The effect of heating treatment on the trap level distribution in polyamide 66 film electret is studied by thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) technique. For annealed polyamide 66, there are three trap levels that respectively originate from space charge trapped in amorphous phase, interphase and crystalline phase. There is one peak that originates from space charge trapped in amorphous phase for quenched one. Using multi-point method to fit the experimental curves, the detrapping current peaks can be separated and the trap depth is obtained. The shallower trap levels trapped in amorphous phase and interphase are obviously close to the deeper trap level trapped in crystalline phase for annealed polyamide 66 as the polarization temperature increases, while the trap level distribution remains unaffected by polarization temperature for quenched one. 相似文献

The magnetic field generation due to the filamentation instability (FI) of a high density current-driven plasma is studied through a new nonlinear diffusion equation. This equation is obtained on the basis of quantum hydrodynamic model and numerically solved by applying the Crank–Nicolson method. The spatiotemporal evolution of the magnetic field and the electron density distribution exhibits the current filament merging as a nonlinear phase of the FI which is responsible for the strong magnetic fields in the current-driven plasmas. It is found that the general behaviour of the FI is the same as that of the classical case but the instability growth rate, its magnitude, and the saturation time are affected by the quantum effects. It is eventually concluded that the quantum effects can play a stabilizing role in such situation. 相似文献

In this paper we review our recent study of coherent electronic properties of coupled two-dimensional quantum dot arrays using numerical exact-diagonalization methods on a Mott–Hubbard type correlated tight-binding model. We predict the existence of a novel kind of persistent current in a two-dimensionalisolatedarray of quantum dots in a transverse magnetic field. We calculate the conductance spectrum for resonant tunneling transport through a coherent two-dimensional array of quantum dots in the Coulomb Blockade regime. Analytical methods that enable visualization of nanomaterials derived from solution self‐assembly processes in organic solvents are highly desirable. Herein, we demonstrate the use of stimulated emission depletion microscopy (STED) and single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) to map living crystallization‐driven block copolymer (BCP) self‐assembly in organic media at the sub‐diffraction scale. Four different dyes were successfully used for single‐colour super‐resolution imaging of the BCP nanostructures allowing micelle length distributions to be determined in situ. Dual‐colour SMLM imaging was used to measure and compare the rate of addition of red fluorescent BCP to the termini of green fluorescent seed micelles to generate block comicelles. Although well‐established for aqueous systems, the results highlight the potential of super‐resolution microscopy techniques for the interrogation of self‐assembly processes in organic media. 相似文献

Electrical instability in a SI GaAs plates of the semiconductor gas discharge gap system (SGDGS) is studied experimentally in a wide range of the gas pressures, interelectrode distances and different diameters of the cathode areas. While being driven with a stationary voltage, it generates current and discharge light emission (DLE) instabilities with different amplitudes of the oscillation. It is shown that under the experimental conditions the interelectrode distance played only a passive role and was not responsible for the appearance of the DLE instability. At the same time for different diameters D of the GaAs plate areas the expanded range of current and DLE oscillations are observed. SGDGS with an N‐shaped CVC was analyzed using both the current and DLE data showing the electrical instability in the GaAs cathode. It was found that application of high feeding voltage to this cathode give rise to non‐uniform spatial distribution of the DLE, which disturbed the operation of the system. The experiment presents also a new metod to study and visualization of the electrical instabilities in high‐resistivity GaAs plates of large diameter. (© 2005 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The concept of space-time representation is redefined using the octonion space-time (OST) algebra. In this study, describing the properties of octonions and their possible connection with Euclidean space-times, the internal and external space-time events are represented within the OST algebra. Keeping in mind the octonionic dual-Euclidean space-times, we express the homogeneous field equations which leads to the symmetrical nature of internal and external space-times. We derive the generalized Proca–Maxwell equations for massive-dyons in the case of the OST algebra. Accordingly, we have obtained a new set of octonionic Klein–Gordon potential (KGP) and Klein–Gordon field (KGF) equations for massive dyons from the generalized Proca–Maxwell equations. This formalism demonstrates that the octonionic KGP and KGF equations can be expressed in a single equation and it is equivalent to energy-momentum relation for dyons. As such, we have made an attempt to write the conservation of Noetherian current from the octonionic Klein–Gordon equations. 相似文献

We investigate the spin-related currents and tunnel magnetoresistance through a quantum dot, which is side-coupled with a Majorana fermion zero mode and two thermal-driven ferromagnetic electrodes. It is found that the interplay of Majorana fermion and electrodes' spin polarization can induce a nonlinear thermal-bias spin current. This interplay also decreases the total magnitude of spin or charge current, in either parallel or antiparallel configuration. In addition, a thermal-driven negative tunnel magnetoresistance is found, which is an unique feature to characterize Majorana fermion.With large temperature difference, a step phenomenon is observed in gate tuned spin-up current. When the coupling between quantum dot and topological superconductor is strong enough, this step will evolve into a linear relation, revealing Majorana fermion's robustness. 相似文献

describing the entire system of a periodically driving qubit monitored by a quantum point contact detector. The results

采用原位粉末装管工艺,分别以Mg粉(99.5%),无定形B粉(99.9%)为原料,以纳米SiC(10—30nm)作为掺杂材料制备铁基MgB2线.首先将已混合的原料在丙酮介质中球磨,真空干燥后,将粉末填入铁管内,然后通过孔型轧制、旋锻和拉拔等冷加工工艺得到11m长外径Ф1.75mm铁基MgB2超导线.用扫描电镜,电子能谱,X射线衍射仪和超导量子干涉仪测试发现,样品微观结构整齐,晶粒大小均匀,内部仅含微量MgO,TC(onset)=35.1K,ΔTC=5.3K.纳米SiC掺杂后,其中C造成MgB2晶格畸变,形成有效磁通钉扎中心,C元素在MgB2中分布均匀.标准四引线测试结果表明,11m线均分10段后,各点的Jc(4.2K,10T)均超过1.0×104A/cm2,最高值达到1.2×104A/cm2.在10—18T范围各点临界电流值分布均匀,变化率小于10%. 相似文献
