聚(4-偶氮磺酸苯乙烯-co-4-乙烯基吡啶)与本征态聚苯胺的氢键自组装及其光电转换性能

合成了一种新的共聚体——聚(4-偶氮磺酸苯乙烯-co-4-乙烯基吡啶), 它含有吡啶环, 能作为氢受体与本征态聚苯胺进行氢键自组装. 在紫外光照下, 组装膜通过偶氮磺酸基的光解, 形成稳定的共价交联结构, 在电解质水溶液中也不被破坏, 可用作光电转换膜, 并能在盐水溶液中直接测定它的光电流. 结果表明含有本征态聚苯胺的自组装膜是一种良好的光电转换材料.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1-D Chain Zinc（Ⅱ） Coordinated Polymer with N-p-Tolysulfonyl-glutamine

A novel coordination polymer {[Zn(ts-gln)(bipy)]3H2O}n (ts-glnH2=N-p-toly-sulfonyl-glutamine,bipy=2,2-bipyridine) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group P212121 with a=8.2622(5),b=16.6244(10),c=18.2807(10) ,V=2510.9(3) 3,C22H28N4O8SZn,Mr=573.91,Z=4,Dc= 1.518 g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.115 mm-1,F(000)=1192,the final R=0.0262 and wR=0.0662 for 5691 independent reflections with Rint=0.0240. The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by N(3) and N(4) atoms of a bipy molecule,two carboxylate O(1) and O(2A) and amino N(1) atoms of ts-gln ligands,resulting in a square-pyramidal geometry. The title complex consists of an infinite zigzag chain of zinc(Ⅱ) ions linked by the carboxylate of N-p-tolysulfonyl-glutamine.     

具有强绿色荧光发射效应的2，2′-二硝基4，4′-联苯酸铀(Ⅵ)配聚物

A very complex 3D Uranium(Ⅵ) metal-organic framework was obtained by the hydrothermal treatment of UO₂(NO₃)₂·6H₂O with (R，S)-2，2′-dinitro-biphenyl- 4，4′-dicarboxylic acid (BTNCA) (L) in water at 180 ℃ in Pyrex tubes. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P2₁/c， and a=0.545 90(3) nm， b=3.676 01(18) nm， c=2.659 81(13) nm， β=91.4060(10)°， V=5.335 9(5) nm³， Z=4. CCDC: 659615.     

用ATRP法构筑核壳型梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状超支化聚合物及聚合物刷——三层聚合物刷的合成与表征

设计并通过原子转移自由基聚合方法 (ATRP)合成了核壳型具有梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状聚合物刷 .端羟基超支化聚 (3 乙基 3 羟甲基氧杂环丁烷 )与 2 溴 异丁基酰溴反应制得大分子引发剂 (HP Br) ,以Cu(I)Br和N ,N ,N′ ,N′ ,N″ 五甲基二乙基三胺 (PMDETA)为催化体系 ,进行甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的ATRP反应 ,得到以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为臂的多臂星状超支化聚合物 (HP g PMMA) .又以HP g PMMA为引发剂 ,进行甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA)的ATRP聚合 ,得到核壳型具有梯度极性的多羟基多臂星状超支化聚合物 (HP g PMMA b PHEMA) ,继续将其羟基官能团溴代化 (与 2 溴 异丁基酰溴反应 ) ,引发HEMA的ATRP溶液聚合 ,得到了多臂星状超支化聚合物刷 .产物的结构用1 H NMR、FTIR、GPC等进行了表征和测试 .     

A New Amperometric Biosensor Based on HRP/Nano-Au/L-Cysteine/Poly（o-Aminobenzoic acid）-Membrane-Modified Platinum Electrode for the Determination of Hydrogen Peroxide

The third generation amperometric biosensor for the determination of hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） has been described. For the fabrication of biosensor, o-aminobenzoic acid （oABA） was first electropolymerized on the surface of platinum （Pt） electrode as an electrostatic repulsion layer to reject interferences. Horseradish peroxidase （HRP） absorbed by nano-scaled particulate gold （nano-Au） was immobilized on the electrode modified with polymerized o-aminobenzoic acid （poABA） with L-cysteine as a linker to prepare a biosensor for the detection of H2O2. Amperometric detection of H2O2 was realized at a potential of ＋20 mV versus SCE. The resulting biosensor exhibited fast response, excellent reproducibility and sensibility, expanded linear range and low interferences. Temperature and pH dependence and stability of the sensor were investigated. The optimal sensor gave a linear response in the range of 2.99×10^-6 to 3.55×10^-3 mol·L^-1 to H2O2 with a sensibility of 0.0177 A·L^-1·mol^-1 and a detection limit （S/N = 3） of 4.3×10^-7 mol·L^-1. The biosensor demonstrated a 95% response within less than 10 s.     

含X-型液晶基元的液晶高分子的研究

以4,4′-(烷撑二酰氧)二苯甲酰氯和2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑双-(对乙氧基苯甲酸酯)为单体,采用低温缩聚方法,合成了含X-型液晶基元和不同柔性链长度的主链型液晶聚合物。聚合物的液晶行为用DSC、偏光显微镜和X-光衍射进行了表征。对于样品升温消光后又重新出现双折射的异常现象,初步认为是加热过程中分子量提高的结果。     

SOLID PHASE SYNTHESIS OF ISOXAZOLINES

The solid-phase synthesis of isoxazolines on 2-polystyrylsulfonamidoethanol resin isreported. 2-Polystyrylsuifonamidoethanol resin 1 was reacted with acryloyl chloride to afford2-polystyrylsulfonylamidoethyl acrylate resin 2, which was further reacted with brominatedaldoximes by [3+2] cycioaddition to give isoxazoline resin 4. Resin 4 was treated with aqueous 6mol/L HCI solution to obtain isoxazolines in good yield and purity.     

A New Method of Synthesis of Azo Schiff Base Ligands with Azo and Azomethine Donors： Synthesis of N-4-Methoxybenzylidene-2-（3-hydroxyphenylazo）-5-hydroxyaniline and Its Nickel（Ⅱ） Complex

A new method for the synthesis of azo Schiff an base ligand in which the azo and azomethine groups are coordination sites was developed through a Schiff base precursor. The precursor, N-4-methoxybenzylidene-3-hydroxyphenylamine （SB） derived from 3-aminophenol was regioselectively coupled with a diazonium ion para to the hydroxyl group of the amine component of the Schiff base. The para selectivity was controlled by the directing effect of the hydroxyl group. The ligand and its nickel（Ⅱ） complex were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The analytical and spectral data supported the mononuclear formulation of the complex with metal to ligand ratio （M ： L = 1 ： 2） and suggested a square planar geometry for the complex.

一种含芴基的钌(II)配合物的合成及DNA键合性质

合成了一种新的钌(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2(Hfip)](ClO4)2, 其中bpy代表2,2′-联吡啶, Hfip代表2-(9H-芴-2-基)-1H-咪唑-[4,5-f]-[1,10]-邻菲啰啉. 通过紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱、稳态荧光淬灭、与溴化乙锭的竞争实验、粘度测量和DNA热变性研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的键合性质. 结果表明, 该配合物能嵌入键合DNA, 键合常数Kb=8.6×105 L·mol-1 (50 mmol·L-1 NaCl).
