In this work, we analyze the positive parity of states of odd-A Eu isotopes within the framework of interacting boson fermion model (IBFM-1). The result of an IBFM-1 multilevel calculation with the 3s1/2, 2d3/2, 2d5/2, and 1g7/2 single panicle orbits is reported for the positive parity states of the odd-A Eu isotopes. A/so, an IBM-1 calculation is presented for the low-lying states in the even-even 152-154Sm core nucleus. The energy levels and B(E2) transition probabilities are calculated and compared with the experimental data. It is found that the calculated positive parity low spin state energy spectra of the odd-A Eu isotopes agree quite well with the experimental data. 相似文献

The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) is going to be located in Dalang Town,Dongguan City in the Guangdong Province.In this paper we report the results of the parameters related with environment safety based on experiential calculations and Monte Carlo simulations.The main project of the accelerator is an under ground construction.On top there is a 0.5 m concrete and 5.0 m soil covering for shielding,which can reduce the dose out of the tunnel's top down to 0.2 μSv/h.For the residents on the boundary of the CSNS,the dose produced by skyshine,which is caused by the penetrated radiation leaking from the top of the accelerator,is no more than 0.68 μSv/a.When CSNS is operating normally,the maximal annual effective dose due to the emission of gas from the tunnel is 2.40×10-3 mSv/a to the public adult,and 2.29×10-3 mSv/a to a child,both values are two orders of magnitude less than the limiting value for control and management.CSNS may give rise to an activation of the soil and groundwater in the nearest tunnels,where the main productions are 3H,7Be,22Na,54Mn,etc.But the specific activity is less than the exempt specific activity in the national standard GB13376-92.So it is safe to say that the environmental impact caused by the activation of soil and groundwater is insignificant.To sum up,for CSNS,as a powerful neutron source device,driven by a highenergy high-current proton accelerator,a lot of potential factors affecting the environment exist.However,as long as effective shieldings for protection are adopted and strict rules are drafted,the environmental impact can be kept under control within the limits of the national standard. 相似文献

We study the twist-three fragmentation function contribution to the single transverse spin asymmetries in inclusive hadron production in pp collisions, p↑p→h+X. In particular, we calculate the associated derivative terms which dominate the spin asymmetries in these processes. With certain parameterizations for the twist-three fragmentation function, we estimate its contribution to the single spin asymmetry of π0 production at RHIC energy. We find that the contribution is sizable and might be responsible for the big difference between the asymmetries in η and π0 productions observed by the STAR collaboration at RHIC. 相似文献

In a number of recent articles in this journal F. Cardone and collaborators have claimed the observation of several striking nuclear phenomena which they attribute to “piezonuclear reactions”. One such claim [F. Cardone, R. Mignani, A. Petrucci, Phys. Lett. A 373 (2009) 1956] is that subjecting a solution of 228Th to cavitation leads to a “transformation” of thorium nuclei that is 104 times faster than the normal nuclear decay for this isotope. In a “Comment” [G. Ericsson, S. Pomp, H. Sjöstrand, E. Traneus, Phys. Lett. A 373 (2009) 3795] to the thorium work, we have criticized the evidence provided for this claim. In a “Reply” [F. Cardone, R. Mignani, A. Petrucci, Phys. Lett. A 373 (2009) 3797] Cardone et al. answer only some minor points but avoid addressing the real issue. The information provided in their Reply displays a worrying lack of control of their experimental situation and the data they put forward as evidence for their claims. We point out several shortcomings and errors in the described experimental preparations, set-up and reporting, as well as in the data analysis. We conclude that the evidence presented by Cardone et al. is insufficient to justify their claims of accelerated thorium decay (by “piezonuclear reactions” or otherwise). 相似文献

We report the formulation of the number of elastic scatterings required to slow down a neutron. By establishing its analytical expression, we show that this number displays a discontinuity and an oscillatory transient that progressively dampens when the neutron energy decreases. This result does not apply to neutrons with energies lower than a few eV, as we restrict our study to scatterings on free stationary nuclei. 相似文献

Planar CdBxF2−x–p-CdF2–CdBxF2−x sandwich nanostructures prepared on the surface of the n-type CdF2 bulk crystal are studied to register the spin transistor and quantum spin Hall-effects. The current–voltage characteristics of the ultra-shallow p+–n junctions verify the CdF2 gap, 7.8 eV, and the quantum subbands of the 2D holes in the p-type CdF2 quantum well confined by the CdBxF2−xδ-barriers. The temperature and magnetic field dependencies of the resistance, specific heat and magnetic susceptibility demonstrate the high temperature superconductor properties for the CdBxF2−xδ-barriers. The value of the superconductor energy gap, 2Δ = 102.06 meV, determined by the tunneling spectroscopy method appears to be in a good agreement with the relationship between the zero-resistance supercurrent in superconductor state and the conductance in normal state, πΔ/e, at the energies of the 2D hole subbands. The results obtained are evidence of the important role of the multiple Andreev reflections in the creation of the high spin polarization of the 2D holes in the edged channels of the sandwich device. The high spin hole polarization in the edged channels is shown to identify the mechanism of the spin transistor and quantum spin Hall-effects induced by varying the top gate voltage, which is revealed by the first observation of the Hall quantum conductance staircase. 相似文献

An idea of using laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) to measure the velocity for the vehicle inertial navigation system was put forward. The principle of measuring its own velocity with laser Doppler technique was elaborated and reference-beam LDV was designed. Then Doppler signal was processed by tracking filter, frequency spectrum refinement and frequency spectrum correction algorithm. The result of theory and experiment showed that the reference-beam LDV solved the problem that dual-beam LDV cannot be used for measuring when the system was out of focus. Doppler signal was tracked so that signal-to-noise ratio was improved, and the accuracy of the system was enhanced by the technology of frequency spectrum refinement and correction. The measurement mean error was less than 1.5% in velocity range of 0-30 m/s. 相似文献

In this paper, a single optical ring resonator connected to a Sagnac loop is used to demonstrate theoretically a novel narrow band optical filter response that is based on Sagnac phase-shift Δφ. The given filter structure permits the Sagnac rotation to control the filter response. It is shown that by changing the Sagnac rotation rate, we can tune the filter response for desired bandwidths. To increase the wavelength selectivity of the filter, the Sagnac phase-shift should be as small as possible that is limited by the loop length. For Δφ=0.1 rad, the obtained FWHM is 2.63 MHz for tuning loop length of 2 m. The simulation response agrees fairly with the recently reported experimental result. 相似文献

High bit rates optical communication systems pose the challenge of their tolerance to linear and non-linear fiber impairments. Coherent optical receivers using digital signal processing techniques can mitigate the fiber impairments in the optical transmission system, including the chromatic dispersion equalization with digital filters. In this paper, an adaptive finite impulse response filter employing normalized least mean square algorithm is developed for compensating the chromatic dispersion in a 112-Gbit/s polarization division multiplexed quadrature phase shift keying coherent communication system, which is established in the VPI simulation platform. The principle of the adaptive normalized least mean square algorithm for signal equalization is analyzed theoretically, and at the meanwhile, the taps number and the tap weights in the adaptive finite impulse response filter for compensating a certain fiber chromatic dispersion are also investigated by numerical simulation. The chromatic dispersion compensation performance of the adaptive filter is analyzed by evaluating the behavior of the bit-error-rate versus the optical signal-to-noise ratio, and the compensation results are also compared with other present digital filters. 相似文献
