We study the spin-dependent electron transport through a serial double-quantum-dot (DQD) by using Green’s function equation of motion technique. Special attention is paid to the functions of the Rashba spin–orbit (RSO) effect in one of the DQD and the inter-dot tunneling coupling tctc. When the electrons transport from the left or the right lead into the middle lead, a quasi-two channel is established due to the existence of tctc. Then, the RSO interaction will induce into the tunnel matrix element a spin-dependent extra phase factor σ?Rσ?R as the electrons flowing through different conduction channels, and thus making the current in the middle lead to be spin-polarized. Moreover, by properly adjusting the value of tctc, the dot-lead coupling strength, dots’ levels and the external bias voltages, a net spin current without the accompanying of charge current can be generated. The structure proposed here is simple and can be realized in the present experiments.  相似文献

用全相对论多组态自洽场方法,计算了9个类磷离子的1s、2s、2p-、2p、3s、3p-、3p、3d-、3d、4s、4p-、4p、4d-、4d、4f-、4f、5s、5p-、5p、5d-、5d、5f-、5f、5g-、5g、6s、6p-、6p轨道的2309个精细结构能级和辐射寿命以及各种跃迁参数。能级的计算值和实验值符合得很好。同时,我们还发现了一些亚稳态能级。  相似文献

The inversion of satellite-based observations of limb scattered sunlight for the retrieval of constituent species requires an efficient and accurate modelling of the measurement. We present the development of the SASKTRAN radiative transfer model for the prediction of limb scatter measurements at optical wavelengths by method of successive orders along rays traced in a spherical atmosphere. The component of the signal due to the first two scattering events of the solar beam is accounted for directly along rays traced in the three-dimensional geometry. Simplifying assumptions in successive scattering orders provide computational optimizations without severely compromising the accuracy of the solution. SASKTRAN is designed for the analysis of measurements from the OSIRIS instrument and the implementation of the algorithm is efficient such that the code is suitable for the inversion of OSIRIS profiles on desktop computers. SASKTRAN total limb radiance profiles generally compare better with Monte-Carlo reference models over a large range of solar conditions than the approximate spherical and plane-parallel models typically used for inversions.  相似文献

The fast luminosity monitor counting the γ photons above a given energy threshold emitted from radiative Bhabha scattering has been operated in the BEPCⅡ to measure the relative luminosity bunch by bunch for the first time and used successfully in beam tuning of BEPCⅡ.In the relative mode the monitor is able to deliver the relative luminosities with an accuracy of 0.8 %.By steering the electron beam while observing the counting rate changes of the monitor the horizontal and vertical sizes of the bunch spots can be estimated as:sxe+ =sxe-=0.356 mm,sye+ =sye-=0.011 mm.  相似文献

当近红外光谱信息远远大于样本量时,对光谱信息进行自动变量选择进而建立光谱与微量成分含量之间的稀疏线性模型重要且具有挑战性。针对聚苯醚生产过程中微量成分邻甲酚难以测量的问题,将变量选择方法Adaptive Elastic Net用于建立近红外光谱与邻甲酚含量之间的定量校正模型,并将其模型性能与ElasticNet方法进行对比。在变量数目远远大于样本量的情形下,ElasticNet方法虽可以实现变量选择,但由于其系数估计不具备Oracle性质,使得模型的可解释性和预测精度受到影响,而Adaptive Elastic Net方法通过对L1惩罚项施加自适应权重从而很好的解决了上述问题并提高了模型性能。为了验证Adaptive Elastic Net方法的模型性能指标,用最终被选中的自变量数目来评价模型复杂度;利用复相关系数R2来评价模型的可解释性,利用平均相对预测误差MRPE(mean relative prediction error)和预测相关系数Rp来评价模型的预测精度。Elastic Net方法建立的模型性能指标为:NSIV=529,R2=0.96, MRPE=3.22%, Rp=0.97; Adaptive Elastic Net方法的性能指标为:NSIV=139, R2=0.99, MRPE=2.00%, Rp=0.99。结果表明:Adaptive Elastic Net所建立模型的性能指标优于Elastic Net方法,可以得到更加简单且具有较强可解释性和较高预测精度的稀疏线性模型。  相似文献

Occurrences of fireball close to plant buildings due to the release of flammable hydrocarbon fuel caused by the formation of fuel vapour cloud poses severe safety concerns. On the availability of potential ignition source, the induced fireball would cause the damage to the structures of nuclear power plant by direct contact, radiation and/or convection of hot combustion products through the opening of air intakes and ducts. In the present paper, the accidental/ experimental observations and theoretical studies of fireball are summarised. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analyses have been carried out to study the behaviour of fireball using OpenFOAM CFD software. The parametric studies are conducted by varying the mass of fuel, inlet velocity and inlet diameter. The new correlations for fireball diameter and duration have been proposed based on the parametric studies using CFD simulations. The fireball with a larger amount of fuel releases the heat slower and for a longer duration. The high heat released rate (HRR) is observed in case of a larger inlet diameter used for the same mass. The incident radiation from the fireball is calculated at different locations to assess thermal hazard. Analysis performed show that various parameters like fireball diameter, duration and the radiative flux falling at different locations can be predicted well using CFD code.  相似文献

The iteration of the source-function technique is used in conjunction with the discrete ordinate radiative transfer (DISORT) method to derive analytic solutions for the radiances at arbitrary polar angles and arbitrary levels in a multiple scattering (random) medium consisting of two strata with a change in the index of refraction across the interface between them. The atmosphere overlying a body of water (the ocean) serves as a prime example of such a system consisting of two adjacent strata with different indices of refraction. The accuracy of the solutions is tested by considering the coupled atmosphere-ocean system where absorption and scattering by molecules and particles are included. The tests show that these analytic solutions are superior to a spline interpolation that has been used previously in connection with the DISORT method applied to a random medium consisting of two strata with different indices of refraction.  相似文献
