Pr(CH3COO)3, an Anhydrous Rare-Earth Acetate with a Network Structure Pr(CH3COO)3 may be prepared by dehydration of Pr(CH3COO)3 · 1,5 H2O at 180°C as an amorphous green powder. Single crystals were grown from the powder by addition of (NH4)CH3COO as ?mineralisator”? at 180°C in a sealed glass ampoule. The crystal structure (tetragonal, P4 21c (no. 114), Z = 24, a = 2106.5(3), c = 1323.6(1) pm, Vm = 147.39(3) cm3/mol, R = 0.055, Rw = 0.029) was determined from four-circle-diffractometer data. The Pr3+ ions occupy three crystallographically independent positions and are surrounded by 9 and 10 oxygen atoms, respectively. Acetate ions connect the cations to a complicated three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The complex [Pb(H2O)(μ‐OAc)(μ‐sac)]n with acetate (OAc) and saccharinate (sac) ligands was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystallography. The mixed‐anion lead(II) complex crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the space group of P1¯. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the complex is a coordination polymer in which the lead(II) ions have a highly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry. Lead(II) ions are bridged by carboxylate groups in a zigzag arrangement forming one‐dimensional infinite chains, which are also linked by sac bridges and aromatic π‐π contacts between the adjacent phenyl rings of sac ligands, resulting in a three‐dimensional network. One water molecule coordinates the lead(II) ion and also forms weak hydrogen bonds with the sulfonyl oxygen atoms of the neighboring sac ligands. The sac ligand acts as a bridging ligand through the nitrogen and carbonyl oxygen atoms, while the carboxylate moiety of the acetate ligand shows an unusual (bidentate, and bridging) coordination behaviour, which was observed for the first time in the structure.  相似文献

Syntheses of adenosine 5′-triphosphate (ATP) from adenosine 5′-monophosphate (AMP) and ribavirin 5′-triphosphate (RTP) from ribavirin 5′-monophosphate (RMP) (1) were performed using enzymes as catalysts. Synthesis of ATP is based on acetyl phosphate as the phosphate donor, and acetate kinase (Bacillus stearothermophilus, EC 2.7.2.1), adenylate kinase (porcine muscle, EC 2.7.4.3), and inorganic pyrophosphatase (yeast, EC 2.6.1.1) as the catalysts. Three reactions on a 150-mmol scale provided ATP as its barium salt in 82% yield and 67% purity. Synthesis of RTP used phosphoenol pyruvate (PEP) as the phosphate donor, and pyruvate kinase (rabbit muscle, EC 2.7.1.40) and adenylate kinase (rabbit muscle) as the catalysts. A gram-scale reaction provided RTP as its barium salt in 93% yield and 97% purity. This work demonstrates the utility of the autoxidationresistant acetate kinase fromB. stearothermophilus, the value of pyrophosphatase in controlling the level of pyrophosphate in the reactions and the ability of adenylate kinase to accept at least one substrate other than a derivative of adenosine.  相似文献

Geometries of azophenol–thiourea derivative complexes with acetate, oxalate, malonate, succinate, glutarate, adipate, pimelate, suberate and azelate were carried out using the integrated MO:MO method. The binding and complexation energies of these complexes were derived from the ONIOM(B3LYP/6-31G(d):AM1) calculations. The relative stabilities of the complexes of azophenol–thiourea derivatives with carboxylate guests are reported. The binding interactions of the azophenol–thiourea receptor 1, 2 and carboxylate guests are described as multipoints hydrogen bonding, where the amine and phenolic hydrogen atoms of receptors act as hydrogen bond donors in complex with acetate and all amine-hydrogen and phenolic hydrogen atoms act as hydrogen bond donors in complex with dicarboxylate guests. Thermodynamic properties of binding interactions between receptors 1, 2 and their preorganizations and complexations are also reported.  相似文献

Two new ZnII(μ‐4,4′‐bipy) coordination polymers with acetate anions, [Zn(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)4] ( 2 ), have been synthesized. The compounds were characterized with elemental analysis, IR‐, 1H NMR‐, 13C NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal analysis, fluorescence measurements and x‐ray crystallography. The structural studies of compound 1 suggest the structure is a coordination polymer of zinc(II) consisting of linear double chains formed by bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligand and connection of the acetate‐bridged centrosymmetric [Zn2(OAc)2]2+ nodes.  相似文献

Anhydrous monoaryllead triacetates ArPb(OAc)3 (Ar = Ph, p-Tolyl, o-Tolyl, 2,5-Xylyl; OAc = OCOMe) were prepared by arylation of Pb(OAc)4 with ArSn(C4H9-n)3 in the presence of Hg(OCOCF3)2. The procedure was adapted for the synthesis of diaryllead diacetates Ar2Pb(OAc)2 (Ar = Ph, p-Tolyl, o-Tolyl, p-ClC6H4, o-ClC6H4) and afforded products with higher purity than other procedures. The crystal structures of PhPb(OAc)3, Ph2Pb(OAc)2 and (o-Tolyl)2Pb(OAc)2 were determined by X-ray diffraction. PhPb(OAc)3 and (o-Tolyl)2Pb(OAc)2 are monomeric. The pentagonal bipyramid around Pb in PhPb(OAc)3, like the trapezoidal bipyramid around Pb in (o-Tolyl)2Pb(OAc)2, is heavily distorted, the OAc groups being unsymmetrically chelating. Lead in Ph2Pb(OAc)2 is in a distorted octahedral environment. One OAc group is bridging, linking the molecular units to infinite chains, the other OAc group is symmetrically chelating. IR, 1H, 13C and 207Pb NMR spectroscopic data are reported. The structures of p-TolPb(OAc)3, o-TolPb(OAc)3 and 2,5-XylPb(OAc)3 are inferred to be similar to that of PhPb(OAc)3, and the structure of (o-ClC6H4)2Pb(OAc)2 is inferred to be similar to that of (o-Tolyl)2Pb(OAc)2.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent receptor bearing benzimidazole moieties as recognition sites was synthesized. The recognition behaviour of the receptor towards various anions has been evaluated in CH3CN. The receptor showed ratiometric fluorescent changes only with CH3COO, and it showed no significant response to any of other anions such as Cl, Br, I, , , C6H5COO and .  相似文献

Good levels of 1,4-anti asymmetric induction are obtained in the TiCl3(i-PrO)-mediated aldol reaction of α-benzyloxy methyl ketones with achiral aldehydes. Such methodology represents a new approach to the substrate-controlled acetate aldol reaction, which can be useful to design more efficient synthesis.  相似文献
