该文建立了婴幼儿配方乳粉中5种游离核苷酸的检测方法。婴幼儿配方乳粉经乙二胺四乙酸二钠和氯化钠溶液提取,强阴离子(SAX)固相萃取柱净化,通过反相Atlantis T3色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明:方法抗干扰能力强、准确度高,尤其对羊奶粉净化效果好、分离度高。5种游离核苷酸在0.5~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999);添加水平在0.05~0.50 g/kg时,回收率为91.1%~112%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~4.7%;检出限为0.0010~0.0015 g/kg,定量限为0.0030~0.0045 g/kg。对乳粉质控样品进行检测,结果与中位值比较的偏差在10%以内。该方法可为监管部门提供技术支持,为乳品行业健康发展提供保障。  相似文献

Rates of radiative heating and cooling of the non-scattering planetary atmosphere and scattering underlying surface are analytically linearized with respect to the atmospheric and surface parameters. Resulting expressions for sensitivities of radiative heating and cooling rates are used to formulate the linearized 1D radiative model of atmospheric dynamics which directly incorporates the relevant linearized atmospheric and surface parameters. Applications to more sophisticated models of atmospheric dynamics, as well as extension to the case of presence of atmospheric scattering, are briefly discussed.  相似文献

We consider globally regular and black hole solutions in SU(2) Einstein–Yang–Mills–Higgs theory, coupled to a dilaton field. The basic solutions represent magnetic monopoles, monopole–antimonopole systems or black holes with monopole or dipole hair. When the globally regular solutions carry additionally electric charge, an angular momentum density results, except in the simplest spherically symmetric case. We evaluate the global charges of the solutions and their effective action, and analyze their dependence on the gravitational coupling strength. We show, that in the presence of a dilaton field, the black hole solutions satisfy a generalized Smarr type mass formula. B. Kleihaus gratefully acknowledges support by the German Aerospace Center. The aim of this paper is to develop a reduction method to determine the modal characteristics of viscoelastic sandwich structures. The method is based on the high order Newton algorithm and reduction techniques. Numerical tests have been performed in the case of sandwich beams and cylindrical shells. The comparison of the results obtained by the reduction method with those given by direct simulation shows both a good agreement and a significant reduction in computational cost.  相似文献

Transpiration cooling using ceramic matrix composite materials is an innovative concept for cooling rocket thrust chambers. The coolant (air) is driven through the porous material by a pressure difference between the coolant reservoir and the turbulent hot gas flow. The effectiveness of such cooling strategies relies on a proper choice of the involved process parameters such as injection pressure, blowing ratios, and material structure parameters, to name only a few. In view of the limited experimental access to the subtle processes occurring at the interface between hot gas flow and porous medium, reliable and accurate simulations become an increasingly important design tool. In order to facilitate such numerical simulations for a carbon/carbon material mounted in the side wall of a hot gas channel that are able to capture a spatially varying interplay between the hot gas flow and the coolant at the interface, we formulate a model for the porous medium flow of Darcy–Forchheimer type. A finite‐element solver for the corresponding porous medium flow is presented and coupled with a finite‐volume solver for the compressible Reynolds‐averaged Navier–Stokes equations. The two‐dimensional and three‐dimensional results at Mach number Ma = 0.5 and hot gas temperature THG=540 K for different blowing ratios are compared with experimental data.
