Poly(ethylene terephthalate)/grafted carbon black (PET/GCB) and poly(ethylene terephthalate)/carbon black (PET/CB) composites were prepared by melt blending. The nucleating effect of CB and GCB were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The morphologies of the spherulites in PET, PET/CB and PET/GCB composites were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). All results showed that GCB had higher nucleating activity than CB in PET and PET/GCB composite had higher rate of nucleation and crystallization. The melting behaviors of neat PET, PET/CB and PET/GCB composites after non‐isothermal crystallization were investigated as well. It was evident that the melting behavior of PET is greatly influenced by addition of CB and GCB.  相似文献

Styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR) vulcanizates reinforced by epoxy resin (EP) have been synthesized by an in-situ vulcanization and curing process. The influences of synthetic parameters, such as the contents of EP, carbon black, and types of compatilizers, on the microstructures, vulcanization, and mechanical properties of SBR have been investigated. It was found that EP in SBR exists in the form of a fibrillar interpenetrating network, which is important for the enhancement of mechanical properties of SBR. The experimental results showed that when the percentage of EP was in the range of 10–20%, the composite materials had the best comprehensive performance. In comparison with pure SBR, the tear strength and the tensile stress at 300% elongation of SBR-EP composite were increased significantly. The method can be applicable for other rubber vulcanizates to improve their mechanical properties.  相似文献

Abstract

Here we report what we believe to be the first observation of the pressure dependence of the light hole behavior in a modulation doped In0.18Ga0.82As/GaAs single strained quantum well grown by MBE. Transport measurements have been undertaken as a function of temperature (4–300K) and hydrostatic pressure (4–8kbar). Hole mobilities of ~17000 cm2/Vs have been obtained for sheet carrier densities of ~3.3×1011 cm?2. At low temperatures (<100K) persistent photogenerated holes have been observed. The hole mobility is found to decrease with increasing pressure at a rate intermediate between that typically observed for holes and electrons in bulk III-V semiconductors.  相似文献

Standard sirens have been the central paradigm in gravitational-wave cosmology so far. From the gravitational wave signature of compact star binaries, it is possible to measure the luminosity distance of the source directly, and if additional information on the source redshift is provided, a measurement of the cosmological expansion can be performed. This review article discusses several methodologies that have been proposed to use gravitational waves for cosmological studies. Methods that use only gravitational-wave signals and methods that use gravitational waves in conjunction with additional observations such as electromagnetic counterparts and galaxy catalogs will be discussed. The review also discusses the most recent results on gravitational-wave cosmology, starting from the binary neutron star merger GW170817 and its electromagnetic counterpart and finishing with the population of binary black holes, observed with the third Gravitational-wave Transient Catalog GWTC–3.  相似文献

Positive-parity doublet bands were reported in ~(120)I. Based on these, we discuss the corresponding experimental characteristics, including rotational alignment, and re-examine the corresponding configuration assignment.The self-consistent tilted axis cranking relativistic mean-field calculations indicate that the doublet bands are built on the configuration πh_(11/2)■νh_(11/2)~(-1). By adopting the two quasiparticles coupled with a triaxial rotor model, the excitation energies, energy staggering parameter S(I), B(M1)/B(E2), effective angles, and K plots are discussed and compared with available data. The obtained results support the interpretation of chiral doublet bands for the positive-parity doublet bands in ~(120)I, and hence identify this nucleus as the border of the A ≈ 130 island of chiral candidates.  相似文献

Black phosphorus nanosheet (BPNS) is a promising multifunctional material in the biomedical field with biodegradability and low side effects, however its features are always weakened severely owing to its poor stability. Here, a novel method is developed for improving the defect of BPNS based on the effective protection of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA), which preserves the stable photothermal therapy (PTT) effect of BPNS and biodegradability of the material. Meanwhile, doxorubicin (DOX) is loaded on BPNS/PLGA to get BPNS/PLGA/DOX for further chemotherapy and preventing the recurrence of tumor after PTT. The presented combined therapeutic strategy exploits the strengths and improves the defects of BPNS, thus developing an efficient and safe nanoagent for cancer therapy, which affords and reveals the great potential of BPNS in nanomedicine.  相似文献

为了提高以TADF材料作为主体、天蓝色荧光材料作为客体的混合薄膜的OLED器件光电性能,我们调整了器件结构,使主体材料发挥其优势。制备了基本结构为ITO/NPB(40 nm)/DMAC-DPS∶x%BUBD-1(40 nm)/Bphen(30 nm)/LiF(0.5 nm)/Al的OLED器件。研究了主-客体材料在不同掺杂浓度下的OLED器件的光电特性。为了提高主体材料的利用率,在空穴传输层和发光层之间加入10 nm的DMAC-DPS作为间隔层;然后,在阳极和空穴传输层之间加入HAT-CN作为空穴注入层,形成HAT-CN/NPB结构的PN结,有效降低了器件的启亮电压(2.7 V)。测量了有无HAT-CN的单空穴器件的阻抗谱。结果表明,在最佳掺杂比例(2%)下,器件的外量子效率(EQE)达到4.92%,接近荧光OLED的EQE理论极限值;加入10 nm的DMAC-DPS作为间隔层,使得器件的EQE达到5.37%;HAT-CN/NPB结构的PN结有效地降低了器件的启亮电压(2.7 V),将OLED器件的EQE提高到5.76%;HAT-CN的加入提高了器件的空穴迁移率,降低了单空穴器件的阻抗...  相似文献

The inner-shell structure of some heavy atoms is examined using a self-consistent relativistic local density method. Ar(K), Kr(K) and Xe (K,L 1,L 2 andL 3) binding energies and {ie863-1} (hyper-satellite) energies of Tl, Hg and Tm are calculated. The results are compared with available experimental data.
