The electrostatic AC-DC voltage comparator for precise voltage measurement in voltage range of 100–1000 V and frequency range of 20–100,000 Hz was designed. The equality of AC and DC voltages transforms into horizontal positioning of the beam, which is registered by two photoelectric transducers. DC voltage was measured by voltage divider, standard cell and low-voltage comparator. The construction, main characteristics, and sources of errors are described. The comparison error has been determined as having the value of 0.003% at the voltage of 100 V and the value of 0.0009% at the voltage of 1000 V. 相似文献

Typically, ion-selective electrodes used in current triggered electrochemical sensing apply a conducting polymer layer covered with an ion-selective membrane. In this work we propose an ion-selective membrane containing a dispersed conducting polymer. Thus obtained system allows elimination of the Achilles hell of heterogeneous ion-selective membranes containing solid particulates dispersed within the ion-selective polymeric membrane. The herein proposed system, even for high conducting polymer loading equal to 5 % w/w, is characterized with insensitivity towards redox interferences, as well as potentiometric detection limits, selectivity well comparable with that for other ion-selective electrodes constructions. Under voltammetric conditions, with increasing loading of the conducting polymer in the membrane cathodic peak potentials are shifted towards more negative values, yet the linear dependence of the peak potential on logarithm of concentration of the analyte in the solution is preserved. 相似文献

The goal of this study was to use a novel surface chemistry for modifying gold surfaces to decrease the steric hindrance, minimize the nonspecific bindings while providing directed immobilization of proteins for advancing the transducer property and to provide a biosensing platform for surface plasmon resonance (SPR) applications. Mixed self‐assembled monolayers (mSAMs) were prepared using 3,3′‐Dithiodipropionic acid di (N‐hydroxysuccinimide ester) (DSP) and 6‐mercapto‐1‐hexanol (MCH) and the selected model proteins bovine serum albumin (BSA) and lysozyme were tested for binding efficiency. First, binding of these two proteins at constant concentration to different DSP:MCH mSAMs were compared to deduce the best molar ratio for forming mSAM using a continuous flow system coupled to SPR. Coincidently the maximum protein binding DSP:MCH mSAM were the same for both proteins. The change in Response Unit (∆RU) signal due to protein binding between DSP SAM and maximum protein binding DSP:MCH mSAM for lysozyme binding was more in comparison to BSA binding. Second, the effect of BSA and lysozyme concentration on binding efficiency to maximum protein binding DSP:MCH mSAM were compared and discussed. Lysozyme and BSA were shown to reach saturations on the same monolayer at concentrations of 5.7x10−5 and 8.96x10−6 [M] respectively, hence the molar ratio for limit concentrations is 6:1. The DSP SAM, MCH SAM, and DSP:MCH mSAMs where maximum and minimum protein binding occurs were also characterized with XPS and Attenuated total reflectance‐Fourier transform infrared (ATR‐FTIR) spectroscopy. Blank gold surface, maximum protein binding DSP:MCH mSAM and BSA immobilized DSP:MCH mSAM on gold surface were also investigated utilizing tapping mode AFM. 相似文献

We realized a wavelength tunable optical filter based on a fiber Bragg grating using multilayer piezoelectric transducers (MLP). The Bragg wavelength of the filter can be easily tuned in proportion to an applied low DC voltage. The tuning range efficiency was as high as 0.2 nm/V. We realized a 10 nm Bragg wavelength shift by applying as low as 50 V to the MLP. The MLP was also used in a higher order dispersion equalizer which consists of a pair of nonlinearly chirped gratings. A zero dispersion wavelength shift of 7 nm was successfully realized for the equalizer. 相似文献
