光路系统的偏振误差极大地制约着准互易反射式光学电压互感器的准确度.借助琼斯矩阵,建立了分立光学器件及光纤熔接点的传输模型,推导出完整的电压互感器光路系统的数学模型.以此模型为基础,对电压互感器中的偏振误差进行了仿真分析.结果表明:光源偏振度、起偏器消光比及起偏器与相位调制器的对轴角度主要影响系统的检测灵敏度|法拉第准直旋光器的旋光角度、法拉第准直旋光器与BGO晶体的对轴角度误差是主要的偏振误差源,影响系统的测量准确度及稳定性|根据电子式电压互感器IEC60044-7 0.2S级标准,法拉第旋光角度误差应该小于1.6°,旋光器与BGO晶体对轴角度误差小于1.85°.该研究对准互易反射式光学电压互感器光路设计和误差抑制具有一定的参考价值和指导意义. 相似文献

用直流磁控溅射技术在石英基片上制备不同厚度(5 nm~114 nm之间)的铬膜.使用X射线衍射仪和分光光度计分别检测薄膜的结构和光学性质,利用德鲁特模型和薄膜的透射、反射光谱计算铬膜的厚度和光学常量,并采用Van der Pauw方法测量薄膜电学性质.结果表明:制备的铬薄膜为体心立方的多晶态,随着膜厚的增加,薄膜的结晶性能提高,晶粒尺寸增大;在可见光区域,当膜厚小于32 nm时,随着膜厚的增加,折射率快速减小,消光系数快速增大,当膜厚大于32 nm时,折射率和消光系数均缓慢减小并逐渐趋于稳定;薄膜电阻率随膜厚的增加为一次指数衰减. 相似文献

The optical transfer function of the far-field superlens imaging system is established in this thesis to make it easy to describe the corresponding relation between the far-field angular spectrum and the near-field object superresolution information. We utilized the established optical transfer function to make detailed research on the imaging characteristics of the far-field superresolution, also reconstruct the near-field nano-information through the far-field angular spectrum, which proves that the resolution of the far-field superlens with structure coupled with metal grating can reach 50 nm, and provides a helpful reference for the study of the new optical microscope imaging of superresolution. 相似文献

Citrate-stabilized CdS nanoparticles of size 4 nm are obtained by varying the sulfide:citrate ion concentration in a simple aqueous synthesis method. The optical absorption and photoluminescence properties of the nanoparticles are studied. The size of the crystallites is found to be less affected by sulfide:citrate ratio. At lower concentrations of S2−, trap state emission is favoured and at higher concentrations excitonic transition is predominant as shown by optical absorption and photoluminescence spectra. Effective surface capping and optimum concentration of S2− leads to the quenching of surface-defect-related emission. Increase in citrate ion concentration is found to increase the intensity of photoluminescence band arising from trap state emission revealing the role of sulfide:citrate ratio on surface modification of CdS nanocrystals. 光双二进制信号的谱宽是传统二进制信号的一半,采用双二进制传输比二进制传输色散限制的中继距离可增加一倍.本文对采用传统光接收机的光双二进制传输系统用MATLAB进行了通信仿真.结果表明:在完全消光条件下,10 Gb/s双二进制信号在常规单模光纤上传输可达160 km,40 Gb/s双二进制信号在非零色散光纤上为30 km,均比二进制增加了一倍;详细考察了消光比对传输的影响,只有消光比大于25 dB时,双二进制相对于二进制传输的优越性才呈现出来. 相似文献

基于密度泛函理论和赝势平面波方法研究了立方钙钛矿RbZnF3的电子结构和光学性质;利用静水有限应变技术计算研究了RbZnF3弹性常数Cij、体积弹性模量B和剪切模量G随压力的变化关系。基态下,RbZnF3晶格常数a和体积弹性模量B0计算值与实验值以及其他理论值一致。根据能带结构、总态密度以及分波态密度分析可知:基态下立方钙钛矿结构RbZnF3为间接带隙半导体材料,带隙为3.57eV,与其他计算结果比较,本文计算结果偏低,这是由于局域密度近似(LAD)或广义梯度近似(GGA)交换关联函数的局限性所致。基态下RbZnF3的Mulliken电荷分布和集居数说明:RbZnF3属于共价键和离子键所形成的混合键化合物;RbZnF3的电荷总数主要来源于Rb 4s和4p轨道,Zn 3d轨道,以及F 2s和2p轨道。电荷主要从Rb, Zn原子向F原子转移。同时,本文还计算研究了RbZnF3的光学介电函数、吸收系数、复折射率、能量损失谱和反射系数等光学性质。 相似文献

20LiF-(30−x)Sb2O3-50B2O3:xNiO glasses with the value of x (ranging from 0 to 1.0 mol% in steps of 0.2) were prepared. A number of studies, viz. differential scanning calorimetry, optical absorption, magnetic susceptibility and thermoluminescence, on these glasses were carried out as a function of nickel ion concentration. An anomaly has been observed in all the properties of these glasses when NiO concentration is about 0.6 mol%. For the optical polarimeter based on the structure of polarizer–Faraday modulator–analyzer, a novel method of optical rotation measurement was proposed by the waveform analysis of optical intensity signals. The calculation method of the optical rotation was provided by measuring the signal width of the waveform. Furthermore, the optical rotations of sugar solutions with different concentrations were measured by this method, and the fitting degree of obtained fitting curve is 0.9996. Thin films of molybdenum trioxide were deposited on glass substrates employing direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering by
sputtering of molybdenum at different oxygen partial pressures in the range 8 × 10−5–1 × 10−3 mbar and at a substrate temperature of 473 K. The glow discharge characteristics of magnetron cathode target of molybdenum
were studied. The influence of oxygen partial pressure on the structural and optical properties of molybdenum trioxide films
was investigated. The films formed at an optimum oxygen partial pressure of 2 × 10−4 mbar were polycrystalline in nature with orthorhombic α- phase and an optical band gap of 3.16 eV. The refractive index of
the films formed at an oxygen partial pressure of 2 × 10−4 mbar decreased from 2.08 to 1.89 with increase of wavelength from 450 to 1,000 nm, respectively.
