Antioxidants are one of the main ingredients that protect food attributes by preventing oxidation that occurs during processing, distribution and end preparation of food. Physiological antioxidant protection involves a variety of chemical system of endogenous and exogenous origin in a multiplicity of pathways. Associate to this, researches have been directed in the development of methods as biosensors that can characterize antioxidants capable of removing harmful radicals in living organisms in an adequate way. Biosensors have represented a broad area of technology useful for environmental, food monitoring, clinical applications and can represent a good alternative method to evaluate the antioxidant status.The demonstration of the highlighted current application of biosensor as a potential tool to evaluate the antioxidant status is the main aim of this review.  相似文献

The cavitation field from a horn-type transducer is experimentally probed by the optical method.Based on these observations,we propose a model of the field which hypothesizes that most violent caviation bubbles originate from the vibrating surface and there-from fast drift to the near liquid region.These bubbles are chiefly responsible for the practical applications of cavitation for a large power input to the transducer.During migration they become weakened.Cavitation bubbles are also produced in the liqui...  相似文献

颞叶癫痫、阿尔兹海默症等神经系统疾病与大脑海马的异常放电相关。近年兴起的经颅超声刺激治疗脑疾病具有无创、能深入脑组织和可调控海马神经元放电的特点。该文基于128阵元相控阵换能器、人头颅CT数据、水体建立超声经颅刺激海马数值仿真模型,数值仿真优选适应于海马刺激的换能器结构参数,并结合电容模型,探究超声声学参数对海马神经元放电的影响。结果表明曲率半径90 mm、开口半径56 mm、阵元半径2.0 mm、频率0.9 MHz的128阵元相控超声换能器可形成适应于刺激人脑海马大小的焦域;且在超声频率为0.9 MHz时对海马神经元放电有较好的抑制作用;在较小的占空比和较低的空间峰值时间平均声强条件下对神经元放电有较好的抑制作用。  相似文献

偶极横波远探测技术在我国复杂地质结的构油气勘探中具有十分广阔的应用前景。换能器的工作频率直接影响声波测井的探测深度。本文对正交偶极声波测井换能器弯曲模态的谐振频率进行了解析计算,并利用有限元方法研究了其结构参数对谐振频率的影响。计算结果表明:当压电陶瓷片的长度增加时,换能器一阶谐振频率先降低后升高,三阶谐振频率先升高再降低之后又上升;当金属基片厚度增加时,换能器一阶与三阶谐振频率均升高;当压电陶瓷片厚度增加时,换能器谐振频率的变化方向与幅度还与压电陶瓷片长度等其他参数相关,有可能升高或降低。  相似文献

The expansion coefficients of a multi-Gaussian ultrasonic beam model are obtained by a new approach that applies Prony´s method in a K-space domain. This method allows the fitting of the Gaussian beam directly at the face of the transducer with very high computational efficiency. It is demonstrated that the K-space Prony’s method can be used to accurately model the transducer field of planar and focused piston transducers, as well as probes that do not act as pistons. The choice of parameters appearing in the method and their influence on performance are discussed.  相似文献

The inter-carrier interference (ICI) of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols, which is caused by the transducer’s dynamics, has been analysed and simulated in this paper. The small Cyclic Prefix (CP) method is proposed to overcome the ICI caused by the transducer in order to maintain the orthogonality between sub-carriers without much loss of the energy and the bandwidth efficiency. The simulation results show that the small CP whose length is longer than the transient response of the transducer can eliminate the ICI problem.  相似文献

This paper describes the electroacoustic behaviour of a new piezoelectric Active Noise Reduction (ANR) earplug device. The sensor is a microphone having suitable characteristics chosen from among commercially available electret microphones. The actuator is a cylindrical piezoelectric ceramic loaded with a thin fluid film. An analytic model of laterally radiating loudspeaker, based on fundamental equations of acoustics, which takes into account the effect of viscosity and heat conduction is adapted to describe the acoustic radiation of the actuator. Theoretical and experimental frequency responses in a small cavity and an example of the ANR that can be obtained with the earplug are presented.  相似文献

This account describes recent examples of multifunctional artificial receptors, which demonstrates our approach to purposive molecular design. The paper is divided into two parts. The first deals with novel crowned spirobenzopyrans as dual-mode signal transducers. The new crowned spirobenzopyrans complement previous crowned spirobenzopyrans from the viewpoint of molecular devices, and a detailed comparison between them is given. The second part is concerned with polypyridine-macrocyclic structures as ribofuranoside receptors. The design of the ribofuranoside receptors was based on the multipoint hydrogen bond complementarity between the receptors and methyl -(d)-ribofuranoside. The binding affinity of the receptors was very high, so that even native ribose was extracted by them into nonpolar solvents.  相似文献
