Summary 2,8-Dihydroxyadeninuria and xanthinuria are inborn enzyme disorders which must be under lifelong therapeutic control. Quantitative determination of 2,8-DHA and xanthine using reversed phase HPLC was performed. A new application for the separation of purines shortens analysis-time. Examples of the determination of 2,8-DHA and xanthine before and under certain therapies are shown. Long term monitoring of the patients offers the possibility of a reliable prophylaxis against stone recurrence.  相似文献

The potential approaches for third-party assessment of reference material producers are revisited and the activities of the Reference Materials (RM) Unit of the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (IRMM) to obtain accreditation to ISO Guide 34 and ISO 17025 are described. Accreditation was related to the Unit as all matrix RM activities of the institute are concentrated there. A management system was established that allows sufficient flexibility to be applicable to a wide range of RMs while being precise enough to ensure compliance with ISO Guides 30, 31 and especially 34 and 35. Accreditation was achieved in 2004 with independent scopes for testing and RM production and was confirmed and extended in 2005. The crystal structures of 2-amino-4-phenyl-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indole and its nitrate were determined by XRD analysis. 13C NMR, XRD, and quantum-chemical data indicate that the acid proton is predominantly localized at the N(3) atom of the pyrimidine ring in both isolated nitrate molecules and in molecules in crystal and solution.  相似文献

Multi-temperature thermal plasmas have often to be considered to account for the nonequilibrium effects. Recently André et al. have developed the calculation of concentrations in a multi-temperature plasma by artificially separating the partition functions into a product by assuming that the excitation energies are those of the lower levels (electronic, vibration, and rotation). However, at equilibrium, differences, increasing with temperature, can be observed between partition functions calculated rigorously and with their method. This paper presents a modified method where it has been assumed that the preponderant rotational energy is that of the vibrational level v=0 of the ground electronic state and the preponderant vibrational energy is that of the ground electronic state. The internal partition function can then be expressed as a product of series expressions. At equilibrium for N 2 and N 2 + partition functions the values calculated with our method differ by less than 0.1% from those calculated rigorously. The calculation has been limited to three temperatures: heavy species Th , electrons Te , and vibrational T v temperatures. The plasma composition has been calculated by minimizing the Gibbs free enthalpy with the steepest descent numerical technique. The nonequilibrium properties have been calculated using the method of Devoto, modified by Bonnefoi and Aubreton. The ratio =Te/Th was varied between 1 and 2 as well as the ratio v =T v /T h for a nitrogen plasma. At equilibrium the corresponding equilibrium transport properties of Ar and N 2 are in good agreement with those of Devoto and Murphy except for T>10,000 K where we used a different interaction potential for N–N + . The effects of v and e on thermodynamic and transport properties of N 2 are then discussed.  相似文献

Five ionization potentials for thesp,ac andsp, sp conformers of (acetylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane MeC(O)SCH2SiE3 and six ionization potentials for the same conformers of (benzoylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane PhC(O)CH2SiF3 were calculated by the semiempirical AM1 method. The resulting values are in good agreement with the data of photoelectron spectroscopy only for thesp.ac conformers. The structure of the preferred conformer of (acetylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane was confirmed by measurement of its dipole moment in the gas phase. The influence of the long-range inductive effect (field effect) on the energy of nonbonding electrons of the carbonyl oxygen atom in the series of acetic acid derivatives was observed. Oxidative transformations of 2-dialkylaminomethyl-4,6-di-tert-butylphenols depend on the nature of the oxidant, the character of the substituents at the nitrogen atom, and the medium. A mechanism of the oxidation of these compounds is suggested. The molecular structure of the compound obtained as a result of oxidative trimerization of 2-dimethylaminomethyl-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol was established by X-ray structural analysis. The pseudo-quaternary phase diagram of Brij35/sodium oleate/oleic acid/water systems has been investigated, and the liquid crystal area has been identified, which covers about two thirds of the whole phase diagram. The liquid crystal structure and behavior have been also studied by using polarizing texture, small angle X-ray scattering, 2H-NMR and rheometer etc. The result shows that when the composition of the system changes along the line of AA′ in this large liquid crystal region, the structural change is cubic→cubic/lamellar→lamellar→lamellar/hexagonal→hexagonal. Meanwhile, we made the first attempt of systematic study of the rheological properties of the above system. The lattice constants of cubic and hexagonal liquid crystals are 10.53 and 5.68 nm, respectively.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to characterize some raw materials used for ceramics material production. Five samples of clay have been analyzed. It has been carried out a patterned sampling in a quarry in Rosarno (South Italy). Chemical-physical properties on clay samples are determined. Test pieces have been prepared and physical properties after firing are determined by DSC thermal analysis, XRD analysis and X-ray fluorescence. It is important to note the high amount of Fe2O3. The mixture principally contains quartz, illite and oligoclase. It has been observed the colour and the shape after firing: predominant colour is red. In this case the clay has been used in mixtures covered with glazes. The colour of internal clay is hidden by opaque of glazes. The analysed raw materials can be used in a slip for single fired red tiles. The A2sp clay produces best ceramics at 1000°C.  相似文献

The structures of deoxypeganine (DOP) hydrochloride and oxalate were solved by x-ray structure analysis. An infinite chain along the crystallographic c axis was formed in the crystal structure of DOP oxalate. A molecular framework consisting of Cl anions and DOP cation protonated at N1 was found in the structure of unhydrated DOP hydrochloride. The molecular packing of the “host” (DOP cation) was pseudoisostructural in the studied ion-molecular crystals but differed from other known DOP salts.
