A sensitive chemiluminescence method for the determination of acetylspiramycin is presented. It is based on the greatly enhancive effect of acetylspiramycin on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and hydrogen peroxide in the flow system. The increase in chemiluminescence intensity was linearly proportional to the acetylspiramycin concentration in the range from 10pg·mL–1 to 2.0ng·mL–1 (r2=0.9979). The detection limit was 3pg·mL–1 (3). At a flow rate of 2.0mL·min–1, the process of determination, including sampling and washing, could be performed in 0.5 min, and the relative standard deviations of seven replicates are less than 5.0%. The proposed method was applied successfully to the determination of acetylspiramycin in pharmaceutical preparations, human urine and serum without pre-treatment. It was found that the excretive ratio of acetylspiramycin reached its maximum 2.0 hours after having been administered orally, and the excretive ratio in 12.0 hours was 8.4.  相似文献

The conditions for the reaction between phenylarsenazo (PAA) (2-[(2-arsonophenyl)azoj-7-(phenylazo)-1, 8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulphonic acid) and chromium(III) have been studied. A blue 1:1 complex is formed at pH 2.2 on heating the reactants at 100 degrees for 15 min. It has maximum absorption at 635 nm and is stable for at least 24 hr. The molar absorptivity is 3.3 x 10(4) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the chromium concentration range 0-1.4 mug ml . The reaction has been successfully applied to determination of chromium in alloy steel.  相似文献

AlSiP3 is formed by heating aluminum and silicon powder with red phosphorus and adding small amounts of iodine or AlCl3. Small, black crystals with metallic lustre grow at 1200°K. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pmnb (No. 62) with a = 987.2 pm, b = 586.1 pm, c = 608.8 pm and four formula units. In the structure isolated P atoms as well as P2 pairs are present (PP = 218.2 pm). Silicon is tetrahedrally bonded (SiP = 224.2 ? 228.2 pm) whereas aluminum has octahedral coordination (AlP = 244.2 – 260.8 pm). The structure can be described as an intergrowth structure of wurtzite and pyrite type.  相似文献

2,7-Dibromo-1,6-methano[10]anulene (3) and 2,9-Dibromo-syn-1,6:8,13-diimino[14]anulene (9) were quantitatively separated into their enantiomers by chromatography on triacetylcellulose (TAC) in ethanol. X-ray structure analysis (Bijvoet technique) established the chiralities (+)(R)-3 and (+)(S)-9 for the dextrorotatory enantiomers.Comparison of the CD spectra allowed the configurational assignment to further optically active [10] and [14] anulenes which were also accessible by chromatography onTAC. Conversion of (+)(R)-2-bromo-1,6-methano[10]anulene (2) into the corresponding methylester (–)-4 confirmed its previously proposed chirality (–)(R).2,7-Dibromo-1,6-oxido[10]anulene (7) and 2,9-dibromo-syn-diimino[14]anulene (9) are in contrast to the 2,9-dibromo-syn-dioxido[14]anulene (10) optically stable until 250°C. Consequently their inversion barriers are higher than 42 kcal (176 kJ) mol–1.The CD spectra of mono and disubstituted anulenes (with C1 and C2 symmetry, resp.) are compared: For the [10]anulenes theCotton effect around 330 nm seems to be specific for their configuration with a positive effect indicating (S)-chirality and vice versa. Some regularities concerning the chromatographic resolutions are discussed.

Zusammenfassung 2,7-Dibrom-1,6-methano[10]anulen (3) und 2,9-Dibrom-syn-1,6:8,13-diimino[14]anulen (9) wurden durch Chromatographie an Triacetylcellulose (TAC) in Ethanol quantitativ in ihre Enantiomeren getrennt. Röntgenstruktur-analyse (Bijvoet-Technik) bewies für die rechtsdrehenden Enantiomeren die Chiralität (+)(R)-3 bzw. (+)(S)-9.Ein Vergleich der CD-Spektren ermöglichte die Konfigurationszuordnung weiterer optisch aktiver [10]- und [14]Anulene, die gleichfalls durch Chromato-graphie anTAC erhalten worden waren. Umwandlung von (+)(R)-2-Brom-1,6-methano[10]anulen (2) in den entsprechenden Methylester (–)-4 bestätigte dessen schon früher vorgeschlagene Chiralität (–)(R).Dibrom-1,6-oxido[10]anulen (7) und Dibrom-diimino[14]anulen (9) sind im Gegensatz zum Dioxido[14]anulen (10) bis 250°C optisch stabil. Ihre Inver-sionsbarrieren liegen somit über 42 kcal (176kJ) mol–1.Die CD-Spektren von mono- und disubstituierten Anulenen (mit C1 bzw. C2-Symmetrie) werden verglichen: Für die [10]Anulene scheint derCottoneffekt um 330 nm konfigurationsspezifisch zu sein, wobei ein positiver Effekt (S)-Chiralität anzeigt — und vice versa. Einige Regelmäßigkeiten bezüglich der chromatographischen Enantiomerentrennung werden diskutiert.

A new sol-gel system using ethylene glycol was developed for the fabrication of PZT thin films with compositions near the morphotropic phase boundary Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3. Ethylene glycol was used as both a chelating agent and a solvent to replace the highly toxic methoxyethanol used in previous formulations. Thin films were deposited by spin coating the solutions onto platinized silicon substrates. Films were completely crystallized by about 600°C and contained the ferroelectric perovskite phase. A dielectric constant of about 750–800 at 1 KHz was obtained for thin films of 0.3 µm thickness. The hysteresis measurements revealed a remanent polarization of 15 mC/cm2 with a coercive field of 60 kV/cm.  相似文献

Spectrophotometric determination of the formation constants of iron(III)-8-hydroxyquinoline complexes in 0.1 M sodium perchlorate solution at 25° gave the values K1=[FeOx2+]/([Fe3+][Ox-])=4.9·1013, K2=[FeOx2+]/([FeOx2+][Ox-])=4.2·1012 and K3=[FeOx3]/([FeOx2+][Ox-])=3.9·1010. FeOx2OH and FeOx(OH)2 are obtainable as solid phases. FeOx3 (Ksp=3·10-44, intrinsic solubility 1.6·10-7 M) dissolves in basic solutions to form FeOx2(OH)2 -In a solution saturated with FeOx3, ([FeOx2(OH)2-][Ox-])/[OH-]2=7.7·10-5.  相似文献

 Variational transition state theory including tunneling corrections (as implemented in Polyrate 8.7) and using multilevel energy calculations at the MCCM-CCSD(T)-1sc level for the CH4 + OH reaction and at the MCCM-CCSD(T)-2m level for the CD4 + OH process, reproduces very well the experimental rate constants. However, no single methodology was found that reproduces equally well the experimental rate constants for both title reactions. The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a penicillamine (PCA) self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode were investigated. The self-assembled electrode shows obvious electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of epinephrine (EP). In phosphate buffer (pH 7.73), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0.190V with the PCA modified Au electrode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of EP in the range of 2.0×10–56.0×10–4molL–1 and 5.0×10–6 2.0×10–4molL–1 for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with the detection limits of 1.8×10–7 and 1.3×10–7molL–1, respectively. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed. The PCA self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode is highly stable and can be applied to the determination of EP in practical injection samples. Application is simple, rapid and produces accurate results.  相似文献
