Compound [NbCp′Me4] (Cp′ = η5-C5H4SiMe3, 1) reacted with several ROH compounds (R = tBu, SiiPr3, 2,6-Me2C6H3) to give the derivatives [NbCp′Me3(OR)] (R = tBu 2a, SiiPr32b, 2,6-Me2C6H32c). The diaryloxo tantalum compound [TaCp∗Me2(OR)2] (Cp∗ = η5-C5Me5, R = 2,6-Me2C6H33) was obtained by reaction of [TaCp∗Cl2Me2] with 2 equiv of LiOR (R = 2,6-Me2C6H3). Abstraction of one methyl group from these neutral compounds 1-3 with the Lewis acids E(C6F5)3 (E = B, Al) gave the ionic derivatives [NbCp′Me2X][MeE(C6F5)3] (X = Me 4-E. X = OR; R = SiiPr35b-E, 2,6-Me2C6H35c-E. E = B, Al) and [TaCp∗Me(OR)2][MeE(C6F5)3] (R = 2,6-Me2C6H36-E; E = B, Al). Polymerization of MMA with the aryloxoniobium compound 2c and Al(C6F5)3 gave syndiotactic PMMA in a low yield, whereas the tetramethylniobium compound 1 and the diaryloxotantalum derivative 3 were inactive. 相似文献

The computed structures of the long-lived radical cation salts [Arene][Nb2F11] [Arene = 1,4-F2-2,5-(OMe)2C6H2, 2; 1,4-(OMe)2C6H4, 3; 2,5-(OEt)2(Me)C6H3, 4; C6H6, 5] and that of the transient [1,3-(OMe)2C6H4][Nb2F11], 6, obtained for the gas-phase by DFT at the B3LYP/6-31G∗∗ level, are presented. The degree of inertness observed in chloroform solution seems to increase on decreasing the steric demand of the ring substituents, and may be correlated to the calculated distance between the cation-centroid and the niobium atoms. The room-temperature EPR spectra of 2-4, in CHCl3, are described in detail; the spectrum of 3 is compared to those of analogous 1,4-dimethoxybenzene radical species reported previously. The EPR spectra display a hyperfine structure due to coupling of the unpaired electron with nuclei belonging to both the cation (H and F in the case of 2) and the anion (F and eventually Nb). The UV-Vis spectra of 2-4 exhibit one strong absorption attributed to the cation and one anion-to-cation charge-transfer band (e.g. for 3 at 398 and 589 nm, respectively). Thermodynamic calculations indicate that the low yield formation of the benzene radical salt 5 occurs with Gibbs free energy variation significantly higher than those involved in the synthesis of 2-4 and 6. 相似文献

The paramagnetic ansa-niobocene [(Me2Si)2(η5-C5H4)2NbCl2] (1) was obtained from the reaction of Li2[(Me2Si)2(C5H4)2] with [NbCl4(thf)2]. Further treatment with Li[AlH4] yielded [(Me2Si)2(η5-C5H4)2NbH3] (3), which is prone to decomposition within a few days at room temperature both in solution and in the solid-state, thus affording primarily an insoluble black material. However, after heating or irradiation of a solution of 3 small quantities of the dimeric niobium hydride species, [(Me2Si)2{μ-(η1:η5-C5H3)}(η5-C5H4)NbH]2 (4), were isolated and characterized by X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

Six new hexanuclear niobium cluster compounds of the general formula [Nb6Cl14L4] · x(solvent molecule) [L = neutral O or N donor ligand, x = 0–2.5; pyrimidine ( 1 ), 1‐methyl imidazole ( 2 ), isobutyronitrile ( 3 ), isopropyl alcohol ( 4 ), triphenylphosphine oxide ( 5 ), dimethyl sulfoxide ( 6 )] were prepared. The syntheses were carried out by dehydration of the precursor [Nb6Cl14(H2O)4] · 4H2O with different water scavangers, like acetic anhydride, trimethyl acetic anhydride and diethylcarbonate in the presence of the corresponding neutral ligand. The structures are determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The specific bonding situations of the ligands to the [Nb6Cl12]2+ cluster cores are compared and discussed. The phenomenon of the observed M6 distortion is explained and interpreted based on the matrix effect and the terminal ligand effect. In addition, other interactions between the cluster units, such as hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking are discussed. 相似文献

NbOI3 was obtained from a reaction of Nb2O5, Nb, and I2. Single crystals free from disorder were a by‐product from a reaction with additional CsI. The monoclinic crystal structure (C2, a = 14.624(3) Å, b = 3.9905(8) Å, c = 12.602(3) Å, β = 120.4(3)°, Z = 4, R1(F) = 0.0368, wR2(F2) = 0.0804) represents a new structure type which is built up by distorted octahedral NbI4O2 with unequal O‐atoms in trans‐position. The octahedra are linked to dimers by a common edge of iodine atoms and to double chains by the apical oxygen atoms. A non‐centrosymmetric structure results because the short Nb–O distances point to the same direction and the polar double chains are parallel. The crystal structure of NbOBr3 (NbOCl3‐type, , a = 11.635(6) Å, c = 3.953(2) Å, R1(F) = 0.082, wR2(F2) = 0.174) shows the same polar double chains but the dimeric units Nb2Br6O2 are orthogonal. 相似文献

On Polychalcogenides of Thallium with M2Q11 Groups as a Structural Building Block. I Preparation, Properties, X‐ray Diffractometry, and Spectroscopic Investigations of Tl4Nb2S11 and Tl4Ta2S11 The new ternary compounds Tl4Nb2S11 and Tl4Ta2S11 were prepared using Thallium polysulfide melts. Tl4M2S11 crystallises isotypically to K4Nb2S8.9Se2.1 in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 7.806(2) Å, b = 8.866(2) Å, c = 13.121(3) Å, α = 72.72(2)°, β = 88.80(3)°, and γ = 85.86(2)° for M = Nb and a = 7.837(1) Å, b = 8.902(1) Å, c = 13.176(1) Å, α = 72.69(1)°, β = 88.74(1)°, and γ = 85.67(1)° for M = Ta. The interatomic distances as well as angles within the [M2S11]4– anions are similar to those of the previously reported data for analogous alkali metal polysulfides. Significant differences between Tl4M2S11 and A4M2S11 (A = K, Rb, Cs) are obvious for the shape of the polyhedra around the electropositive elements. The two title compounds melt congruently at 732 K (M = Nb) and 729 K (M = Ta). The optical band gaps were estimated as 1.26 eV for Tl4Nb2S11 and as 1.80 eV for the Tantalum compound. 相似文献

Systematic tuning of the micropore size in microporous transition metal oxide molecular sieves can be achieved by varying the length of the hydrocarbon chain of the diamine molecules used as templating agents. The large bifunctional molecules self-assemble with much smaller cross-sectional micellar dimensions than their monofunctional counterparts. A nitrogen center was abstracted from a pyrrolyl ring to form the dinuclear nitrido- and dienyl-bridged complex 1 during the reaction of [{(tmeda)NbIICl}2(μ-Cl)3Li(tmeda)] with the lithium salt of 2,5-dimethylpyrrole (tmeda=N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine).
