The binding characteristics of neutral red (NR) with DNA were investigated by fluorescence spectrometry. Chemometrics approach as singular value decomposition (SVD) was used to evaluate the number of spectral species in the drug-DNA binding process, and then the intrinsic binding constant of 1.6 104 in base pairs and the binding site number of 0.97 were obtained from the Scatchard plot. 相似文献

Dissociation equilibria of 4‐(2‐pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR) in aqueous micellar solutions were determined spectrophotometrically at 25 °C and at the constant ionic strength I = 0.1 M KNO3. For this purpose, the effect of nonionic (Brij‐35, Triton X‐100, Triton X‐114, Triton X‐405), and anionic (SDS) surfactants on the absorption spectra of PAR at different pH values was studied. Results show that the pKa values and pure spectra of each species of PAR are influenced by percentages of a neutral and an anionic surfactant such as Brij‐35, Triton X‐100, Triton X‐114, Triton X‐405 and SDS, respectively, added to the solution of this reagent. 相似文献

An RPLC was developed to rapidly determine lipophilicity of neutral and basic compounds using three base deactivated RPLC stationary phases particularly designed for the analysis of basic compounds, namely, Supelcosil ABZ(+)Plus, Discovery RP Amide C16, and Zorbax Extend C18. The work consisted of three sets of experiments. In the first log kw values of neutral compounds were extrapolated using hydroorganic mobile phases at different compositions. Good correlation between log kw and log Poct indicated that the method was appropriate for these supports, without adding a silanol masking agent. In the second set of experiments, isocratic log k values of neutral and basic compounds were measured with three different mobile phases. The best estimation of lipophilicity was obtained for neutral and basic compounds when the secondary interactions were strongly reduced (i. e., when basic compounds were under their neutral form). In the third set of experiments, isocratic retention factors of basic compounds (in their neutral form) were measured with a high-pH mobile phase, on a chemically stable support (Zorbax Extend C18). Under these chromatographic conditions, correlation between the isocratic retention factors and log Poct (log D10.5) for basic compounds was similar to that for neutral compounds. 相似文献

A novel PVC membrane ion‐selective electrode based on tribenzyltin(IV) dithiocarbamate [Sn(IV)–TBDTB] as neutral carrier was developed for thiocyanate (SCN?) determination. The electrode exhibits a near‐Nernstian response for SCN? with a slope of 62.8±2.0 mV per decade over a wide concentration range 1.0×10?1–2.0×10?6 mol L?1 and a detection limit of 1.0×10?6 mol L?1 in MES–NaOH buffer, pH 6.0, at 25 °C. The electrode prepared with 1.5 wt.% Sn(IV)–TBDTB, 32.5 wt.% PVC and 66.0 wt.% 2‐nitrophenyloctyl ether (o‐NPOE) shows optimal response characteristics. Anti‐Hofmeister selectivity sequence for a series of anions shown by the electrode was as follows: SCN?>Sal?>I?>ClO >phCOO?>CH3COO?>Br?>Cl?>NO >NO >Citrate>SO42?. The useful pH range for the electrode was found to be 3–7 with a response time 30–40 s. A detailed study of the geometry, aromatic character, electronic and magnetic properties for a series of positively charged N-doped polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was performed. Magnetic properties of the examined molecules were analyzed by means of the magnetically induced current density calculated using the diamagnetic-zero version of the continuous transformation of origin of current density (CTOCD-DZ) method. The comparative study of the local aromaticity of the studied molecules was performed using several different indices: energy effect (ef), harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity (HOMA) index, six centre delocalization index (SCI) and nucleus independent chemical shifts (NICS). The presence of N-atoms in the inner rings was found to cause a planarity distortion in the studied N-doped systems. The geometric changes and charged nature of the studied N-doped systems do not significantly influence the current density and the local aromaticity distribution in comparison with the corresponding parent benzenoid hydrocarbons. The present study demonstrates how quantum chemical calculations can be used for rational design of novel PAHs and for fine tuning of their properties. 相似文献

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the key to unlock treasures of Chinese civilization. TCM and its compound play a beneficial role in medical activities to cure diseases, especially in major public health events such as novel coronavirus epidemics across the globe. The chemical composition in Chinese medicine formula is complex and diverse, but their effective substances resemble “mystery boxes”. Revealing their active ingredients and their mechanisms of action has become focal point and difficulty of research for herbalists. Although the existing research methods are numerous and constantly updated iteratively, there is remain a lack of prospective reviews. Hence, this paper provides a comprehensive account of existing new approaches and technologies based on previous studies with an in vitro to in vivo perspective. In addition, the bottlenecks of studies on Chinese medicine formula effective substances are also revealed. Especially, we look ahead to new perspectives, technologies and applications for its future development. This work reviews based on new perspectives to open horizons for the future research. Consequently, herbal compounding pharmaceutical substances study should carry on the essence of TCM while pursuing innovations in the field. 相似文献

Charges evolution in poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) samples under thermal aging effect has been studied by means of two complementary techniques, thermal step method (TSM) and thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC). For the first method, measurements reveal that injected charges, whose quantity is found depending on the number of applied temperature cycles, remain close to the surface sample. TSDC measurements have been carried out for different temperatures ranging from 25 °C to 140 °C. Three distinguishable dipolar relaxations (β1, β2 and α) have been highlighted. In the same way, the presence of polarization and injected charges has been confirmed. In support of electric characterization, X-ray reflectometry has been used. The obtained results equally emphasized the thermal aging effect on the material. 相似文献

Separations of neutral and basic racemates were performed using five different anionic cyclodextrin (CD) derivatives as chiral selectors, viz. carboxymethylated β-CD, β-CD phosphate sodium salt, sulfobutyl ether β-CD sodium salt, carboxymethylated γ-CD, and γ-CD phosphate sodium salt. For the separation of neutral racemates, an untreated fused silica capillary was employed and various neutral racemates were successfully separated. Since the pH of the buffer affected the electroosmotic flow (EOF), the resolution was improved by changing the buffer pH. A polyacrylamide coated capillary was employed for the separation of basic racemates to suppress EOF and to prevent adsorption of cationic analyte on the capillary surface. By choosing an appropriate type and concentration of anionic CD, about 40 basic racemates were successfully separated. Some rough binding constants of basic analytes with an anionic β-CD were measured to discuss the optimum concentration of the CD. The migration direction was dependent on the binding constants and the concentration of the CD. The analyte strongly bound to the anionic CD migrated towards the anode but the weakly bound one moved towards the cathode. Anionic γ-CDs were also very useful for the separation of basic enantiomers. Five neutral CDs were employed as chiral selectors to compare selectivity between charged and neutral CDs, and eleven racemates could only be resolved using anionic CDs. The separation of some basic racemates in human plasma was also described. The direct injection of plasma samples was possible for some enantiomers that did not interact strongly with plasma proteins. 相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC)-based membrane of pentathia-15-crown-5 exhibits good potentiometric response for Hg2+ over a wide concentration range (2.51 × 10−5 to 1.00 × 10−1 mol dm−3) with a slope of 32.1 mV per decade of Hg2+ concentration. The response time of the sensor is as fast as 20 s. The electrode has been used for a period of six weeks and exhibits fairly good discriminating ability towards Hg2+ in comparison to alkali, alkaline and some heavy metal ions. We investigated the dielectric losses and the ionic currents in the nematic liquid crystal (NLC) doped with semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) of CdSe/ZnS core – shell type and covered with trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) molecules. The dielectric loss tangent of the NLC composites increased with increasing the QDs concentration from 0.1 to 0.3 wt%. The density of mobile ions in the composites increased linearly and the average values of ions mobility in the composites decreased with increasing the QDs concentration. The fast ions with the mobility of about 10–10 m2/V·s and the slow ions with the mobility of about 10–11 m2/V·s were detected in the NLC composites. The growth of the content of slow ions took place with increasing the QDs concentrations. Increasing the dielectric loss tangent was observed with increasing the duration of sonication time of the NLC composites to prepare homogeneous suspensions. The fragmentation of the CdS/ZnS shell as a result of the sonication may lead to the appearance of the slow ions in the NLC composites. 相似文献
