The broadening, shifting and mixing coefficients of the doublet spectral lines in the ν2 and ν4 bands of PH3 perturbed by H2 have been determined at room temperature. Indeed, the collisional spectroscopic parameters: intensities, line widths, line shifts and line mixing parameters, are all grouped together in the collisional relaxation matrix. To analyse the collisional process and physical effects on spectra of phosphine (PH3), we have used the measurements carried out using a tunable diode-laser spectrometer in the ν2 and ν4 bands of PH3 perturbed by hydrogen (H2) at room temperature. The recorded spectra are fitted by the Voigt profile and the speed-dependent uncorrelated hard collision model of Rautian and Sobelman. These profiles are developed in the studies of isolated lines and are modified to account for the line mixing effects in the overlapping lines. The line widths, line shifts and line mixing parameters are given for six A1 and A2 doublet lines with quantum numbers K = 3n,?(n = 1,?2, …) and overlapped by collisional broadening at pressures of less than 50 mbar. 相似文献

调谐激光二极管吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术因其高分辨率、高灵敏度和快速测量等优点在工业生产、环境污染监测等方面受到广泛应用。波长调制光谱(wavelength modulation spectrum, WMS)的二次谐波信号经常用作气体浓度反演的检测信号。TDLAS检测性能与系统参数,如锁相放大器的时间常数、扫描幅度、扫描频率、调制幅度、调制频率等的选取紧密相关,实际测量中各参数的选择多以谱线形态特征为依据,参数之间的关联性未能得到较好体现。由于信号的采样与处理均在频域对谱线产生作用,各参数之间的作用相互关联。然而很少有研究参数对谱线频域的影响,针对此问题,在一定的理论基础上通过实验分别观察各调制参数对二次谐波信号的影响。通过保持其他参数不变,只改变一个参数的方法,得出各个参数对信号线型、频率特征及噪声引入的影响规律,继而分析并验证了多参数联合变化对谱线频带的决定作用。与基于时域特征的传统方法相比,基于谱线频率特征分析一方面具有与谱线信号采集检测处理机理相近的优点,另一方面可以直观得到各参数对主频带的影响和不同频率信号的衰减趋势。总结出基于频率特征的各参数的基本选取方法,以谱线频带和截止频率相互关系为判定标准,截止频率的大小由锁相放大器时间常数决定。通过设置合适的时间常数和扫描参数使信号频带与截止频率相近但不相交,使谱线频带内频率分量不产生衰减,频带外噪声得到最大抑制;再根据锁相放大器的性能和信号信噪比来确定调制参数,使谱线主频幅度最大;最后根据系统需求确定采样率。单周期采样点不变时,低扫描频率时检测精度相对提高但耗时较长;反之,扫描频率提高,速度变快但检测精度下降。通过联合影响规律调整关联参数,减小硬件限制对参数最优值选取造成的影响。可在考虑系统检测需求与硬件条件限制的前提下,通过参数选择得到最优二次谐波信号,为此技术的实际应用提供了参数优化的实验依据与参考方法。 相似文献

设计了一种采用高压隔离脉冲变压器传输窄脉冲,然后应用脉冲展宽电路实现宽脉冲驱动信号输出的无源IGBT驱动电路。采用正电压turn-on窄脉冲和负电压turn-off窄脉冲组合传输的方式以减小高压隔离脉冲变压器的体积和重量,脉冲展宽电路使IGBT在turn-on脉冲上升沿导通,在turn-off脉冲上升沿关断,且其具备储能功能,无需高压隔离辅助直流电源为其供电。脉冲信号发生电路和过流保护电路耦合设计,使IGBT在正常关断和过流保护关断情况下,其栅极都处于反压偏置状态,以提高IGBT关断的快速性和可靠性。将驱动电路用于级联Marx高压电路中IGBT开关的驱动,turn-on脉冲和turn-off脉冲的脉宽均选择为2 μs,结果表明,Marx电路在输出脉冲电压峰值为20 kV时工作稳定,且脉宽在3.5~50 μs之间连续可调,等离子体负载下的输出电压和电流波形显示,打火情况发生时,过流保护电路工作稳定可靠。该驱动电路可有效实现宽脉冲驱动信号的产生,具有较强的可靠性和实用性。 相似文献

Hydrofluorocarbons have been used as replacement gases of chlorofluorocarbons, since the latter have been phased out by the Montreal Protocol due to their environmental hazardous ozone-depleting effects. This is also the case of difluoromethane (CH2F2, HFC-32), which nowadays is widely used in refrigerant mixtures together with CF3CH3, CF3CH2F, and CF3CHF2. Due to its commercial use, in the last years, the atmospheric concentration of HFC-32 has increased significantly. However, this molecule presents strong absorptions within the 8–12 μm atmospheric window, and hence it is a greenhouse gas which contributes to global warming. Although over the years several experimental and theoretical investigations dealt with the spectroscopic properties of CH2F2, up to now pressure broadening coefficients have never been determined. In the present work, the line-by-line parameters of CH2F2 are retrieved for either ground state or ν7 band transitions by means of microwave (MW) and infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy, respectively. In particular, laboratory experiments are carried out on 9 pure rotational transitions of the ground state and 26 ro-vibrational transitions belonging to the ν7 band lying around 8.2 μm within the atmospheric region. Measurements are carried out at room temperature on self-perturbed CH2F2 as well as on CH2F2 perturbed by N2 and O2. The line shape analysis leads to the first determination of self-, N2-, O2-, and air-broadening coefficients, and also of line intensities (IR). Upon comparison, broadening coefficients of ground state transitions are larger than those of the ν7 band, and no clear dependence on the rotational quantum numbers can be reported. A method using entire modulation information of the measured object itself for pixel matching is proposed in online phase measuring profilometry (PMP). Only one fixed sinusoidal grating is projected onto the moving measured object and then five deformed patterns are captured by the imaging system (CCD). Because the contrast of the sinusoidal grating is a constant, the modulation distribution of each deformed pattern reflecting the gray of the measured region can be extracted. The entire modulation of the object cut from one of them is regarded as a template, and then the distance of the measured object's movement between each two adjacent deformed pattern can be calculated by the correlation operation so that we can cut the corresponding parts containing the measured object's information from five deformed patterns. Then the discrete phase can be calculated with Stoilov algorithm. By the phase unwrapping and the mapping algorithm, the object can be reconstructed exactly. Based on several atmospheric channel field tests and analyses, the modulation model of wireless laser communication in hostile weather is investigated, for enhancing the link rate of wireless laser communication. Firstly, the conversion relationship between SER and BER under different conditions is studied. Afterwards, by analyzing atmospheric channel tests result, the importance of atmospheric channel bandwidth was featured during test. On the basis of this, an efficiency pulse state-interval coded modulation is present for the first time and its characteristics are analyzed. In order to verify whether this modulation model is feasible and effective as well as its robustness, a wireless laser communication feasibility experiment in the hostile environments was launched. According to the results, a prospect is pointed out that atmospheric channel properties feedback technique in real time may be a key and precondition in all-weather wireless optical communication. 相似文献

In this study, firstly we presented a wavelength division multiplexed (WDM) transmission system derived from the coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) with polarization division multiplexing (PDM) and 64 order quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM). We then proposed an improved channel estimation method based on discrete Fourier transform for the system to further improve the performance of the WDM transmission system. Under the experimental conditions employed, the principle and the spectral efficiency of the system, including a proposed algorithm to improve its performance (e.g. the robustness of the transmission impairments of the system) were studied. The simulations results demonstrated that our method improved the system efficient significantly. The system signal at 24 Tb/s can achieve a spectral efficiency of 12.5 bit/s/Hz up to a distance of 2000 km. 相似文献

Dust ion-acoustic (DIA) rogue waves are reported for a three-component ultracold quantum dusty plasma comprised of inertialess electrons, inertial ions, and negatively charged immobile dust particles. The nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation appears for the low frequency limit. Modulation instability (MI) of the DIA waves is analyzed. Influence of the modulation wave number, ion-to-electron Fermi temperature ratio ρ and dust-to-ion background density ratio Nd on the MI growth rate is discussed. The first- and second-order DIA rogue-wave solutions of the NLS equation are examined numerically. It is found that the enhancement of Nd and carrier wave number can increase the envelope rogue-wave amplitudes. However, the increase of ρ reduces the envelope rogue-wave amplitudes. 相似文献

In this letter, we propose a new architecture of Time Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network (TWDM PON) system to support dynamic multi wavelength allocation (DMWA) in both upstream and downstream directions using an integrated semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) and arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) with multi wavelength select continuous wave (CW) pump probe signal module. The significance of this architecture is the flexible routing function with the capability of multicasting and broadcasting between multiple optical line terminal (OLT) PON port with multiple optical distribution network (ODN) link using a new wavelength tuning free (WTF) OLT transmitter module to eliminate wavelength tuning delay in downstream signal utilizing multicasting Cross Gain Modulation (XGM) wavelength conversion. The experimental results show that 4λ × 10-Gb/s TWDM PON system can be used to connect 4096 users with the conventional fixed wavelength OLT transceivers with 36 dB link loss. 相似文献
