本文在已知厦门海域气溶胶粒子谱分布的基础上,用MIE散射理论计算了该地区气溶胶粒子的光学特性,得到了气溶胶粒子的散射截面、吸收截面、消光截面与波长的关系,散射相函数以及偏振相函数,并用实验对两个相函数加以了验证。此结论为研究大气矢量辐射传输提供了很好的方法;尤其偏振相函数的提出为今后用偏振的方法研究大气提供了理论依据。 相似文献

通过选择合适的化学原料(Li2O∶48.6mol%, Nb2O5∶51.4mol%)、控制生长速度(<3 mm/h)及固液界面的温度梯度(20~40℃/cm)与温场,用坩埚下降法成功地生长出了Zn、Cr双掺杂初始浓度分别为3 mol%、0.1 mol%,以及6 mol%、0.1 mol%的大尺寸铌酸锂晶体.生长的晶体无宏观缺陷,在He-Ne激光的照射下,无散射中心.测定了晶体的宽带荧光光谱(700~1200nm)及R带(710~740nm)的精细变温光谱.这些R带的光谱线由Cr离子所取代的Li(Cr3+Li)与Nb(Cr3+Nb)的发光中心以及声子辅助吸收所致. 相似文献

The optical constants (absorption coefficient, refractive index, extention coefficient, real and imaginary part of dielectric constant) have been studied for a-Se80Te20−xPbx (where x = 0, 2, 6, 10) thin films as a function of photon energy in the wave length range (500–1000 nm). It has been found that the optical band gap increases while the refractive index and the extinction coefficient (k) decreases on incorporation of lead in Se–Te system. The value of absorption coefficient (α) and the extinction coefficient (k) increases, while the value of refractive index (n) decreases with incident photon energy. In order to fabricate Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films, hybrid sputtering system with two sputter sources and two effusion cells is used. The Cu2ZnSnS4 films are fabricated by the sequential deposition of metal elements and annealing in S flux, varying the substrate temperature. The Cu2ZnSnS4 films with stoichiometric composition are obtained at the substrate temperature up to 400 °C, whereas the film composition becomes quite Zn-pool at the substrate temperature above 450 °C. The Cu2ZnSnS4 film shows p-type conductivity, and the optical absorption coefficient and the band gap of the Cu2ZnSnS4 film prepared in this experiment are suitable for fabricating a thin film solar cell. 相似文献

Collision-induced timing shifts in a wavelength-division multiplexed soliton system are computed when damping, amplification, filtering and positive dispersion management following the loss profile are included. A statistical analysis is presented which takes into account the resulting effect of the large number of collisions occurring in the fiber. Rare-earth doped fibers suffer from relatively high attenuation in comparison to conventional communication fibers. In order to improve the properties of such fibers, understanding of the mechanisms involved in scattering effects is of great importance. The effect of Nd-doping, Al-codoping and of the drawing temperature on the scattering effect was investigated for several different optical fibers. To this end a measuring setup was realized which allows absolute measurements of the scattering coefficient at different positions along a fiber. Also separation of total attenuation and scattering effects is possible. Plasma treatments in Radio Frequency Glow Discharges fed with NH3−H2 mixtures have been performed for modifying polyethylene surfaces. Treatment kinetics and the role of species present in the
glow have been investigated. Actinometric Optical Emission Spectroscopy has been utilized as a plasma diagnostic technique.
Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis has been utilized for studying surface composition of treated substrates, which
have been examined both astreated and after derivatization of amine-functionalities with 4-trifluoromethylbenzaldehyde vapors.
