Benzo[b]thiophene as a template for substituted quinolines and tetrahydroquinolines

An original methodology starting from 3-aroyl-2-(2′-nitro-4′-methoxyphenyl)-benzo[b]thiophene allows the synthesis of unusual fused heterocycles. Direct hydrogenation with nickel catalysts followed by desulfurisation led to 2,3-diarylquinolines or 2,3-diaryltetrahydroquinolines.

飞行时间质谱仪中Ni^＋与酯分子束流的气相反应及机理

在一个石英反应室内，让激光解离的Ｎｉ＾＋与连续喷入的酯类化合物分子束流反应，生成的产物离子经飞行时间质谱仪检测，研究了Ｎｉ＾＋与乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙烯酯、乙酸乙烯酯、乙酸丁酯的气相反应。根据如下机理满意的解释了发生的反应：（１）Ｎｉ＾＋与酯形成激发态络合物；（２）β－Ｈ迁移至烃氧基的氧上形成Ｎｉ＾＋的双配体化合物离子；（３）失去一中性配体分子得Ｎｉ＾＋的单配体化合物离子。由酯的ΔＨ离和Ｄ（Ｎｉ＾＋－Ａ     

两次双波长分光光度法同时测定钴、镍、铜

本文用两次双波长分光光度法实现了三组分混合体系的同时测定。结果表明,两次双波长测量信号△A_1和△A_2的线性组合与混合体系中各组分浓度呈线性关系。该法用于钻、镍、铜三组分同时测定,定量结果令人满意。

Triphenylphosphane Nickel(0) Complexes with Isocyanide Ligands — [(RNC)_nNi(PPh₃)_4–n] (n = 1–3) Synthesis and properties of the isocyanide triphenylphosphane nickel(0) complexes [(RNC)Ni(PPh₃)₃], [(RNC)₂Ni(PPh₃)₂] and [(RNC)₃Ni(PPh₃)] (R = ^tBu, Cy, PhCH₂, p-TosCH₂) are described. I.r. and ³¹P n.m.r. spectra were recorded and the X-ray crystal structure of [(PhCH₂NC)₂Ni(PPh₃)₂] was determined.     

石墨炉原子吸收法测定钒的研究

本文比较了在标准石墨管,热解涂层和全热解石墨管中钒的吸收信号形状。用全热解石墨管和EDTA铵盐作基体改进剂,直接测定水系沉积物中痕量钒。方法的特征量为61pg/0.0044A。     

Synthesis and evaluation of stereopure α-trifluoromethyl-malic hydroxamates as inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases

The total synthesis of trifluoromethyl (Tfm) analogs of known nanomolar matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) inhibitors has been performed. The synthetic protocol is based on a moderately stereoselective aldol reaction of trifluoropyruvate with an N-acyl-oxazolidin-2-thione for the construction of the core α-Tfm-malic unit. Both the diastereomeric forms of the target α-Tfm-malic hydroxamates showed micromolar inhibitory potency toward MMP-2 and 9, with a substantial drop with respect to the parent unfluorinated compounds.     

Thermochromism in nickel(II) complexes: thermal, solid state H NMR and single crystal X-ray analysis of bis-(N,N-dimethyl-1,2-ethanediamine) nickel(II) perchlorate

The complex bis-(N,N-dimethyl-1,2-ethanediamine) nickel(II) perchlorate undergoes a first-order thermochromic phase transition at ca. 476 K, changing its color from orange to red. The room temperature X-ray crystal structure determination showed that the nickel ion possesses a square-planar geometry with two five membered chelate rings, in the δλ conformation, forming the NiN₄ chromophore. The broad-line ¹H NMR indicates the onset of a dynamic disorder of diamine chelate rings at the phase transition temperature region, while T₁ measurement of ¹H affords the activation energy of the puckering metal chelate rings to be 26 kJ mol⁻¹. The electronic spectrum revealed that a weakening of ligand field around the nickel is associated with the phase transition.     

主成份分析-偏最小二乘法分光光度法同时测定钴、镍、铜、锌四组份体系

用 PCA 及 PLS 分步处理分光光度数据,有效降低了计算的维数。以该法对不同酸度体系的5-Br-PADAP-钴、镍、铜、锌分光光度数据进行了处理,定量分析结果良好。     

Preparation, structure and ethylene polymerization behavior of mixed-halide nickel(II) complexes and cobalt(II) complex containing imidazolium

Preparation of two imidazolium salts, two monomeric nickel(II) and one cobalt(II) complexes bearing imidazolium ligands is described, The solid-state structures of these compounds have determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. After activation with methylaluminoxane (MAO) the nickel complexes show moderate catalytic activities of up to 6 × 10⁵ g PE mol⁻¹Ni h⁻¹ for polymerization of ethylene. Catalytic activities, molecular weights have been investigated under the various reaction conditions.
