Outflow refreshment angiography: A bright blood, bright static tissue technique

A new “bright blood” strategy, outflow refreshment imaging, is introduced in which a number of overlapping slices are excited in rapid succession. Flowing spins that refresh each overlapped slice portion contribute a bright signal. Additionally, static tissue in each non-overlapped slice portion also yields a bright signal. However, the flow/static contrast is comparable to that produced in inflow refreshment images, and angiograms can be generated by conventional maximum intensity projection processing. The dual ability to visualize angiograms and static tissue images is a major benefit of the strategy. Computer simulations of flow sensitivities and in vivo results are presented which compare the outflow and inflow refreshment imaging strategies.

本文通过对大量的黄酮类化合物¹³C NMR图谱的分析和研究,总结了不同类型的黄酮类化合物的¹³C NMR图谱特征及化学位移规律.对影响黄酮类化合物结构骨架上不同位置碳原子化学位移的因素进行了分析,建立了用于黄酮类天然产物¹³C NMR图谱智能解析的知识库.     

NASICON型化合物结构的NMR研究

在水热晶化合成一系列NASICON型化合物的基础上,应用固体高分辨³¹P和²⁹Si MAS NMR,研究了几种NASICON化合物的结构,观察其骨架原子P和Si在结构中的状态及分布,并解释了由于在结构中发生取代作用而引起,Si或P的化学位移的变化.     

三种胺羧配合物的113Cd NMR研究

该文对Cd-HEDTA(N-(2-羟基乙基)乙二胺-N',N',N'-三乙酸),Cd-PDTA(1,2丙二胺四乙酸)和Cd-DTPA(二乙三胺五乙酸)的¹¹³Cd NMR谱和自旋晶格弛豫时间T₁,及NOE因子进行了研究.结果表明,Cd-HEDTA和Cd-PDTA结构与Cd-EDTA类似,Cd-PDTA双线归因于其可能的两种异构体.Cd-DTPA大的化学位移表明其具有七配位的五角双锥结构.在这种结构中DTPA可用三个氮原子参加配位.对¹¹³Cd自旋晶格弛豫时间分析表明,Cd-DTPA配合物中质子偶极作用机理的贡献较大,这归因于Cd DTPA有更多的乙酸根亚甲基质子参与偶极作用.     

Chemical synthesis and electric properties of the conducting copolymer of aniline and o‐aminophenol

A copolymer, poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol), was prepared chemically by using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant. The monomer concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline strongly influences the copolymerization rate and properties of the copolymer. The optimum composition of a mixture for the chemical copolymerization consisted of 0.3 M aniline, 0.021 M o‐aminophenol, 0.42 M ammonium peroxydisulfate, and 2 M H₂SO₄. The result of cyclic voltammograms in a potential region of ?0.20 to 0.80 V (vs.SCE) indicates that the electrochemical activity of the copolymer prepared under the optimum condition is similar to that of polyaniline in more acid solutions. However, the copolymer still holds the good electrochemical activity until pH 11.0. Therefore, the pH dependence of the electrochemical property of the copolymer is improved, compared with poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol) prepared electrochemically, and is much better than that of polyaniline. The spectra of IR and ¹H NMR confirm that o‐aminophenol units are included in the copolymer chain, which play a key role in extending the usable pH region of the copolymer. The visible spectra of the copolymers show that a high concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline in a mixture inhibits the chain growth. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Structure of norbornene-fused 3,1-oxazine double cycloadducts

Pentacyclic isoxazolines were obtained by the cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to norbornene-azetidinone-fused 3,1-oxazines. The constitutions of two of the isomers obtained, and the configurations and conformations of all products, were determined by means of ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy and DNOE experiments.     

Synthesis and structures of nitroxyalkyl methylphosphonates

The reactions of ethylene glycol mononitrate and glycerol 1,3-dinitrate with methylphosphonic dichloride afforded new nitroxyalkyl methylphosphonates.
