采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法与中红外光导纤维联用技术对11例肿瘤,7例正常腮腺和1例舍格伦综合症的红外光谱进行了对比研究。结果发现正常腮腺和舍格伦综合症的红外光谱很相似,而与肿瘤的光谱存在着明显差别,同时也观察到良性与恶性肿瘤的光谱在若干波段处也有所不同.  相似文献

The electric field-induced dynamic phase-matching of second harmonic generation (SHG) waveguide was demonstrated by using a main chain polyarylamine. The linear and nonlinear optical properties of this polymer are presented. The optimum phase-matching thickness was controlled by applying an electric field to the polymer waveguide. The effective phase-matching thickness variation induced by poling is about 0.025 μm that is six times larger than full width at the half-maximum (FWHM) of phase-matching thickness in conventional slab waveguide. The efficient phase-matched SHG was observed from a taperless slab wave-guide. The optical loss of poled polymer on glass substrate at 632.8 nm was 2.7 dB/cm. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A gain-clamped two-stage L-band EDFA is demonstrated by simply incorporating two different FBGs on both side of EDF in the second stage. It forms a FBG laser at 1560 nm to clamp the gain in the system. The gain is clamped at about 16.5 dB with gain variation of less than 1.0 dB at dynamic range up to −10 dBm. A flat gain is obtained over 30 nm of wavelength range from 1568 to 1598 nm with a gain variation of less than 1.1 dB. At the flat region, the noise figure varies from 5.0 to 5.8 dB, which is slightly higher compared to those of unclamped amplifier. The advantage of this technique is that the FBG laser does not disturb the WDM signals in the flat gain region.  相似文献

The metastable zone width for the solution of organic nonlinear material: indole-3-aldehyde (IA) has been determined for the various solvents of acetone, methanol and ethyl acetate and the corresponding IA crystals have been grown by temperature lowering technique. Monodisperse Au-silicate nanoparticles (10.7±1.6 nm in diameter) were prepared by reduction of aqueous solution containing 2 mM HAuCl4 with sodium citrate (1 wt.%) in a hydrosol, in which small clusters of silicate formed by hydrolysis and polymerization of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS). APTMS covalently linked to reduced gold particles through its -NH2 end-group. UV-vis spectra of the obtained Au-silicate nanoparticles showed a peak at ∼690 nm due to the interface effects between the Au and the silicate matrix. The Au-silicate nanoparticles exhibited near-IR (NIR) sensitivity. Cytotoxicity and limited hemocompatibility in vitro for the prepared Au-silicate nanoparticles were also investigated. It was shown that at lower concentration (<1 μg/ml), the Au-silicate nanoparticles were biocompatible without causing any cytotoxicity and hemolysis.  相似文献

The absorption and upconversion fluorescence spectra of a series of Er3+/Yb3+-codoped natrium-germanium-bismuth glasses have been studied. The transition probabilities, excited state lifetimes, and the branching ratios have been predicted for Er3+ based on the Judd-Ofelt theory. At room temperature, an upconversion efficiency of 6.1×10−2 has been obtained for the green emission from the glass with 0.5 wt% Er2O3 and 3.0 wt% Yb2O3 pumped by 980 nm radiation with an intensity of 270 W/cm2. And the “standardized” efficiency for green upconversion light is higher than that reported in lead-germanate, lead-tellurite-germanate, and silicate glasses. The results indicate that the Er3+/Yb3+-codoped natrium-germanium-bismuth oxide glass may be a potential material for developing upconversion optic devices.  相似文献

It was found experimentally that the THz radiation throughput based on optical rectification is strongly related to the optical excitation size in a ZeTe emitter. The factors affecting the THz radiation throughput are investigated in detail both experimentally and theoretically. By taking into account optical rectification, diffraction and two-photon absorption effects, a theoretical model is established to describe the emitting field intensity of THz radiation. There is excellent agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data under high excitation power. Both theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that there is a trade-off between these three effects for THz radiation, and that in order to increase the THz radiation throughput based on optical rectification, one should choose suitable excitation size under a given pump power.  相似文献
