The crystal structure of [Zn2(2-pmOpe)2Cl4] (2-pmOpe?=?diethyl (pyridin-2-ylmethyl)phosphate) was determined by X-ray-diffraction method. The compound was also characterized by IR, far-IR, 1H, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. In this compound, 2-pmOpe is a bidentate N,O-bridging ligand and Zn(II) are slightly distorted tetrahedral ZnNOCl2. Zn(II) ions are doubly bridged by the 2-pmOpe ligands, resulting in a dinuclear species. The structure is stabilized by intermolecular C–H?···?O and C–H?···?Cl hydrogen bonds. The spectral properties are in agreement with the structural data.  相似文献

Abstract

The FT-Raman and FT-IR spectra of crystalline glutarimide and its N-deuterated derivative have been recorded in the range 4000-100 cm?1. A complete vibrational assignment is given for all internal modes and is supported by normal coordinate analysis based on a general valence force field. The calculated frequencies are in very good agreement with experiment. A close similarity is found for frequencies of the corresponding vibrations of glutarimide and uracils in the solid state. It is concluded that the strength of hydrogen bonding in glutarimide is very similar to that in crystalline pyrimidine nucleic bases.  相似文献

A heterometallic M−M′ bond formation is a key to construct atomically precise bimetallic clusters and materials. However, it is sometimes not straightforward to construct a heterometallic M−M′ bond through conventional methods including redox condensation. Here, we found that a sandwich framework of π-conjugated unsaturated hydrocarbon ligands provides a unique coordination environment that facilitates unusual coupling of d8 RhI and d10 M0 (M=Pd, Pt). The molecular orbital analysis showed that the electron-accepting ability of the sandwich framework through back-donation allows the formation of a dσ-type Rh−Pd bond in a (d–d)18 electron system.  相似文献

Several urea-inserted organo-polyoxometalates (POMs) derived from polyoxotungstovanadate [P2V3W15O61]9− were prepared. The insertion of the carbonyl into the polyoxometallic framework activates the urea toward Hydrogen-bond catalysis. This was shown on the Friedel-Crafts arylation of trans-β-nitrostyrene. Modelling shows that the most stable form of the organo-POMs features a cis-trans arrangement of the two N−H bonds, but that the likely catalytically active trans-trans form is accessible at room temperature. Finally, it is possible that the oxo substituents next to the vanadium atoms may help the approach of the nucleophile via H-bonding.  相似文献

Seven homologous symmetric dimeric liquid crystals are presented where two three-ring mesogenic units are connected by a bis(carbonyloxy)alkylene spacer. For homologues with terminal heptyloxy, octyloxy and nonyloxy chains, the unusual phase sequence SmA-SmC with increasing temperature was detected by the study of the optical textures and by X-ray diffraction measurements. This unusual behaviour is discussed on the basis of the molecular structure of these compounds.  相似文献

We present a computational analysis of hexaphenylethane derivatives with heavier tetrels comprising the central bond. In stark contrast to parent hexaphenylethane, the heavier tetrel derivatives can readily be prepared. In order to determine the origin of their apparent thermodynamic stability against dissociation as compared to the carbon case, we employed local energy decomposition analysis (LED) and symmetry-adapted perturbation theory (SAPT) at the DLPNO-CCSD(T)/def2-TZVP and sSAPT0/def2-TZVP levels of theory. We identified London dispersion (LD) interactions as the decisive factor for the molecular stability of heavier tetrel derivatives. This stability is made possible owing to the longer (than C−C) central bonds that move the phenyl groups out of the heavily repulsive regime so they can optimally benefit from LD interactions.  相似文献

The convenient cross-coupling of sp2 or sp3 carbons with a specific boron vertex on carborane cage represents significant synthetic values and insurmountable challenges. In this work, we report an Rh-catalyzed reaction between o-carborane and N-acyl-glutarimides to construct various Bcage−C bonds. Under the optimized condition, the removable imine directing group (DG) leads to B(3)− or B(3,6)−C couplings, while the pyridyl DG leads to B(3,5)−Ar coupling. In particular, an unexpected rearrangement of amide reagent is observed in pyridyl directed B(4)−C(sp3) formation. This scalable protocol has many advantages, including easy access, the use of cheap and widely available coupling agents, no requirement of an external ligand, base or oxidant, high efficiency, and a broad substrate scope. Leveraging the RhI dimer and twisted amides, this method enables straightforward access to diversely substituted and therapeutically important carborane derivatives at boron site, and provides a highly valuable vista for carborane-based drug screening.  相似文献
