New high temperature polyaryleneetherketone triphenylphosphine oxides incorporating trans‐1,4‐cyclohexane, 1,3‐adamantane, and 4,9‐diamantane structural units were synthesized by the base‐promoted polymerization reaction between 4,4′‐difluorotriphenylphosphine oxide and the novel dihydroxy monomers trans‐1,4‐bis(4‐hydroxybenzoyl)cyclohexane, 1,3‐bis(4‐hydroxybenzoyl)adamantane, and 4,9‐bis(4‐hydroxybenzoyl)diamantane. The monomers were synthesized in a good yield by a two‐step procedure involving the Friedel–Crafts acylation of anisole by the diacid chlorides trans‐1,4‐cyclohexanedicarbonyl chloride, 1,3‐adamantanedicarbonyl chloride, and 4,9‐diamantanedicarbonyl chloride, followed by demethylation with pyridine hydrochloride. The polymers, which could be processed into tough, free standing films from organic solvents, exhibited high Tg's in the range of 192–239° as well as thermooxidative stabilities (5% weight loss in air) in the range of 445–490°. Preliminary results from a UV–visible spectroscopic study of dilute solutions of the polymers in chloroform showed absorption maxima in the 263–274 nm region and transparency to spectral radiation in the 300–800 nm range, indicating that these triphenylphosphine oxide polymers could have potential applications for space thermal control coatings. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The macroscopic magnetic properties such as remanent magnetization of the ferromagnetic multilayer system with random easy axis orientations is investigated by using a effective micromagnet approach. The multilayer, which alternating soft/hard layers in which their easy axis orientations is random build a nanostructured multilayer, is considered to meet periodic boundary condition, the dependence of remanence on thickness has been analytical derived. Author find that the remancence clearly depends on the thickness of the soft magnetic layer nearly independence of thickness of hard magnetic layer. this analytical results are in excellent agreement with previous numerical results. 相似文献

New chitosan derivatives are synthesized by the reductive N‐alkylation reaction of chitosan with various aldehydes, such as 2,4‐dihydroxybenzaldehyde, cholesteryl 4‐formylbenzoate, and N‐dehydroabietyl‐4‐formylbenzamide. The palladium‐adsorption ability of the newly synthesized derivatives is found to be as good as that of chitosan. A blend of chitosan and other biodegradable polymers is also found to exhibit palladium‐adsorption ability. In comparison to the starting chitosan, the chitosan derivative having dehydroabietyl‐type side chains exhibited an improved solubility in methanol. Changes in minimum film‐formation temperature (MFFT) during storage of latexes prepared from 91:9 wt % vinylidene chloride (VDC)‐methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer mixture by seeded batch and seeded semicontinuous emulsion polymerization were investigated, with attention centered on polymer‐crystallization behavior during storage in the dispersed state. MFFT of latex prepared by the seeded batch process rose to 47 °C, whereas that of latex prepared by seeded semicontinuous process remained below 14 °C with storage at 20 °C for 12 weeks. Infrared absorption of latexes in the dispersed state and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction of powder polymers obtained by lyophilization of fresh and stored latexes both indicated a much greater increase in polymer crystallinity during storage with latex prepared by the seeded batch process than with that prepared by the seeded semicontinuous process. Analysis of the copolymer composition drift calculated from reactivity ratios and 1H NMR analysis indicated a wider sequence distribution and longer VDC sequences in polymer prepared by the seeded batch process than in polymer prepared by the seeded semicontinuous process. This explained the higher rate of crystallization during storage with latex prepared by the seeded batch process than with that prepared by the seeded semicontinuous process. An efficient and metal‐catalyst free method of glycopolymer synthesis via thiol/para‐fluorine “click” reaction was used to graft acetylated 1‐thio‐β‐D ‐glucopyranose and 1‐thio‐β‐D ‐galactopyranose onto a homopolymer of pentafluorostyrene (PFS) as well as onto a block copolymer of styrene and PFS. Subsequent deprotection of the carbohydrate moieties yielded well‐defined, sugar‐modified polymers (PDI < 1.2). The prepared polymers were not cytotoxic against 3T3 fibroblasts and MC3T3‐E1 preosteoblasts. Furthermore, the water‐insoluble copolymers were drop‐cast and examined as synthetic biocompatible coatings on poly(propylene) substrates for culturing the investigated cell types. Both fibro‐ and preosteoblasts showed stable adhesion and proliferation on the glycopolymer‐coated surfaces.
