孔二氧化硅( OMS),采用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、透射电镜等技术对其进行了表征。制备OMS修饰碳糊电极( OMS/CPE),采用循环伏安和交流阻抗技术考察了修饰电极的电化学性能,发现与裸碳糊电极(CPE)相比,OMS/CPE具有更大的电活性面积和更快的电子传导速率。研究了L-色氨酸(L-Trp)在表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,在OMS/CPE上的电化学行为和动力学性质,结果表明,OMS和SDS具有良好的协同作用,能明显增加L-Trp的响应信号; SDS存在下,L-Trp在修饰电极上的电化学氧化是2电子和2质子参加的不可逆过程,电极过程受吸附控制。优化了表面活性剂浓度、富集时间、富集电位、介质 pH 值等测定参数,在最优条件下, L-Trp 氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0×10-8~4.0×10-6 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为7.0×10-8 mol/L(S/N=3)。本方法用于氨基酸口服液样品的加标回收检测,回收率为99.6％~102.6％。     

共价键合铁卟啉有序多层膜电极的组装及其对H2O2的电催化还原

以玻碳电极为基础电极,先用静电自组装方法将带负电荷的四磺酸基苯基铁卟啉和带正电荷的含重氮盐基团的重氮树脂在电极表面进行层-层组装,然后在紫外光的照射下,使铁卟啉的磺酸基与重氮树脂的重氮基引发交联反应,使层与层之间的离子键变成共价键,从而使铁卟啉在电极表面形成稳定、有序、分子水平的层-层构筑.用UV-Vis和IR光谱表征了组装过程,用CV方法研究了该电极的电化学性能.结果表明,该电极不但具有非常优异的稳定性,而且对H₂O₂的电还原反应也表现出很好的催化活性.     

INVERSE OPALINE STRUCTURE TITANIA PHOTONIC CRYSTALS BY FUNCTIONALLY MODIFIED COLLOIDAL CRYSTALS TEMPLATING

Ordered macroporous titania photonic crystals （PCs） and photonic balls were fabricated by functional modified polymer colloidal crystals. The TiO2 PCs and balls formed through this method exhibit no cracks and lacunae in large areas on their surface and their inner structures.

It is defined the locally order convexity of an ordered uniform space and an ordered topological group and is investigated its relation to the existence of minimum points of denumerable, complete lower bounded sets.     

Anisotropic dielectric properties of PbYb1/2Ta1/2O3 single crystals

PbYb_1/2Ta_1/2O₃ single crystals were obtained for the first time. They were grown by the flux method. The PbOPbF₂B₂O₃ system was used as a solvent. Dielectric investigations were carried out in 1 0 0_c, 1 1 0_c and 1 1 1_c pseudocubic directions. These studies pointed to anisotropy of dielectric properties. Frequency-independent ε′(T) and ε″(T) maxima related to the antiferroelectric–paraelectric (AFE—PE) phase transition are observed for all directions at 562 K. The frequency-dependent ε′(T) and ε″(T) maxima near 400 K related to the ferroelectric (FE)–AFE phase transition are observed only in 1 1 1_c direction. The hysteresis loops were observed in this direction only. These results point that ferroelectric relaxor properties appear only in 1 1 1_c direction. We propose to consider the ferroelectric phase as ferrielectric one.     

Analysis of ordered categorical data from repeated measurements assuming a quantitative latent variable

Summary The purpose of the present paper is to propose an analytical method for ordered categorical responses obtained from a repeated measurement/longitudinal experiment. The ordered categorical scale is assumed to be a manifestation of a latent quantitative variable. A linear model is assumed for location parameters of the underlying distributions. Weighted least square method is applied to parameter estimation and subsequent analysis. Two data sets are analyzed to show several aspects of analysis by the proposed model and to discuss comparative characteristics of analysis compared with earlier analysis. A mention is made for a computer software program for the proposed model.     

Epidifferentiability of the map of infima in Hilbert spaces

This article deals with derivatives for set-valued maps that take values in ordered vector spaces, in particular it concerns about the relationship between the epiderivatives of a set-valued map and its associated map of infima. When the image space is a real separable Hilbert space ordered by an orthonormal basis, by using a variational technique based on a decoupling of the ordering cone into half-spaces, we show that both epiderivatives coincide under certain hypothesis of compactness and stability. Furthermore we obtain some computation formulas for these derivatives in terms of associated scalar set-valued maps.
