A linear terminal problem of optimal control with a piecewise-linear terminal constraints is considered. On the base of the concept of a support the optimality criterion is proved and sufficient optimality condition in the form of the maximum principle is formulated. The support enables us to choose from the set of the Lagrange vectors a special one which in the terminology of linear programming is called the basic vector [1]. 黄曲霉毒素是广泛存在于玉米中且具有剧毒的一种代谢产物,以美国农业部农业研究署(USDA-ARS) Toxicology and Mycotoxin Research Unit提供的2010年先锋玉米为研究对象,验证了高光谱成像技术对玉米中黄曲霉毒素检测的可行性。以甲醇为溶剂制备四种不同浓度的黄曲霉毒素溶液,并将其逐一滴在等量的4组共120粒玉米颗粒表面,以未处理的30粒洁净玉米作为一组对照样本,将大小、形状相似的150个样品随机分为训练集103个,验证集47个;对获取的400~1 000 nm波段范围内的高光谱图像,先进行标准正态变量变换(standard normal variate transformation, SNV)预处理,然后引入基于Fisher判别最小误判率的方法选择最优波长,并以所选波长作为Fisher判别分析法的输入建立判别模型,对玉米颗粒表面不同浓度的黄曲霉毒素进行识别,最后对模型判别正确率进行了验证。结果表明,选取四个最优波长(812.42, 873.00, 900.36和965.00 nm)时Fisher判别分析模型对训练集与验证集的准确率分别为87.4%和80.9%。该方法为含黄曲霉毒素玉米颗粒便携式检测仪器的开发,以及对田间霉变玉米自然代谢产生毒素的检测奠定了技术基础。 相似文献

建立了蒸气压缩/喷射制冷循环稳定运行时两相喷射器的热力学模型,以常压沸点相差较大的制冷剂为工质,比较了两相喷射器引射室压降最优范围的差异,并在同一工况下,研究了不同工质压缩/喷射制冷循环的性能.结果表明:喷射器引射室压降存在最佳范围使压缩/喷射制冷循环性能接近最优值;在相同工况下不同制冷工质这个最佳范围不相同;在同一工况下,当采用压缩/喷射制冷循环时,不同工质的循环性能系数和单位容积制冷能力相比基本循环均增强了.研究结果为压缩/喷射制冷循环制冷工质的选择及两相喷射器结构的优化设计提供理论参考. 相似文献

The measure of the distribution of a mixture of substances in TLC with a binary mobile phase is expressed as ΔRM which represents the difference between the RM values of substances i and j on use of the binary solvent 1 + 2 as the mobile phase. The possibility of determining its maximum value at an optimum composition of the binary mobile phase is demonstrated in this paper. This value can calculated from experimental and theoretical functions RM1,2 = f(Φ1) of substance i and j. More simply, ΔRM can be calculated theoretically from easily measurable adsorption parameters of excess adsorption isotherms and from chromatographic parameters obtained for pure solvents. The ΔRM value calculated theoretically can be utilized in a pilot technique for determination of the optimum composition of the mobile phase in gradient liquid chromatography. 相似文献

CNDO/Force calculations have been performed on a series of molecules, H2CO, F2CO, CF4, CHF3, CH2F2 and CH3F. The optimum geometries and force fields are reported. It is found that the method can successfully predict the geometries of polyatomic molecules. The bending force constants and interaction force constants are, in general, comparable with experimental values both with respect to sign and magnitude. The stretching force constants have higher values than the experimental force constants. However, the trend in stretching force constants of a series of molecules is comparable with that of the corresponding experimental values. 相似文献

Summary A mixed-phase capillary GC column has been designed for the separation of the compounds commonly present in the volatile fraction of cheeses. The design includes the calculation of the optimum phase concentration and the operating conditions. Summary The paper describes by simple experiments in a pragmatical way by easy rules of thumbs gradient optimization. Besides selection of the stationary phase and initial and final conditions the two other important variables are program time and eluent flow rate. It is demonstrated, that when the product of both, the gradient volume, is kept constant, the solutes are always eluted with the same eluent composition at column outlet. At constant gradient volume, peak broadening depends on flow rate and on the eluent properties (viscosity) at which the solutes elute, and on the time the solutes spend in the column. Because peak broadening increases with increasing gradient volume, the peak capacity in gradient elution shows an optimum at gradient volumes around 15 empty column volumes (program times 45 to 60 min at flow rates of 1 ml/min with standard columns).Gradient elution can also be used for fast evaluation of optimum eluent composition for isocratic analysis. This procedure requires a calibration of the equipment for determination of eluent composition at column outlet. The sample is chromatographed in a standard gradient run of 10 to 15 empty column volumes. The eluent composition at which the solute of interest elutes during the gradient is used for isocratic analysis, where the k' value of this solute will then be around 2.Part of Ph. D. Thesis H.
